Hi All, I looking for a possibility to do the recordings in splitscreen. So one half 'shared screen' and other half the speakers video. Is there a possibilty to do this?At the moment I only have a small screen of the speaker if I record it and screen is shared. Hope anyone can help! Take care, Jorick

Hello everyone, I've installed the Zoom PWA for Chromebook and it seems to default to a max of 9 participants (3 x 3) visible on the screen.  The Zoom app allowed 16 (4x4) and I was hoping this PWA would default to 25 (5x5) like Windows and Mac. Anybody know how I can change this?   Thank you!

I recorded a test recording for a meeting on 9-26-24. I stopped the recording, stayed in the meeting, and recorded another test recording. This one I couldn't find and figured it hadn't coverted yet. I stopped this one, stayed in the meeting, and then started recording the acutal meeting (3.5 hours). I stopped the recording and left the meeting. I do not remember anything saying the meeting was converting. The last 2 recording I can't find and don't know what to do...please help.

Hello!I need the meeting registration report for a meeting that took place in May 2024. Unfortunately I didn't know that the maximum report duration was 1 month. Is there any way to retrieve information about meetings that took place more than 30 days ago? For example, by upgrading the plan or doing something else?Thank you very much!

I was in a meeting that ended after the 40 minute deadline. In the meeting I had a whiteboard that I worked on. How can I retrieve that whiteboard?

Hello, I run a language school and have an overlap of lesson times between two different instructors. Instructor A tutors a student at the same time nstructor B tutors a different student. Is there a way for both instructors can tutor their students on the same day at the same time??

I have disabled automatic recording in my web app. I did this by going to setting>recordings and scrolling down to "automatic recording" and turning that off.  I have logged out and logged back in and restarted chrome and also my computer. I even logged out of my desktop zoom app and logged back in.  YET... all my calls STILL keep automatically recording.  I have been trying this for a couple of months now and I cannot get the auto recording to turn off.  I should say this- On my desktop app, I have my zoom recordings being saved to a specific folder, not the zoom cloud. I have recordings being dropped in drive folder so it auto-syncs to my own drive. This part I set up on the desktop app and nit the web app. I don't think this is the problem but letting you all know here just in case something could be up with this.  How do I disable automatic recording?

For some reason, Zoom is not recognizing my internal audio from my MacBook Pro in Google Chrome.  It is fine in Safari.  How can I get it to also work in Google Chrome?

I used to be able to start an ad hoc meeting immediately off this page. Now the button looks like I can click on it, but does not start a meeting.  Additionally, the Schedule button is greyed out.  There are other more cumbersome ways to start the meeting but I'd like to fix this one.  Zoom also logs me out between uses and I have to login manually each time. Maybe all of this is related somehow. Zoom does seem to be suffering from bloat.

I am a teacher who records many of my classes on Zoom. I’m facing an issue where students share the link and password with others, which causes me to lose paying clients. I have tried sending the link directly to the registered students' emails, but I tested forwarding this email to another account, and it still allows access to the class. How can I prevent this from happening? Thanks!!

We run multiple track meetings, so it is important for us to be able to create multiple breakout rooms and then be able to conduct polls within those breakout rooms. Right now, we have a main lobby, then we create 3 separate breakout rooms for the 3 separate tracks for the meeting, but we cannot do a poll in those breakout rooms, only the main lobby? Is it possible to do this now? If so, how? If not, it would be nice for Zoom to build this in.  So far, it seems like we can only create a poll within the main room and then create separate breakout rooms based on the polls.  Can anyone help?

I have used zoom for many meetings over the last 15 months.  All of a sudden, zoom invitations I send to an upcoming meeting go into all of  the recipients spam folder.  If I send an email without a zoom invitation to the same address, it does not go into spam folder.  Any help would be appreciated

Loud static being detected by my microphone after 15 minutes This happens randomly on calls with no apparent reason. I have to switch to another microphone (I have two monitors with built in webcam) and then switch back and it is fine. The noise is in the recording but I do not hear it but I can see the microphone level in the zoom call is bouncing around at the max level. Other callers hear wildly loud static (not as regular as white noise). *Additionally, this does not happen in Microsoft Teams meetings. I see there is a long history of this happening in Zoom calls. Meetings are the core function of my work but the pro plan does not include support. Please, any ideas are welcome!

How can I ensure that when I change the date or time of a meeting that the meeting ID and passcode remain the same?

Set up: I currently have Zoom Workplace ProCurrent status: I have an existing invite for recurring weekly meetings for my membership with members already added to the meeting. What I'm trying to do:  I want to edit that existing weekly meeting to add a registration link for potential new members to join one time for free.  I can edit the current recurring series to make it required to register.  But I don't want my existing members to have to register.  Since they already have the invite on their calendars with the zoom link to join the meeting, they will not have to register for the event each week.  Is that correct?  I want to provide the registration link to new people so that they receive the email and are able to add the session to their calendars.  Is my thought process correct?  Please advise.  ThanksRosie  

Problem1. Recently had hard drive scrubbed after a suspected hack. All pwords etc lost.2. Open Zoom app.3. I don't know my password, need a new one. Click forgot password.3. Zoom has changed, some gastly web page opens.4. No option to change password unless you know your password...I can no longer use Zoom on my work PC. In case anyone from Zoom reads this, the virtual assistant sucks as does the web browser stuff!andWhat was a simple little app that was great now looks like a bloated monster.I may have to stop using Zoom alltogether and switch to Teams even though it is rubbish compared to original Zoom it is still better than the new Zoom by light years.

Does anyone know if it would be possible to have the call with my group of students, but instead of sending them to breakout rooms, I could keep everyone within the main call, and I could create private voice channels between students and groups, which I can easily switch between or even listen and talk to all at once, or per group?

I was a happy user of zoom on linux for past years. However with some recent update zoom no longer collaborates with pipewire/wireplumber to allow the automated switch of my headset mode from A2DP to HFP. Instead of opening the recording stream and letting the linux sound server do its magic of switching the profile, zoom tries to enumerate the available mic devices (and finds none,  as the headset is still in the A2DP mode - i.e. no mic in the configuration) and zoom seems never to open the input stream (I can't see any Source Output in pactl list).I tested this with 2 my headsets (Sony WH-1000XM4 and OpenComm by Shokz) and got identical results.Other videoconf solutions (including the browser-based) work w/o issues. I do have "ZOOM VoiceEngine" in the pipewire bluetooth policy exception list:bluetooth_policy.policy = {-- Whether to store st

I have set up a scheduled meeting for next week. I have the link to send out to peopleIs it possible to set up 1 or 2 automated reminders of the meeting eg 1 day before then 2 hours beforeOr do I have to do that manuallyI have look through settings but can't see a way to do it

I need to retrieve data on participants and other details from previous Zoom meetings. Using Zoom reports, we can only access data from the past month. Is it possible to retrieve data older than a month through API integration, or is there another way to get this information?
