I have tried every option possible, so if it’s not possible, please let me know. I have zoom pro plan. I am hosting a meeting in the the style of a “webinar” where I am the only speaker, and I have muted all oof the viewers. To protect the viewers privacy, I don’t want the viewers to be able to see the other viewers in the meeting when they click on “participatants”. In this possible, if so, how?  The webinar I believe it’s possible but it’s also really expensive.

Hello there,Can I use zoom pro account  for commercial use like hosting paid courses for my students.

I recently heard about Zoom fatigue from a colleague for the first time. We work remotely and only keep Zoom on during the morning hours, then switch it off in the afternoon. My friend mentioned feeling a significant sense of burden when turning on Zoom in the morning. They often feel the urge to turn off their camera multiple times throughout the workday. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Do you also find it exhausting to be on Zoom for extended periods? I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences.

Hi!I'm adding a question to the common running theme of background blur problems. I am operating on a Mac, and have already tried:turning off the background blur - it was never onreinstalling the Zoom app (no change)changing my camera (I am using a webcam, but Zoom does the same thing to the built-in camera)comparing other apps (they do not blur my background, the room is 100% clear)comparing to Zoom on my phone (it has a 100% in-focus background)There doesn't seem to be an option for submitting a ticket, and the AI bot has gone round in circles. Any suggestions? With curly hair the background blur is quite strange and very noticeably creating a blurred halo around my head 🙂 

can I plan two different meetings on the same time with two different users on the same account? 

Hi there i was delighted to see that Scheduler has an API. I tested the endpoints using a server-to-server app. I happily start The integration, but now I’m stuck. Non of the endpoints are giving me the most essential features of Scheduler: To get available spots and to make a booking. Am I missing something? Have anyone successfully integrated this Zoom Schedule functionality using the API? Thanks!

Hi.   I'm excited over the new Zoom Appointment Scheduler feature (https://explore.zoom.us/en/products/appointment-scheduler/) that's in beta.   My question: is there an API for this feature? I haven't had luck finding it in the docs.   Thank you!

Normally I have zoom lessons with my students. And I will do screen mirroring with iPad (as second monitor) from my macbook pro M1. Everything is as normal until two weeks ago, my student said he saw the shared screen is keep flashing. At the beginning, i thought it was my students problem. However, until these days, more students have the same problem with my shared screen. I am frustrated about that because the shared screened shown in my ipad is completely normal and no flashing at all. And I test with my students, once i moved back my shared screen to my macbook pro (main display), they said it's normal and no flashing but flashing again when i move my shared screen to ipad (second monitor). Please kindly advice. Im exhausted about this... Thank you very much.

I'm trying to go LIVE Into Youtube from my ZOOM account.  I am given Youtube channel options but not the one I want to go LIVE in.  How do I get my default Youtube channel to be visible and be an option for me to choose?

Hello, I cannot see participants' cameras, nor mine while sharing. We all turn on  again our cameras after starting the sharing mode, but I see noone, only participants can see me. My device is Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+Zoom version downloaded from the App store - 61723563 Thank you in advance! 

My meeting was recorded on my desktop.  The temp MP4 file is in my Zoom file.  But after the program last night the video did not convert as it usually does.  How do I get that to upload into York Tube?

Hi all, just want to ask.Apparently, my zoom meetings controller has a HDMI icon inside the call. How do I turn this off or remove it? 

Android phone speaker is quite loud usually, for example YouTube, MAX, Google, etc., but in Zoom really low?  I see many topics in this forum and comments via Google search, where Zoom never really answers the question.  And, if you say I need to turn up the volume on my phone... it is already at the maximum output and it is only about 50 percent of maximum in Zoom, explicitly in Zoom is the issue.  The very second I move to any other app on my phone, it is very loud again, compared to Zoom.  Surely Zoom can address this issue proactively?

After scheduling meetings for later this year and into 2025, I’m unable to see the upcoming meetings because I’m unable to adjust the dates for seeing upcoming meetings. This is a brand new problem that seems to be a glitch in a simple setting of a date range on the calendar.Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi...I want to record a Zoom meeting that will display the side-by-side screen share. I want viewers of the video to see both the speaker (me) and my PPT deck, side-by-side, NOT with the thumbnail of me in the upper corner. I'm struggling to figure out how to do this... Thanks in advance!

I am only able to save a scheduled meeting if it is for the same day.I am no longer able to schedule meetings into the future. 

Alguien sabe si despues de una llamada, queda registro de lo que fue la llamada es decir, el audio y el video, pasa que inicie una reunion en la mañana en el Ipad y como saben en ipad el zoom del ipad no deja grabar la reunion, asi que intente grabar directamente la pantalla y se guardo sin audio, por eso quiero saber si queda algun registro que pueda pedir en soporte, por ultimo solo el audio, gracias

Does Zoom provide "normal" (OK) visual/audio quality/consistency on the installed apps but not on desktop browser? I prefer the browser for now because I don't need the app, and often my meetings include desktop screenshares which are necessary to work through many problems. These are just not viable on mobile devices, and I don't need Zoom apps data mining my devices anyway or using up excessive CPU/RAM/data (especially when I'm not using them). Anyway, very consistently during meetings, regardless of desktop computer, in Chrome or Edge (nobody I work with uses Firefox or others), on Windows or Mac, when viewing screenshares, video goes low-quality maybe every 7-30 seconds, so text becomes blurry and sometimes characters are indistinguishable. This has caused frustration with other members.  Another problem is audio of the speaker just drops off for about 7 seconds every 1-3 minutes. It's very frustrating for everyone as I have to ask them

I am facing 500 internal server error issue on youtube live streaming. You can see in screensot below.I have cleared my browser cache and cookies multiple time. But this issue remains same.  Can anybody help me regarding this issue?I will be thankfull.

We purchased a an All in one Conference room video camera system bundle HD 1080P 60fps 3x optical Zoom USB3.0 HDMI PTZ Camera and Bluetooth Conference Speakerphone with microphone for our Fire Omni TV so we can use Zoom Workplace in our large conference room.We can't get the bluetooth speaker to be recognized in the Zoom settings. It is not listed even though paired with the TV. It shows in the TV settings under bluetooth devices.We really need to microphone to work instead of using the TV microphone. Can anyone advise?When launching Zoom it also automatically switched from the bluetooth speaker to the TV speakers.Thank you! 

We are very regular users of Language interpretation on Zoom, main channel is English and we have Chinese and Cantonese Interpretation.  In a meeting last week, the sounds were mixed on two interpretion channels Chinese and Cantonese, that the participants heard two voices of Chinese and Cantonese. This issue happened after the 15 minutes of the meeting, while at the beginning everything was okay. Then I updated the interpretors' role, it resume to normal.  Does anyone have the same issue before and what is the problem, and how to avoid this issue please? 

I have a meeting scheduled for this week and it is now missing from Upcoming Meetings on my screen (desktop and phone app). I updated to the most current version last week.The registration link is still working and accepting RSVPs. Help!

Hello,Anyone have an issue with Teams on Android joining Zoom meetings via Direct Guest Join? Despite the 3rd party meetings being turned on in the Admin settings, call being scheduled as a Zoom meeting, I am unable to press join button. I can see a Teams logo next to my call and not a Zoom one as expected. Android firmware and Teams are running latest updates. No issues with MTR licenses, resource account mailboxes can accept calendar invites in Outlook. We do not have any policies via Intune that would prevent this functionality. We do have other Android MTR devices in another location that do not have this issue. Any ideas?
