I really dislike the new layout after the update - I only use recurring meetings that aren't on a set date. Now in the desktop app all of my meetings are hidden away and it shows a useless (for me) empty calendar 😞  How do I easily view all of my recurring meetings in the desktop app? Where are the options settings to choose what gets displayed? How do I turn off this calendar feature??

Hello there,I've been looking around like crazy why I can no longer share my iPad or iPhone screen anymore on my Zoom (desktop) I've done this successfully for over 3 years but suddenly the option doesn't exist anymore?There are no more button for sharing iPhone or iPad screen, neither with cable or screen mirroring.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.

Is it possible to turn off threaded replies in meeting? I've been through the options and i can't see the 'new meeting chat experience' option any more?

Hi, I'm trying to connect to zoom meeting from browser.After insert my name and click on "Join", the "AW, Snap!" exception occurred and page crushed. How can I solve this? Thanks

I’ve noticed that Zoom chat history is no longer being stored locally on my system. This feature has been working reliably for years, but for about a month now, no chat history is saved. Previously, the chat files would appear under ~/Documents/Zoom, but no new folders are being created, and the history is missing.I’m experiencing this issue on two separate laptops, both running Ubuntu 22.04. This is a significant concern for me, as I rely on the chat history to grade student participation in my classes. I only realized the issue after my first class, and I’m hoping it can be resolved before my next class on Thursday.Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Zoom community, Several users on my Zoom tenant send auto-recorded minutes from the zoom calls and it is getting out of hand. Otter AI is the culprit and it un authoritatively gets access to the zoom calls. Is there a way to block Otter AI from accessing zoom calls and recording these minutes?

My external webcam was working fine with Zoom for months and then all of a sudden sometime in the past two weeks, it stopped working and instead my video is a black screen to participants and to myself. I tested this same external webcam with Google Meets and it's working fine on Google Meets so it's definitely something with Zoom. My built in Mac Air laptop camera does work with Zoom but I cannot use it for meetings because it is damaged and I look blurry which is why I have been using the external webcam these past few months for Zoom meetings. I tried the following to troubleshoot: uninstall/reinstall Zoom, upgrade my Mac software, restart computer, go into Zoom video settings to check everything; check my privacy/security settings to make sure Zoom has access to my camera.Anyone else have a similar issue or know how to resolve?

Hi All - I have had a very frustrating experience, where my airpods appear to be connected to my computer and work initially during a zoom call but will stop transmitting audio after a few minutes. They still appear to be paired and connected to my computer and still even show up as an option within the zoom audio settings, but will not function properly. This is an issue across other airpods - not just one in particular. It also only happens during a zoom call, audio works fine while watching youtube/netflix for example. Are there any settings that we need to be aware of that should help fix this? I have tried all of the other suggested items, such as disconnecting from other devices etc.  It is very clear to me that this is a zoom only issue. Thanks for the help!

I use cloud recording very frequently to sell my classes. I find it very practical and convenient to use the recorded class registration form, so that people who buy my classes can register, and then I approve access when payment has been made. What is not practical is to see the report of the people registered, and I find it tedious to have to search for a particular registration as the information is displayed in no particular order. I propose as an improvement: that the registration report be sorted from the most recent date to the oldest date of registration (as default). That alone would be much more practical when searching for an enrollee. If possible: the registration report could be sorted by name, last name, email or registration date.Thank you very much !

I type live captions for Deaf and HOH students. I use a laptop, so my screen is rather small. The green annotation pencil button is in the way of where I type, but I've looked everywhere and can't find a way to get rid of it. Annotation is not enabled for participants and it may not show on the students' screens, but it's really getting in my way. Does anyone know how I can get the button to go away? 

Soft colors such as pink and yellow that I draw on my screen do not appear on the opposite side. The colors of the application icons on my screen also look strange.  Since I cannot add a photo, I am adding the link to my x.com post. Using iphone 13 pro and airpods pro.When I remove airpods from my ear, I get unmuted.How can I disable this feature?

