Sending zoom invites with 100s in emails in To field, and should be using BCC field

I keep getting zoom meeting invites, and the admin has hundreds of emails in TO field.  Two issues, now hundreds of people have my email address, and people on cell phones have the REPLY ALL as default.  I asked the admin to send the email invites in the BCC field only and she said she is unaware of how to do this. HELP  !!!!!!!

    Hi @AlanEllis

It's likely that the sender (the meeting organizer) has sent the invitation in an external application like Outlook, because Zoom itself would not exhibit this behavior.

Is there a way to send invites in the "bcc" field?

You could copy the invite into your email client and send it bcc to your recipients. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you send bcc Zoom invitations.

Yes, but if you copy the invite into an email, then I have noticed that the automatic response buttons of whether the other person will attend do not copy.  Also, Salepager only let's you invite 1,500 at a time, doesn't it?  I would think Zoom's system itself should let the presenter add people to the invitee list BCC.  There is a real ethical issue involved with letting everyone else see someone's email address.

Salepager allows for as many bcc invites as you need when purchasing multiple licenses i.e. 3000, 4500, 6000 invitees etc.
