Is it possible for me to set up a meeting where people can meet without me?   Normally, we all meet together, but we have a special project going on where I'd like to allow folks to discuss their portions of the project with each other whenever they want - day or night, they decide the dates and times, and I don't have to be there to start the meeting.  We anticipate needing this through the end of this year.  I have a Zoom One Pro account. I am the owner of two Workplace Pro accounts for our small business. I want to transfer one of the licensed users from account A to account B. The user has no unique settings, data or recordings that need to be brought over. He will use the same business email address. I just want him to be a user in account B, not account A.  Do I delete the user from account A and then assign him a license from account B? Or can I transfer his license from account A, thereby avoiding purchasing a license in account B?

This morning I tried to open Zoom to join a meeting on my Windows laptop. I got a message "Your app version needs to be 5.10.3 or higher to sign in. Please contact  your IT team to update your app."First, when I go to support to get an update, it tells me I have to sign in, which I can't do (see above).Second, I am a sole proprietor, I don't have an IT team.What do I have to do? 

I created a meeting link and sent it to my guests. Now, the meeting and the link are nowhere to be found in my upcoming meetings. And it's not my Personal Room link. What has happened?

Hello,My image goes purple when I'm in zoom meetings.  This happens randomly.  The camera on my pc if fine.  I've been told to contact zoom to ask if they can help me, but I don't have access to the chatbox.  Has anyone had this issue?

Hello. I have been recording to cloud zoom of my team meetings or my own meeting for a training video.  Unfortunately, when I download the video, it shows up in a very low quality, often 640x350 resolution or lower and it nearly looks pixilated.  How can I fix this?

Hello, Zoom recently uninstalled itself on my computer (I saw the uninstall client pop up automatically and run). I reinstalled the client (v. 5.16.10), and it happened again about two days later. Is there a potential good reason for this behaviour or is it likely a bug?

Hello everyone, I am facing a problem that how to automatically upload cloud recordings into OneDrive, Youtube, or Google Drive without downloading all recordings locally. 

I often have issues with hearing all participants on a group zoom call who are dialed in from one laptop.  In particular, a group will be sitting around a conference table with one microphone for all.  They have tried many options to fix the issue to no avail.   Is there an amplifier or app I can add on my end to increase the sound? I'd consider purchasing one.  Thanks!

Hi, my office cannot access any zoom relate app or website. Only show ERR_CONNECTION_RESET in Chrome.In app it show error code:1005456000But when connect to another network, everything works. We checked zoom ip and port list herehttps://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060548#h_01EJHWFBNWZ34RMGW03S65RV6W But all I see in firewall outbound are using port 137 which is not listed in required port. I'm always the host and set up the meetings. I have the box checked anyone can join before host. When I start the meeting on my laptop my clients keep getting messages telling them "Host has a meeting in progress" or something on that order. I have gone to Youtube and watched the videos on how to try and fix this. Every time I copy and send link out in email it's the same thing and I am getting frustrated with Zoom doing this. Does anyone have an answer or can someone tell me what to actually I have 2 weeks to try to figure this out or I will have to say goodbye to zoom and switch to Microsoft Teams in order to do meetings.

If we add an additional guest to a meeting, the original guests receive an email duplication with the invite. Is there a way to prevent that? Our Zoom is linked with Calendly, Outlook and Salesforce. But no matter where we originally scheduled or added extra guests, the duplicate email is sent. Is there a way to avoid that? I looked into the settings but did not find anything.  thank you

I just read where it says "If you want to invite fewer than 500 participants to a scheduled or instant meeting, you can do so without having to purchase the Large Meetings add-on or a webinar license. Learn more about inviting others to join a meeting." We have purchased the Zoom Pro, but there may be a time or two we need more than 100 participants but less than 500 (more like 200-300 participants).  So we also purchased the add-on Large Meeting, but we're wasting money because so far we haven't needed the Large Meeting since the 2022.  So based on what I read, we don't need to Large Meeting add-on...just invite others to join.  Is there any charge at all for 101-200 participants? We just send the Zoom link meeting to all 200 participants and everything works as normal? Any gotchas?

