I have been using Zoom since the pandemic, and after the last update I cannot get my piano audible for my students on my desktop computer (Windows 11).I have original sound turned on. I have reinstalled Zoom. I have updated all the drivers on Windows.My laptop and my tablet work with Zoom.My Yeti microphone works on my laptop, but not on my desktop (Windows 11).I've also gone into the settings on my computer to adjust my Windows microphone. I start teaching online lessons next month and was contemplating purchasing Zoom, but if this audio problem cannot be fixed I will have to find another platform. Does anyone have a solution?

We have implemented a system where teachers receive an email with the Zoom class link 15 minutes before their scheduled class. Recently, many teachers have reported an issue where an unknown host joins their Zoom meeting, accepts participants, and then leaves the meeting shortly after without any further actions.After thorough investigation, including scanning our web logs and checking the IP addresses of the participants, we found that all the unauthorized access attempts were coming from Microsoft IP addresses (potentially Safe Links or Microsoft 365 services). When I create a regular meeting in Outlook, it uses the Normal template, which is set for the Calibri 11 font. When I then add a Zoom invite, using the Add a Zoom Meeting button in the toolbar, it adds the invite and text with the Aptos 12 font. This may not seem major but it adds a lot to my workload when I have to edit the font each time for each invite. How do I tell the Zoom plugin to use the Normal template, which is set for Calibri 11?

I am following the instructions for adding a custom background image (iMac - OS Sonoma 14.5). I have a Zoom Workplace Pro accountIn the navigation menu, click Room Management then Zoom Rooms.Click the Account Settings link.Click the Account Profile tab.Under Setup, locate the Background image for Zoom Rooms setting.But when I get into Zoom Rooms there is nothing else, no account settings link or account profile tab -- what do I do now?

Following todays meeting, Zoom was uploading/downloading my 3 hour meeting for playback.  I am unable to locate the file.  Any assistance will be appreciated.

On my laptop. the zoom desctop client uninstalls itself randomly. i can even sit in a meeting and it uninstalls itself. just today it has happended 4 times from 8 til 12. I have tried the following: Forced uninstall then installChecking app security in case windows 11 have a problem with the app and found NOTHINGadded zoom to trusted appsupdated apps and windowsStil. uninstalls itself..... i am turning to hatespeach!

I just updated my Zoom (Version: 6.1.5 ) and I can no longer annotate content that is shared by other people. I can only annotate when I am sharing my own content. I noticed that the zoom version before this one had a little pencil that would appear which would enable annotation. However, this pencil button as been re-integrated back into the regular Zoom nav bar in this latest version of zoom (6.1.5). I am on a MacBook Pro (Running OS 12.5).I tried to to trouble-shoot by:- updating to latest version of Zoom (Version: 6.1.5 )- reinstalling the latest version of Zoom from the Zoom download center- restarting my machine- checking advanced settings for screen sharing / annotation (both on my account, and on others' accounts)- testing calls with a number of other users Cannot find a way to solve this. 

My Zoom settings are automatically set to provide a transcript when recording.  For a recent meeting, I recorded and afterwards got an email to say the recording files were available.  I went in and downloaded the video and audio files however the transcript still said 'transcribing'.  I checked later and still the same.  It's now been 10 days since the meeting and it's still displaying 'transcribing'! Any ideas how I can access my transcript? thanks!

Thank you for the help in advance! I am scheduling a meeting, but I may not be able to attend. Can guest record the meeting to my cloud without me being there? And if I just have the meeting set to record at the beginning of the meeting would a guest be able to pause the recording? Thank you!

Hi,I had a three day event during which we needed to use an iPhone for close up video.During the meeting, all other participants could see the video, but the video is not showing up in my recording.Is there a way to recover this close up second camera [iPhone] or is this video footage completely lost?I really need the close up video, so any help is sincerely appreciated?Kathie

Even when we don't have OBS open, its virtual camera shows up as a video device option on Zoom.  We have a webcam attached to the PC via USB and select HD camera in Zoom.  For no apparent reason, the setting will sporadically change to OBS virtual camera during a meeting. The Zoom task bar then shows the camera muted icon.  We can return to the webcam by unmuting it on the task bar or changing the option on the settings menu. A little while later it will switch back to the OBS option.   This is a new problem.  The camera works fine.  We control the PTZ camera via its LAN interface which shows no problem with that video output. Short of uninstalling OBS, what can be done to stop this unwanted, sporadic change? 

(asking on behalf of a family member) Situation--normally uses Zoom on iPhone, purchased Zoom Pro which allows for longer than 40 minute meetings on iPhone as expected. Recently purchased an iPad, installed Zoom client and logged in, but from iPad it still has the 40 minute time limit. Is there anything required to allow this on the new device?Thanks so much!

Dear Community,I am at a loss for what to do to recover a lost recording.1. I recorded a meeting. I am sure because my attendees all recall the recording portion. I also looked at my meeting report, which showed that participants accepted the recording in progress.2. I can find the meeting and meeting records (participants, length, and that kind of stuff), but I cannot find the recording.3. I have checked my Zoom folder and Recycle bin. I have also checked my other local folders.4. Yes, I have checked the cloud recordings, but it shows nothing deleted.  Thanks for your help. Best, Kafeero

We just went through a Google Workspace transition.For the sake of simplicity, here are the details. CompanyA_dot_com was primary workspace, and my employee logged into it using name_At_companyA_dot_com  - with Zoom to connect to her Google calendar.   CompanyB_dot_com was a google alias domain in the primary workspace, but employee used name_At_companyB_dot_com as the login to Zoom. (not using Google SSO etc) I only use name_At_companyA_dot_com for all activities and don't try to connect my Google calendar in Zoom.  Yesterday, our company split those 2 domains into two separate Workspaces. CompanyA_dot_com went to a new workspace, with me in that move. My employee went stayed in the original Workspace account, where CompanyB_dot_com become primary domain. She can only connect to Google now

How do I add an additional person to a meeting I have already scheduled?

I recently downgraded from Zoom One Pro to Workplace Basic Plus.? #1)  Will this plan allow phone-in participants, since it has a monthly cost?? #2)  Is there an option to add a meeting time extension BEFORE the meeting starts?I cannot find support information on the new plan.Thank you!

Good Morning!i regularly attend a very large zoom meeting which sets up multiple breakout rooms.they are randomly assigned rooms.the last two weeks, once breakout room time arrives, I have not been put through to a breakout room.my screen keeps spinning and never connects.it is not an everyday occurance but it never happened in the last two years.please advise!!thank you!

Our organization has a Pro account with 5 Users. If User A has scheduled a meeting on Monday, Nov. 15, at 6 PM, can User B also schedule a meeting on the same day at the same time (Nov. 15, 6 PM? (User B would be scheduling a different meeting with different guests than User A's meeting). Thanks--  

Using the latest Mac and zoom is just bright white almost blending me in! done all the normal settings and still ridiculous. Chatbot was worse than useless so spent 30minutes of my timing tring to workout something which should be a 30second fix. Also interested to see what other video platforms people use - specifically with good support functions
