When I am sharing a single application as opposed to the entire screen and Grammarly is running, small black boxes appear all over the screen - help? 

My screen is always blank ie white, unless I turn off video when the avatar is viewable. Device manager says camera is working. Any suggestions, please??

Essentially, I am not able to screen share my PowerPoint slides in full screen for my audience while seeing my notes for myself on a single screen Windows 11 laptop while using Presenter View. In the past, sharing only the full screen slides would work and then you could personally switch to your notes without any problem by following these Zoom instructions for "Single-monitor setup with slide show in full screen". Zoom has become a cluster #### of functionality. It's really causing us a lot of problems with integrations, clarity on how our organisation communicates and manages information sharing. At this point in time, the only reason we're still using Zoom is the screen share resolution and annotation. hi community , recently  we have upgrade our zoom to webinaire with only 100 participant but before that we have have paid for a large meeting 1000 participant but now the webninaire still at 100 user and we want to trasnfert  that 1000 large meeting to the webbinaire tthanks 

hi! This is the second time that it happens: we record the podcast with the usual mics and settings, normal speed etc and still the episode plays my voice as if it were a ghost's. So slow, un-natural and low pitch. I sound like a man.I tried to play it a bit faster but then I sound like Mickey Mouse with a low voice. I tried to change it with Garage Band and no luck. I am using an iMac. Is there any reason why Zoom does that?I've been using it since 2018 every single day and we have not changed any settings. I am starting to think I need to move away from this platform as it's so unreliable. Thanks!

I use Zoom to teach. My students know how to turn filters on. It's super distracting for them. How can I disable the use of their filters? Alternatively, how can their parents disable the use of Zoom filters?Thank you.

Hi All:   Goes against everything but...  The boss wants an "ever green account" in Zoom where people have access to schedule meetings.  We had turn over/downsides.  I know I can manage turnover in the admin portal but that is not what is wanted.  All users already have licenses.  Maybe there is a shared calendar/meeting scheduler that I don't know.     Have others run into this want or provided such unique setups? TIA

I'm trying to send out a presentation recording, but for confidentiality reasons, I don't want the Transcript or Chat info to show up as both of those include participant's names.  When I go into the Share Settings, I specifically say not to include either one, and I 've made sure to save those preferences.  I've tried doing this several times, but it continues to include the entire Transcript and Chat.  I've tried sending it to another email not associated with my Zoom account thinking that might be the issue, but it continues to include both.  Can't figure out what the problem is....

I am trying to record a presentation with a speaker shown in a thumbnail, same as what's shown in this how to article for 'Shared content with active speaker'.   https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062314 I used to be able to do it but lost the control setup I guess.  Instead, I get a thumbnail on top of the presentation, but I'd like the speaker to be off to the side.  In my account under Settings >> Recordings, I have all the recommended settings from the article checked.  There are some settings in the Share Screen panel when you open it, but I can't find a description of what they do.  Perhaps one of them adjusts what's seen for the recording?

Sometimes Zoom wants me to authenticate myself before I start a meeting.  So they want to send an authentication code to my email.  My email does not work fast at all, and my phone is much better.  How do I change my Zoom settings to use my phone instead of my email for authentication?

I bought a MAC book second hand and was so excited to use it, partially because I am a reiki master and offer virtual healing. I had used zoom several years before in my old sales job and much preferred it to Teams. To my horror, zoom wouldn't work. I couldn't understand it. I have discovered that the MAC book is banned as the previous owner obviously did something to break the rules. I have emailed and emailed and explained and explained and they still won't lift the ban. I can use it on my phone but that just won't work for healing logistically. It also proves I've done nothing wrong as surely my email would be banned as well and it isn't. It may be second hand but I spent a fair amount of money and it's not like I can take it back (the guy is in the states now I'm told). I think it's more frustrating than anything, I just want to use the platform as it would be the best one for

Is there a way to restore the ability to share specific screens (e.g. Screen 1, Screen 2) in the current version of Zoom Workplace? This is an absolutely crucial feature that has been removed in recent versions.

Hi!Last Tuesday I recorded a 2 hours meeting.  I have never received an email after and when I checked this morning to see if it's still processing, it's not even listed. I know I clicked Record, It's not on my computer in the Zoom folder, nor is it showing up in my account. Can zoom support please?  I really need it for work.thank you

I'm using a MacBook Pro, for work, and Zoom does not let me tick the box 'Use Dual Monitors' from the general settings.  My Zoom install is company service desk controlled with jamf but they say they haven't controlled the option. I've tried reinstalling Zoom through the self service but that hasn't worked. My dual monitor is controlled through a DispalyLink 4k with the latest software. The Mac is 16-inch 2019 i7 16Gb with Monterey. Does anyone have any idea what I could do to get it working? Or, what I could ask IT to look for on their end? Thanks

The host receives an automatic email when a cloud recording is ready to view -- is it possible for all attendees to receive the same email?

Hallo I had a Interview today that was really importend. I think that I interrupted by accident the download process after the recording. Now its not on my laptop and also not on zoom- also not in the trasch 😞Can somebody help me please? Hi, I have several recording in my zoom cloud. today, my subscription has ended. And i wanna watch some recording in that cloud but it seem i can access to cloud recording page. in this case, is my recording eresed or just locked? thank

It says you cannot join the meeting because the host's account is limited, error code 13215.  

It seems to me that V6, grandly renamed Zoom Workplace, is a less than welcome regression as far as usability is concerned when dealing with recurring meetings. Recurring meetings are hidden as a tiny afterthought at the bottom of the calendar tab, which, while bad, would not be too awful if Zoom could synchronise with a personal Outlook account. Additionally, to add insult to injury, you cannot create recurring meetings with a No Fixed Time recurrence from the apps, and the ones that are created from the web show a daily recurrence. So, I would suggest that1) You separate again meetings from calendar2) Fix the No Fixed Time recurrence I am so peeved at the change that I have been looking for alternatives to use with my students. Lorenzo