I would like to request the ability to have a clock for the meeting recording. I was taking notes and recording the timestamp but then realized the time was based on the start of when *I* entered the meeting and not actual meeting time.  I like to take notes with timestamps of the recording in the event we have to go back to the recording for additional details. Thanks.

automatic recording does not turn on, although all the sliders are properly positioned. What to do?I've already changed the settings several times, re-logged in, nothing changes.

I accidentally deleted my recorded zoom meetings following a complete reset of my device. Do you know if there's a way to recover them? They were saved locally on my computer.

I have many recurring meetings set up with an expiration date at the end of 2025 that are no longer showing up my list of Upcoming Meetings. This started on Saturday, 12.9.22 for one of my business accounts and then it happened on my other business account today.  The meetings are still listed in Previous Meetings and I can go in and edit each one. The expiration date still says 12.31.2025 and when I re-enter that date and Save it, the meeting shows back up in the Upcoming Meetings list.  Is there an easier fix for this so I don't need to do this for every recurring meeting? 

Unable to sign into Zoom with email address, google, apple of facebook. Errors change from check proxy and firewall settings, error code 1000600, check network connection. This happens across all devices across site. No firewall or proxy enabled on device. Cache cleared, device reimaged, checked settings. Nothing seems to be working.

Hello, I am a music teacher and I use the Zoom platform to teach guitar and other instrument lessons.Because there is a delay in playing along with my students, for classes I need the students to play over backing tracks that I prepare before having the class. This is easily solved if my student has a second device (another cell phone, tablet or computer) from which to play the tracks. The problem is that many times the students do not have another way to play these tracks and the class cannot be completed. I try to play the tracks by sharing from the Zoom application, but when I do this I cannot continue listening to the student playing their instrument, and if I ask my student to minimize the Zoom application to play the track from WhatsApp they cannot hear it well because the Zoom application makes the volume of other applications lower. This is a bit frustrating, and I would like to know if you as music teachers have managed to solve this situation.

Why does the audio test fail to give more than 1 second of sound on a given speaker? Yet in a zoom meeting, both the microphone and the speaker seems to work fine? This seems to be a glitch in the audio test for speakers itself. Has anyone else encountered this problem? How do you get the audio test to work properly again? Does deleting the zoom account and then restoring it back again help? 

Hi I run Windows 10, multiple browsers and the zoom app. I use zoom most days for work. We use company zoom accounts. Today when I logged into an online zoom meeting as host  as I do every day, zoom said the virtual background could not be loaded and the result was my video was turned off by zoom. I had a grey screen with a camera logo with a line through it instead of my camera working as normal. I tried logging in from different browsers, same result except zoom didn't tell me the virtual background couldn't be loaded, it just disabled the camera. I tried different zoom accounts, I tried the zoom app. Same result. I checked the settings for both the app and the online zoom system and both systems had 'none' highlighted for a virtual background. Switched my computer off and on ... no change. Cleared cookies / cache - no joy. I tried zoom for one of the accounts on my iphone using the zoom app and it worked fine. The problem is with my computer. Any ideas?

WOW!!! Zoom what happened??  The recent updates to the Zoom user interface when accessing your account online are simply AWESOME!!!  The new layout brings a look and feel that is modern and fresh.  Navigation is easy and things have now been grouped and easily accessible from the moment you log in!!!   Great Job Zoom!!!    

I have three recurring meeting which each run weekly. I normally have chat disabled in all my meetings, but I'd like to enable chat for just one of those three sets of meetings.  Is there a way to do this using templates or something? Or do I have to go into settings before/after each of these meetings. I admit that I don't really understand how templates work, so be gentle with me!!

Hi, i was trying to gather data using Zoom Network diagnostic tools for my study. Hello, please help. Every time I join a Zoom meeting, after a few minutes my screen freezes. I can still hear the audio, but I can no longer see anything or type. When I click, I get the message: "Zoom is not responding." It gives me the option to close the program or wait for it to respond. How can I fix this? I've already reinstalled Zoom three times. I can't attend my classes. I have Windows 11. Thank you.
