Video or presenters not showing on Zoom recording when screen sharing

My Zoom recordings were working just fine and then I enabled AI and now it is not recording the presenters / speakers when I am screen sharing and someone is sharing slides.

You can't see our heads now. I disabled the AI and it's still a problem. I have checked all the normal places and all the checkboxes are correct. Any thoughts? It works fine if not screensharing or sharing slides.
