I am trying to fix my user who has been using zoom for years.  Her machine was upgraded to Windows 11.  Since then when she joins a zoom meeting she can see all participants and herself but no participants can see her. I verified camera working fine in Teams meeting - we see each other.I verified Win 11 privacy settings. I uninstalled zoom, ran cleanzoom.exe, reinstalled.  Same issueI installed an earlier version of zoom - same issueII have checked all privacy settingsI tried another cameraI tried the web version Any ideas - again the camera works fine in Teams meetings.

I am a student and I am using zoom on a Android pad. When I try to share both powerpoint presentation and my video at the same time, my video turns off and I end up with only powerpoint presentation. How can i share video+sound and powerpoint presentation simultaneously on Android?? Regards 

Hello! My zoom app stopped working on Ubuntu 20.04 2-3 weeks ago. It was version 5.something. Installed 2 years ago. I've updated to 6.0.10.5325, cleared all caches and rebooted PC. I can ping zoom.us and can not ping zoom.com. But it gets resolved in ip address. I get response for curl https://zoom.us. So it does not look like my firewall blocks something. Also tried from mobile internet to exclude ISP issue. I've corporate credentials, so it is paid subscription and has to work on linux.  Browser version is not a workaround for me. Hello, does anybody know why the remote control doesn't work on Ubuntu and also the blur background?

I have an iPad with iOS 16 installed. OS and app are both updated. Every time I try to join a meeting i get "Unknown Error" and the error code is 104107. I have no antivirus or firewall installed on the ipad and I have tried it while connected to completely different networks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a recurring meeting invitation that appears on my iPhone every Wednesday. This meeting was created by a host who has since passed away. This meeting isn't on my web version of Zoom and also isn't on my desktop outlook calendar. If I decline the meeting on my phone, it disappears and re-appears after a few seconds. Is there some way to delete this invitation?

Is it possible to install ZoomInstallerFull.msi without installing ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe? I got error: Info 1321.The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\bin\ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe. System Error 5. because my antivirus blocks ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe and installation process stops in domain environment. And yes, i do need msiexex installation keys for .bat script msiexec /i \\server\scripts\ZoomInstallerFull.msi /quiet /qn /norestart ZConfig="nogoogle=1;nofacebook=1;disableloginwithemail=1;nosso=1;IntegrateZoomWithOutlook=0" does not worked for me, ZoomOutlookMAPI.exe is trying to install anyway. Is it possible to disable it by installation key?

Hello,  I deleted recordings two days ago that should be appearing in the trash bin but the bin remains empty and I cannot downlaod the recordings back as I cannot find them.  Could you please help me? Many thanks in advance. Best. 

I need to make a zoom meeting with 8 simulations interpretation languages, but i can only add 7.Is there another setting that i need to do, so i can be able to add the extra language?Or what is the limit? 

I thought I had pressed the record button after joining the Zoom meeting.  However, there was no message indicating that the file was being converted after the recording. Additionally, there is no conversion file left. I want to see the exact record of whether I had pressed the record button or not. Is this possible?

My Zoom updated and my Personal Meeting Room has gone. I use Zoom all day back to back and my students all join my personal meeting room. Today I had to start a new meeting, whilst my student was waiting in my PMR. Can somebody advise? 

I use to be able to livestream my meetings to my office facebook group. That option no longer comes up.  It only gives me the option to go live to my page or go live to a "Share on your own timeline" or "Share to a page". 

Hi community, I would like to enquire on a zoom meeting feature of using my own company's zoom background in an immersive view. Problem is that I was able to use that during a zoom meeting but once someone started sharing screen, the immersive view was stopped. We tested out the in house zoom's immersive background and managed to share screen with their background instead of our own custom one.  Any idea if this is a liability from zoom? Or are there any workarounds on this? Thanks! 

I have a zoom professional license.I did a zoom meeting. I set it up. It had a name and everything.I recorded the meeting. I could see the square and the triangle (typical buttons for recordings).An hour after the meeting, I can't find any recording.Since I have a license it should be saved to the cloud. Zoom lists nothing under recordings for cloud or local. What is going on? 

I did 2 meetings today of 30min with recordings set up to save in computer (in think), but I can't find them. Any leads to where to find these recordings. Thanks

Hello all :      Recently I found some of my students which they have trouble to hear the music that I played during the meeting ( though not all of them .. ) . But they can all hear me talking during the meetings. ( which I find it very strange about it ) . How can I solve the problem , please let me know .   Thanks in advance 

In the Zoom Workplace application. Click on Schedule, try to modify the date to a future date. It does not update the date. Please advise.

HELP!!!When I am in a meeting I can hear everyone no problem.BUT when someone shares music or their sound I cant hear it - just the odd crackle.I tested my microphone - OKI tested Webcam - OKI tested speaker - an issues.It comes up with "Same as System (Speakers (realtek (R) Audio)) is the problem.I used to have zoom on my old surface pro - no problems. I got  anew laptop and this is now happening.  Also it seems to go to ZOOM Workplace - where as before it was just zoom I really need help - how do I fix it so I can hear other people's music AND they can hear mine....?

The add-ins feature in Microsoft Exchange 2019 does not allow install of Zoom Meetings. Instead it wants to install the add-in to Exchange 365. Any instructions how to correctly install the Zoom meeting add-in on Exchange 2019 on premise? Thanks

Since I updated my zoom app yesterday, the annotation tool is missing on my meetings. I have verified that nothing is changed on my profile and annotation is turned on "In Meeting (Basic)" section. How can I disable a waiting room after the meeting started? I can't disable it

New to Zoom. Scheduled a meeting for August and guess I inadvertently launched it. I am the host so I opted for end meeting for all. Now shows in "previous" meetings and not "upcoming". Any idea on how to fix this so the meeting is upcoming and not previous? 

I need to rely on Zoom to give my users remote support.  This is accomplished by installing the Zoom business client and using remote control.    However, from time to time, I find an end-user version of Zoom has been installed as well.    I only discover this in the middle of a session when a UAC prompt pops up: One the user sees but I don't.   The task I wanted to perform with remote support can't be done. I thought I had purged all of the end-user Zooms but they're beginning to reappear.     The end-user version, is of course installed user by user and so it's the end user I have to cajole into uninstalling it. Is there a way to just block end-user Zoom on machines that have the Zoom Business Client installed?

When I'm in a Zoom meeting on my Macbook Pro and get a call on my iPhone, the call shows up on my laptop and minimizes my Zoom screen and I don't know how to keep this from happening. I also can't see a way to restore to full screen once the call stops. I looked at Zoom settings to see if I could turn off phone while in meetings, but there was no link for phone. I am using a Macbook Pro, Sonoma 14.5.  Zoom version 5.17.11. Thanks for your help in advance.
