Error Failed To Connect To Zoom Services when connecting zoom to facebook LIVE

Hi everyone,

I have followed the great video instructions of how to connect Zoom to Facebook since the change in April . I have also changed in Advanced Meeting Settings the custom streaming button to be locked.

Even with doing these things I keep getting a red Error message pop up in zoom when I'm in my personal meeting room trying to go live in Facebook saying: Error Failed To Connect TO Zoom Services, basically meaning I can't stream into my groups.

Does anyone have any further solutions or work arounds I can try?

Facebook is making it harder to do Facebook lives.
They have stopped all going live into groups.
They are also making more limitations

About Facebook Live

There are three ways to broadcast live video on Facebook:

Go live from anywhere with Facebook for Android and iOS devices.
Access additional settings on a computer with a built-in camera and mic.
Live stream high-quality video with streaming software and a stream key.

You can go live from a Page or profile and invite your friends and followers to go live with you. Live videos can be shared to groups or live events that you create.

Our policies for going live on Facebook are changing to align with industry standards. To ensure that Live continues to be a helpful tool, starting on 10 June 2024, your account must meet these requirements before you can go live:

Your account must be at least 60 days old.
Your Page or professional profile must have at least 100 followers.
To go live from a Page, you need to have Facebook access or task access to create content.
