When using automatic proxy settings in Firefox on Windows 11, the meeting link does not work.I have found that if I specify a PAC file in the manual settings, there is no problem.I know that this can be worked around manually, but this makes the automatic settings meaningless, so is there anything I can do about it?I don't know if this is a Firefox problem or a Zoom problem.I have confirmed that there are no problems with Chrome and Edge.

I started a zoom - sent myself a link to that meeting to also join with my mobile. When I click the link - it's telling me to install Zoom. I already have Zoom on my phone and it is updated ???

En ninguna de las reuniones se puede hacer uso Inteligencia Artificial como COPILOT u otras para obtener transcripción en el idioma de la reunión ni resumenes. Actualmente yo uso Apowersoft en mi computador para grabarlas. Busco soluciones para: a) Que me traduzca en tiempo real y solo para durante la reunión a Español. Esto me ayudaría a entender la reunió y a responder en ingles las preguntas

I have created a webinar and included a practice session option in it. The host started the webinar for 5 minutes and then after the actual webinar, participants joined the webinar. After using the Get Participants list of webinar API I am getting both the time of the host i.e. the practice session time and the real webinar time in just one object, can someone please help me segregate them?

I accidentally blocked a user from my recurring   meeting, how do unblock them?

Hi,  This has happened a few times recently. During screen share when passing Remote Control of the keyboard and mouse to an attendee a double cursor displays for the attendee. Only one of these cursors controls the clicks they have caused sessions to be cancelled as they are impossible to navigate with. Any Advice ? TIA

Hi folks, Windows 11 and Zoom (6.2.0)both on latest versions, both on teacher’s system and my own. I am on ASUS Laptop around a year old.Original sound for musicians both enabled. He can hear me play without any issue, however I cannot hear him clearly. Within a few notes it sounds as though noise suppression kicks in and I hear nothing of his playing. I am not playing along with him and there is no speaking while he/I play. I am using computer audio. We have tried every combination of both Zoom options and Windows system options without success. It feels as though there is something very basic awry. We continued the lesson utilising my iPhone iOS 17.6.1 with full functionality both sides. Any guidance would be most gratefully received. Having some trouble with our meetings. One meeting went long, and another meeting couldn't start even though the meeting numbers were different. I thought with Pro you could have more than one meeting at a time. Am I wrong?

I host meetings and deliver webinars regularly using Zoom, PowerPoint, and multiple monitors. (1) The floating meeting control bar is no longer available when "Advanced" screen-sharing to a "Second camera."(2) This also causes problems when enabling captions. Everything works normally when screen-sharing another screen.Step 1: screen-share another screenSuccess: floating meeting control bar is visible and Zoom windows are minimized But there is no floating meeting control bar when screen-sharing a "Second camera."Step 1: screen-share Second camera

I'm thinking of signing up for zoom again, but the only thing that is holding me back is the ability to present when using Google slides. I'm unable to attach an example from Google Meet that I currently use, but when I present a deck it allows me to have my notes on screen at the same time that only I can view. Is this something that I can do on zoom when presenting? I know at the moment it pops out and that's not very helpful at all.

Hi Zoom Community,We run an entrepreneurial competition, and I would love a way to integrate Zoom polls into our process. The problem with a lot of the online surveys we are currently using is they only give you a weighted scale of the responses. I want the surveys not to give me an average but the totals for each question. That way we can compare different entries and quickly see which is best. Has anyone successfully used Zoom polls to judge business presentations? Any tips on how to do this? Our current method is using MS Forms, dump into Excel and then add. It's cumbersome and a hassle to do in real time.

It would be great if people who use augmentative and alternative communication devices could tick a box to share their device audio for the purpose of communication without sharing their screen. I want ro integrate meeting sdk, but when i import zoomMtg from the sdk, fhe styling of my whole angular application is getting overwrite with zoom meeting css. I want to avoid that please help somebody?

my zoom aint working I called and submitted a ticket I have active account both are work place accounts y cant no one help me 

I logged into Zoom yesterday and this message is at the top of my home page window: "Some features are disabled due to limited network" and I was also unable to join a meeting as it seemed to stall out on the "connecting" window. I am also unable to start a meeting. When I click "new meeting" it opens the video preview window and says "connecting" at the top for a long time before it says I am unable to connect.  I am using Zoom version 6.2.6 and mac OS 11.7.10. I have tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling zoom, and signing in and out but nothing works.  I was able to join a meeting from the web browser version of zoom but it doesn't work very well for me and sometimes the window flickers.  Any ideas welcome!

I have zoom pro for several years now but only receiving Basic membership. ANNOYING! Keeps shutting me off at 40 min when I need & paid for 60 min!!

Hi everyone, I’ve compiled a list of possible reasons for why your profile picture is not being displayed in meetings with your video off and ways to fix them. Please keep in mind, some of these will be things you can check and address on your end as a participant, while others may be something the host of the meeting has to change on their end.    Common causes and solutions:  Does your Zoom profile have a picture uploaded?  Zoom cannot display your profile picture if there is none provided in your profile. has anyone had an issue when teaching having static music., I don't hear it but the members doing live zoom do. I currently use apple air buds. Plus when I listen to the recording I hear the static music sound , last about 15 or 20 seconds. very random. looking for help

My Zoom calls are randomly cut during meetings. This started after the last update on my device. Please let me know how I can fix this issue.

Hi,I was unable to assign a co-host when generating the zoom meeting.Checking my settings, and found that Under 'In Meetings(Basic)' -- 'Co-host' is disabled. It shows 'locked by admin' (pasted below).Meeting > In Meeting (Basic)Co-hostAllow the host to add co-hosts. Co-hosts have the same in-meeting controls as the host.  Locked by admin   How can I unlock it and enable to function? Thanks!

We manage a coworking space and our members have reported issues when trying to use Zoom in our office. Their calls lag by a few seconds, cut in and out and become impossible to host. Could the issue be that multiple users are trying to host calls at the same time from the same IP address? Thanks!
