I am wondering if someone can help me?  In my last two meetings I have broadcasted a message to the groups while in breakouts.  I then stopped the message and closed the breakout window, however even though I am no longer broadcasting,   people in the breakouts can still hear me.  This seems to be a new issue and unclear as to why.   In one scenario a participant was sharing something private with me in the main session and everyone could hear it.  Can someone help me to make sure this doesn't happen again? We want to enable "Only authenticated users can join meeting" so that people have to be signed into their zoom account to join. The domain isn't important, just any Zoom account. Will people on the phone still be able to call in? I don't have the account in front of me or I would just test it. Thanks.

Hello, I've tried everything that has already been mentioned on these threads about black boxes showing where floating meeting and participant box is showing...but to no avail. Why is this happening? I use lenovo laptop. Here is troubleshooting I've already done:1. Turned off Use Hardware Acceleration to Optimize Video Share2. Turned off Optimize for Video 3. Updated latest version both on my laptop and zoom4. changed video rendering method5. changed screen capture mode too all available options6. Ive deselected the Use TCP connection for screen sharing check box.6. I've seen lots of folks mention GPU settings... I have Intel Iris but I dont see any option to change the settings there related to Zoo

Hello Community,  I recorded a meeting locally, but was unable to download it directly after meeting completed.  A message said that I could download later, but now I can't find the recording.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can access the recording?  Thanks.

I have a recurring meeting I have had once a week since October. On Monday 2/27 I extended the date through 4/2/23. I have been extending it a month at a time since October. When I logged in to start the meeting on Tuesday, 2/28 it was gone. All past occurrences had vanished, along with all the ones for March. Today I logged in and a different recurring meeting had vanished as well, from January 1 to present. The October-December instances are still there. These are meetings I use weekly. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

HI! I can't convert a recorded video from my desktop anymore. I used to be able to record meeting then when I click Stop, a folder appears on desktop as usual but the files in the folder are not video files and I get an error message to find application to use. Never had problem before.  I was always able to convert video, while the meeting continued to play video back on shared screen.  Any guidance is appreciated. thanks.

HiZoom drops me as the host of the meetings. This happens at random times during a meeting of any length. I log back in and my students are still there. It has nothing to do with my internet connection as I have been down that road. What can I do? Thank you!

I’m having trouble with Zoom’s screen sharing feature. When I try to share my screen, the participants only see a black screen or the sharing stops after a few minutes. I’ve tried updating Zoom and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any tips on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Someone called me using Zoom video (not a regular phone call) so they could share their screen and I could help with a document.  I can see the incoming call in the history with this person (Team Chat>NAME> "Incoming call - accepted") but it doesn't show how long the call lasted.  I've tried to view reports but that only shows scheduled meetings (for me at least) and the phone history doesn't seem to register incoming video calls.  Any ideas?

Can I install and use Google Play Store apps like Zoom, Facebook, and other essential applications after bypassing the FRP lock with Addrom, and will all functionalities of these apps work properly, including updates and account sign-ins?

Since I have retired, I closed my paid subscription.  I have been unable to cancel recurring subscriptions.  Instructions tell me to go to desktop client, click the meetings tab, etc. I cannot access desktop client.  Can anyone advise me?  Thanks.

Good day, I'm hoping someone has experienced this issue and can provide a solution. When attempting to join a meeting, neither the microphone nor camera are available. Both test as functional before the meeting starts. They are functional when I host a meeting, but not when I join someone else's meeting. This is very frustrating. Please help!

as a host, if I schedule a meeting that does not require to register, can I see any information about the participants that join it, name, email?

We have a Zoom Pro subscription. I create Zoom meetings on behalf of everyone in my firm. I have had multiple users tell me that when they go to host their meetings that I have set up, they don't see the breakout rooms at all. The icon is there, but no rooms are set up. However, when I access the same meeting, I can see the rooms are set up. Originally this was happening with the users using the desktop app, but now I've been told that at least one of them is accessing their meetings through Zoom.us, and they still can't see the breakout rooms, where I can. Does anyone have any idea on why this might be happening? I haven't been able to find any possible solution. Thanks in advance!

TL:DR; I need to know how to find out what's wrong. The video rarely has an issue, but the audio issue is consistent, so this issue is perplexing. The audio is usually of more importance, and it cuts out for any talker about every minute and a half for about 5 seconds. I'm having to ask people to repeat their last sentence(s) often in a meeting, and it's starting to aggravate everyone. I need to know how to troubleshoot this issue. Everything else using the internet is running fine. I've been running speed tests when the issue happens and there's nothing showing an issue, everything looks normal. I did notice that at the office I don't run into the issue, so it has something to do with my setup, though I haven't tested in the app (and I don't want to). What I'm looking for is how to find out what's wrong. I need to know if there's some sort of debugging menu/HU

Strange one -  we use Zoom for our  camera club meetings  and  we play  audio/ Visual  files   all attendess  can  hear  the  audio apart  from one  who  cant . The  same person  can  hear  people  talking  its only music  on AV files its a  windows  PC and  i cant understand  why  - can  any one  help

Hi everyone! I'm using Zoom in my Safari browser and I have a problem. I can only see the person that is talking, but I want to see all users in the meeting. I don't know how to do this because there's no setting like this in the browser. Please help.

Hey There, So I tried to contact support about this but apparently I don't pay enough money each month to talk to a real person. Coo coo coo.I have settings that are locked in my account (like requiring using a password to enter Zoom Chats) that I want to turn off which say they are "Locked By Admin," ....but I am the admin. I'm the only one who uses this account. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you! Danielle

I use Calendly which enables participants to select their own meeting time etc and Zoom is the meeting platform configured within Calendly, so that the participant is sent a link for the actual meeting. However when they then try to join the meeting, they are being presented with a message that says “sign in to join this meeting, the host requires authentication on the commercial zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial zoom account to join” How do I change this so they don't have to have a zoom account too sign in to the meeting?

Zoom updates just as I am about to start a meeting.  This happens for host and a wide variety of people joining. Is there a  notification to update please?
