I have a camera on my laptop for labs and audience views and I want that to be the share going out in Zoom. Is there a seamless way to switch from camera to slides without a bunch Zoom manipulation in between?

Hi all, I would like to enquire relating to the zoom background. I have 2 issues with regards to this. I want our company's zoom call to be able to showcase our company's/zoom's default virtual backgrounds as well as to show everyone's faces in the meeting room via 1 externally plugged in camera. However, the limitation lies with everyone not being able to be seen inside the screen once the virtual background is being set. Is there any way to showcase everyone's face with a virtual background though? Does the problem lie with the camera not being 4K and higher or is that just a limitation from zoom? I've contacted zoom support before on this and they suggested putting a greenscreen as the backdrop to cater to this. The price isn't an issue, but more of whether it will work or not? I require a firm/certain solution to this subject of matter.  Another thing we have tried is the immersive view but it requires everyone to bring in their laptops to the meetin

Greetings, This problem existed with the old client which I figured was the start of deprecation requiring updates. So, I finally updated to the latestZoom but this problem persists. I launch the client, I get a spinning circle as if it's trying to load my meeting and eventually stops with nothing. I wait, reload, click on other tabs, try other features (settings, chat msgs, etc) and then go back and usually still nothing, but sporadically surprise!...my meetings show up. Additionally, when I simply try to *JOIN* my own meeting the client timeout with an error.  Seriously, WTH?  It's a paid, registered account which I can chat with colleagues, but when it comes to just listing meeting...nada.  Then I'm asked if I want to join from the browser...WHY????  Why should I launch Zoom's web site, log in, navigate to my meetings, click START, just for it to launch the client which is already open

I schedule meetings in outlook and have a Zoom add-on to attach a Zoom link to the meeting. For roughly 50% of the meetings I schedule, the date/time in Outlook will be correct, while the date/time in Zoom is wrong (usually shows the meeting being for an earlier date and time). How can I fix this?Thanks!

Hello,I need to change default meeting configuration so that every new meeting I create will have registration mandatory (registration tick checked).I need this because I do create meetings through a third party integration therefore it's impossible for me to go into every scheduled meeting created and make that change one by one.How can I do that as a default setting?Thanks

Morning - I was able to generate the report a couple weeks ago when I had 65 registrations for the meeting. Now I am trying to update to see the now 77 registrations and when I 'generate' and 'export' it is only showing 65 registrations. Is there a way to update for the new data? Using google chrome (Dell laptop)

My Zoom recordings were working just fine and then I enabled AI and now it is not recording the presenters / speakers when I am screen sharing and someone is sharing slides. You can't see our heads now. I disabled the AI and it's still a problem. I have checked all the normal places and all the checkboxes are correct. Any thoughts? It works fine if not screensharing or sharing slides.

I keep getting zoom meeting invites, and the admin has hundreds of emails in TO field.  Two issues, now hundreds of people have my email address, and people on cell phones have the REPLY ALL as default.  I asked the admin to send the email invites in the BCC field only and she said she is unaware of how to do this. HELP  !!!!!!!

Hi all,  I have been experiencing an issue with Zoom audio output - I cannot hear anything in Zoom meetings on my laptop, nor when I do an audio test on Zoom. My laptop's speakers/audio work fine for everything else; it is only on Zoom that I am experiencing this issue.  I have tried connecting other speakers and no such luck. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Since the last Zoom update I can't share the screen as I need. Let me explain, if I have two Chrome screens open (and I need to have them open) but I only want to share one, before the update I could select which one I specifically wanted to share, now the Chrome program shares and I don't know how to tell it to only share one of the screens, how can I select the specific screen of that application that I want to share so that both are not visible?I have zoom workplace pro.Thank you very much.  

I have a Dell XPS 13 9315 and I hear people speaking fine and they hear me fine however when they share their screen and the audio from that screen the audio is scratchy, it sounds distorted, and is not clear at all. The speakers are "intel Smart Sound technology for MIPI SoundWire" and the drivers are of the same name.  Has anyone experienced this? Is there a solution? Does zoom even support these new intel drivers?  Thanks

Hi everyone ...   I am facing a very challenging problem. For the past few weeks, clients have received the message "the host in on another meeting", which is untrue. I cannot determine how  to solve this problem and have an account that does not provide phone consultation.    has anyone else faced this and resolved it?   Thank you.   Pat 

In our meetings we have non participants visible so that we see thumbnails with the name on. However the thumbnails of the non video participants do not show in the cloud recording which make it difficult to take notes from the meeting recording. Is there a setting I can change to make the non video participants name thumbnails visible in the recoding please? We use the desktop app on a Mac, and keep the app updated.

There is some issue with zoom meeting reports.I did two meetings and there are no reports for any of that. I can't figure out whyPls help

Hello, I downloaded Zoom on my older PC (Windows 10 Pro 22H2, AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T, 16 GB DDR3 RAM), but zoom.exe does not start. I used all  possible tricks I found on internet (allowing desktop app for camera,mic, reinstallation,. cache cleaning...),but no way.  Other videocommunication programs are working well on this computer. Please help. 

I set everything up correctly to stream into a facebook group - Stream Key - Server URL/RTMP - Page link - but still get an error when trying to actually stream. It says: Error: Failed to connect to Zoom servicesPlease refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. If the error persists, contact Zoom support. I've cleared the channel and re-entered the info several times - all w/the same result. Anyone know what else I can try?On an IMac

Hi everyone,I have followed the great video instructions of how to connect Zoom to Facebook since the change in April . I have also changed in Advanced Meeting Settings the custom streaming button to be locked. Even with doing these things I keep getting a red Error message pop up in zoom when I'm in my personal meeting room trying to go live in Facebook saying: Error Failed To Connect TO Zoom Services, basically meaning I can't stream into my groups. Does anyone have any further solutions or work arounds I can try?  Many thanks,Anna 

I'm using Zoom 6.0.11 on my Macbook Air with an M2 chip. The OS is Sonoma 14.4.1. Also, I use a  Behringer UM1820 digital interface for sound. When using the microphone through the digital interface during a meeting the  others can hear me. However when I plug in a musical intrument, it can't be heard. How can the musical intrument as well as my voice when using the digital interface?

I recently hosted a meeting in my personal meeting room. The meeting wasn't being recorded. I was wondering if there is a way to access the chat history for that meeting even though it has been ended? Is it possible to still access and save the transcript from that meeting or is it lost forever?
