Voting system to rank designs in a Zoom meeting

Hello,

I am looking for an app/system to conduct a vote during a Zoom meeting. I will be presenting a certain number of designs during the meeting, and then I would like for attendees to be able to rank these designs in their preferred order. I would also like there to be some sort of points system, in order for the results to be calculated straight away and for the winning design to appear at the end of the vote. 

Is this at all possible?
