Audio Issue Inquiry

I am using AirPods Pro 2 connected to my laptop. Sound works perfectly for everything, including YouTube, but when I go into the audio settings in Zoom, the AirPods stop working—both the sound and microphone stop functioning.

Is there a way to resolve this?
