I had the strangest experience.. My clients use a link to book meetings with my business which has zoom connected to it via an API so once the meeting is booked the hosting location will be Zoom right.. Recently I had a client book a meeting using the meeting link and I then after receiving a confirmation on one end that I have the meeting booked I had an email from Zoom stating "You have successfully deleted the below Zoom meeting." I perhaps thought there must have just been a system error but it completely canceled the meeting without my input, which is sitting in my recently deleted section on the zoom website, however I never deleted any meeting and have no answer for my client as to what actually happened that I was unable to attend the meeting.. If this has happened to anyone before please advise if there is a setting that I can change that does this, or is this not a common occurrence?&nb

Here is a bug report for Ver.6.1.0. It can’t share the computer audio from outside source.  My setting is like [external music player]----USB cable---[Windows PC].  Then, set the USB device’s sound property as “Listen to this device” so that I can hear the music from the on-PC speaker. With this setting, I could share the music with guest by “Share Computer Audio” unlit Ver.6.1.0 update. However, the music can’t be shared with Ver.6.1.0.  By the way, music playing on the PC, such as by iTunes, still can be shared. This problem is only for the external sound source from USB. I have confirmed this problem at least 3 different PCs, HP Note PC (Windows10 Home), Dell note PC (Windows11 Pro), and HP Note PC (Windows11 Home premium). For all PC, the problem diapered when I roll back zoom version.

Hi, I had two Zoom meetings today and both times, when I clicked 'start meeting' the participants were automatically entered instead of me admitting them. Usually, I start the meeting and then see a pop-up notification that 'there is someone waiting in the waiting room'. Today, however, Zoom let them in without my consent. I checked my settings and I have waiting room selected correctly (enabled) so I am not sure what to do. Will you please help? I want to have control over when I allow people to enter. This was working fine until today, and I don't know what has changed. (Screenshot of my settings is below)

my screen sharing stopped working. and now when I share my screen it is minimized. I've tried everything-- nothing is working 

I can't open Zoom because I need Software version 5.16.6, or higher, to open Zoom.When I download Zoominstaller.exe to update my software, I am told that I have to Login in order to open the file.When I try to Login, I am told that I need Software version 5.16.6, or higher.I am currently using version 5.16.22807.How do I get out of this look inorder to update my so

Prior to Zoom launching an update to surveys, I could use a third party survey link to show after a meeting closes. I would select the survey tab and then use a third-party survey; that option is now gone. When I go to surveys on the left navigation, it  only gives me an option to create a survey using the Zoom platform. Is there a way to add a third party link? The functionality was already enabled on my account via the main account holder. 

I am Not able to chat with my company's contacts and all my company's contact show as external contacts. Besides, i have been facing hanging of the zoom screen and and messages like force quit the zoom during calls.

Hi there, can anyone help me to resolve the issue that every time I present my Canva presentation, whilst sharing my screen in a zoom meeting - it pauses and won't let me share!?Super frustrating and I cannot work it out!

After i update my zoom on my mac laptop, i can't add video background as befour i could the button is not there i can add pic for background that working ok, i am using a green sceen but can't add any video i went to settings and made sure that button on the site is turned on but still can't add anyvideo, i tryed it on my desktop mac and that is working i don't kno what to do 

Hello,  These days, I am working on an application that allows users of this to delegate the making of the video call, via the RestFull API, to this application. So I have made the app on the marketplace in Server To Server OAuth mode, thus having the centralised account from which it will receive requests from users for the realisation of meetings. Now, a doubt has occurred to me, and it would be the following: is it possible to host two meetings taking place at the same time on the same day without the host who realised (i.e. the subject itself), being there? Thank you for your attention.Greetings

We have a work Zoom account, that apparently I'm a user for. When I go to my account, looking for a meeting on 8/15, I do not see this. My boss sent me an invite that allows me to start and end the meeting, which is a start. I need to create breakout rooms within the meeting. Any advise on how to accomplish this?

When I am logged into our group Zoom account, I cannot change the screen name from the group name to my name.  This is true whether or not I am running (hosting) the meeting.  If I am logged into my personal account (which is at the free level), I have no problem seeing the option to rename my screen.  I think I can enter the profile of the group account and change it there, but then anyone else from our group using that Zoom account would see my name there.  Is there a way to rename my screen (whether i host the meeting or not, any of the participants can change their name, only I cannot).  TIA

I need to set up a Zoom project meeting that can be used repeatedtly for a project, but the project does not have set meetings and times. Previously I was able to do this through recurring meetings but now that function needs a set date and time, can you help?

In the audio settings on mac (multiple mac versions, multiple zoom versions) under the Audio Profile if you click on "Zoom optimized audio", (Auto, Medium, and High) options seem to drop out any music that is being played as "background noise" however if you switch over to "Original sound for musicians" there is no change in the sound even through the "Zoom optimized audio" radio button is no longer selected. If you click on Auto and then switch to "Original sound for musicians" the "Zoom Optimized audio" settings are overriding the "Original sound for musicians". Whereas if you click on "Low" under "Zoom Optimized audio" then switch to "Original sound for musicians" the music being played over zoom does not seem to drop. However its unclear that "Original sound for musicians" is even working / making a difference. The "Live performance audio" also does not seem to change the audio being sent to zoom. Is it necessary to list the attendees when I set up a meeting, or can I just send everybody the link without listing them in advance? 

HelloI want to set up an "alternative" host for a meeting I cannot attend. The instructions say I need to use the Desktop app to assign an Alternative Host.  I downloaded Zoom to my laptop, but whenever I sign in, the Web version opens. Question  - Do I need the desktop version to add an alternative host?  If so, can someone tell me how to do it.  Following the directions,  I clicked "Home" and then "Schedule" - the instructions said to open "Advanced Options," but I could not find it.  I welcome any help you can give me!!Thank you.Ann