I am using a Windows laptop with Microsoft Edge. I'm not sure why this is a new issue, but I can't seem to use the browser to sign in or launch meetings from Outlook. I use my school's SSO which directs me to sign in on the browser, but there seems to be the issue of the browser not being able to communicate with Zoom. It works the other way around, where signing in opens the browser, but not the browser to Zoom if that makes sense. I can't click on "Launch Meeting" buttons and I am forced to join via browser. I know the browser used to ask if it should always launch Zoom without needing to ask, but even after resetting my browser settings, it still doesn't communicate with the app. I can't sign in to the Zoom app and I can't join any meetings that require me to sign in. I don't have this issue on any of my other windows devices, so I'm quite puzzled with this issue.

Dear all, Please refer to below as problem symptom when occurring the defect.We having an issue where my mouse input stops for my entire computer and I need to plug in my mouse again when I start a Zoom meeting. After 10-20 seconds or hang-up mouse input stops again and only fix I've found so far is this method. This doesn't occur with any other software. I use Zoom on a Mac...  when someones pastes a hyperlink into chat during a meeting, I am not able to open the link by clicking on it, rather I have to cut and paste the link into my browser.  Others in my meetings are not having this issue.  I have searched settings and help and have had no luck.  All my other chat products allow me to "click and go" to my browser.  Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how were you able to resolve it?

Hi there. The latest update to the Zoom client for Ubuntu, 6.1.0 (198), has performance issues and screen sharing issues. The zoom client runs slower than the previous version I had installed, 6.0.12.xxx, and when trying to share an application window on a computer with two monitors, it shares the 2 monitors at the same time, does not communicate with options Wayland to select the window you want to share. In previous versions of the Zoom client everything worked correctly. SO: Kubuntu LTS 24.04, KDE Plasma 5.27.11, Wayland 

Here is a suggestion for an enhancement: The automatic transcription is a lifesaver for preparing meeting notes and minutes afterward for an organization's official record of the meeting. However if a person forgets to hit the "save transcript" button before the meeting ends, all is lost! Please allow for an auto-save function, so the *.txt file saves to the local computer throughout the meeting. There is only a small window for the final save --- after the last person says something of note, and before the host ends the meeting. That is too narrow of a window.

Today I was on a meeting that I wasn't hosting.  Several times when we were sent to breakout rooms, Zoom froze on the joining room box.  It also happened once when rejoining the main room.  I quit Zoom, I restarted my computer and it continued to be an issue.  Any ideas on how to resolve?

My last two meetings, the participants were using otter.ai to record on their end, which I am fine with, but after allowing the otter.ai assistant in the meeting, the participant can't join. Has a setting changed somewhere? This was not a problem a few days ago.

Why is it even necessary to have the volume output slider control my entire device audio, instead of JUST the app? I want to turn down zoom ONLY to not have my ear drums blasted, since your app is so poor to use!I try to use volume mixer to change the audio as well, but it's never permanent, and every zoom meeting is a new meeting where my ears are damaged by the loud audio. I already suffer from enough hearing damage.Is there some misunderstanding for how this app works, because I'm tired of opening volume mixer every meeting. If there isn't, PLEASE fix this already.

I scheduled a sequence of meeting. I set for automatic recorder. Every meeting de record notification appear, but I can't find de file in my computer or in cloud after the meeting ends.What should I do?

The piss poor customer support offered by Zoom notwithstanding, I would like to find a solution as to why a movie I show during a meeting (class) is not showing for students.  All they is a black screen. I connect to the platform hosting the movie through a link sent to me by Social Dilemma. I have used the link to show this movie probably 20 times with no real issues. When I tried to show it recently, all student could see was a black screen and the closed captions. They could also hear the dialogue, but only a black screen was showing for them.  Suggestions appreciated.

I have been using a private room to host 1:1 meetings. In one of the meetings the client let me know that a hand in a circle with line going around that changes color like something is loading shows up in the lower middle of her screen. (this is not a raised hand, as we experimented with that, but she said its a different icon and different position) It seems to happen 10 minutes before the end of our meetings, I have not had any other clients let me know this is occurring. I tried researching this but can't find an answer. Does anyone know what this might be.Thank you!
