My PC system match virtual background without physical green screen my computer processor is Intel i3 gen with 3020ghzPlease help me

Every time I start a call, my laptop camera automatically zooms out. I heard it can be because more than one person is speaking, but how can I disable it? 

Hi everyone,I’m wondering if someone can help me. I am a therapist with a Pro Zoom account, and I have a system that sends out a meeting reminder with my Zoom link. The meetings aren’t pre-scheduled in Zoom.Is it possible to use just one meeting link for all my sessions, where clients can use that link and be placed in a waiting room until I accept them?I have the "waiting room" feature activated, but I'm a bit confused about some of the other settings. Should I activate "meeting passcode," "personal meeting PMI passcode," or "embed passcode in invite link for one-click join"?I don't want clients to have to enter a password—just click the link and join. The system that sends out the link only sends a hyperlink without any additional instructions or passcodes.I'm assuming this is possible and hopefully simple to set up. However, when I sent a test link, I received an email notification that someone had joined the meeting, but I didn't see any notifi

For the first time, I was recording a Zoom conference in which I was not the host. The host granted permission.  My camera was on and the participants in the call could see me. The "camera off" icon displayed and nothing could remove it from the screen. It's visible in the recording. How do I make that icon disappear when the camera is on? 

Hi, I am using Zoom Workplace Pro. After I set up a meeting, I go to 'copy invite'-- the invite does not include this option - of any toll free numbers for participants to dial in -- nor does the meeting offer any way to let participants synch/download the meeting details into their calendar I thought my Workplace Pro plan would allow for these options. Can't figure out what's missing and how to activate those functions. Help? Thanks!

Hello, everyone.I used to be able to record my meeting on my computer every time I had a meeting.However, all of sudden, it is not working from today. What is the reason? Zoom has updated itself automatically today and I am not able to record my meeting on my local computer anymore.Must I use cloud recording only?  Please help me.

Hello, for some reason I cant see participants who sign in. On their end, it says "The host has another meeting in progress". I bought a new laptop and needed to download zoom again. Am I missing something?

Has anyone ever used Zoom and HubSpot together, without enabling the "Only authenticated users can join" from Zoom and still managed to have the Zoom recordings sync up with HubSpot?A bit of background: A month ago, we moved our internal meetings to Zoom and needed to implement an exception in HS, that would not sync meetings that only have our company domain from Zoom. Now I'm being told that I need to enable "Only authenticated users can join" which is an issue as this would create friction in the sales process. Has anyone ever tackled a similar problem or maybe knows a workaround?

I have been using Linux Mint Matte for work and since then the meetings have been freezing randomly. I have already tried avoiding different tools and even restarting the meeting manually before everybody entered. Sometimes it goes a week without freezing, but sometimes it freezes three times during the same meeting, within one hour. I do not think I have identified anything in common when it happens, but maybe it has something to do with screen sharing. Supposedly, there is an automated message that is send everytime this happens, but so far, no difference has shown up. Also, it seems that, even with the updates, the Linux version is well behind the Windows ones, not receiving the attention it needs. It is quite annoying and I have been considering switching to another platform.

Individual registration can be very difficult to manage when dealing with student classes. In addition, sharing links can sometimes make the individual link option of limited value, even though it is an essential feature to have. Regardless of whether registration required is turned on/off, I'd prefer to have at least screen names be captured for polling results and reports, which I understand does not happen and "guest" is recorded instead. (I also appreciate the challenges of people having the same name, but that can be managed.) I have heard that you can not have registration required and then turn it on after you set up the meeting, whereby users will need to enter their name and an email address and can proceed into the meeting with the same link, no individual links needed. Will that capture the registration information? That would be ideal getting screen names and email addresses. Has anyone tried this?

I updated to 6.1.6 last night as required to join a meeting, and have noticed several issues so far:1. Others' cameras sometimes do not show video in the Gallery view, but it shows up in the second window that's set to see the speaker.2. Some participants can't see my screen share.3. The window decoration that would allow me to move the main Zoom window around are missing. I've managed to work around this by resizing it to about 2x its normal width to get a couple of small patches above and below the "Search Ctrl-F" text field that can drag it around, but it shouldn't have to take up so much space just so I can put it somewhere it won't be buried under other windows.4. The option "Use system title bar and borders" can be checked, but has no effect and doesn't remember that it was checked.5. The new tabs feature is interesting and could be cool, but it's super subtle and not very discoverable for a user seeing it for the fi

Does everyone who attends that meeting need to get the same upgrade/download?  (or just the host?)Also that version seems to be dated oct. 30, 2023 and there have been a lot of versions since that,why am i being directed to get a version from last year?  i was supposed to host a meeting this evening, but the process has forced me to cancel the scheduled meet. If this question is answered, how will i receive the answer?                                                                                                           (if i am not supposed to enter my e-mail how will i know?)

This morning I was leading a group Zoom where I share a slideshow with audio, and the control panel kept disappearing, so I continually had to start over again. There was no time to go to a forum or chat group and read all the suggestions when I was already holding up our meeting.So, like the ancient geek I am, I 'splained what was happening to the group, and kept triing different approaches. Finally around the 5th try got it to work. I strongly dislike how we pay for Zoom and still are expected to spend a lot of time researching glitches.  This is a comment which is true for ALL THE CORPORATE SOFTWARE we use ---- the consumer is made to be the be techie, which involves spending tons of valuable time and energy researching solutions to the problem, testing them out and then, implementing before the next change manifests. I hosted a meeting that was held in English and a Spanish interpreter translating the meeting in Spanish as we were live. I, as the host, recorded the  English version (non-translated) to the local computer version and my colleague ( a meeting participant, not a co-host) requested to record the Spanish version. The participant successfully converted the Spanish reocorded meeting to a video.mp4, audio file, etc. My recording did not convert to an Mp4. In fact, civnersion window did not even appear for me. Has anyone experienced issues like this one? Any solutions? Help 🙂 

Hello,the 'Disable download recording' button is lost and we need to urgently send a recorded file.The share download page of Zoom has changed and in the new there is no such option.Could you help?Many thanks. 

I have a Chromebook for college and for the last 2 years, anytime I have a class that uses Zoom as the platform for meetings there are constant connectivity issues! I lose connection every 2 minutes and 32 seconds. It drops video and audio for a few seconds then puts me back into the meeting. It doesn't matter if I use the web browser version, the app, or the Chromebook extension. Nothing works!  And no, it's not my Wi-Fi connection.  Zoom also disables the camera on my monitor but allows the keyboard camera. All other streaming platforms work perfectly fine. IT'S ZOOM SPECIFICALLY! This issue has been brought up several times through forums and Zoom has not addressed it or released a formal statement about its compatibility with Chromebooks. IS IT COMPATIBLE OR NOT????

Hi Everyone.  I currently have Zoom Workplace Pro. This renews next month.  I am due to hold back-to-back zoom sessions for four weeks starting the end of September and going into the beginning of October.  With my current plan, I need to schedule a room for each day. Is there a facility that would allow me to set up one room for the entire period of time that I need the room for to keep things simple for me? Having to send out joining links everyday to different people gets very messy and time consuming!  Thanks in advance
