Si elijo solo uno algunos de estos eventos que tengan sala de espera, no mantiene la condición. Quería saber si es correcto el funcionamiento en esos términos. O todos las reuniones del evento repetitivo o ninguna. When I’m watching a Zoom mtg, all of a sudden my hp laptop calls the mtg! I don’t know why? I don’t touch anything. Free member so nobody will help. Any suggestions?

Hello, Got this e-mail notification about signing it from the old iPhone after 1:16 PM PDT (USA). Model and its version number were correct. However, its device's city was way (>100 mi.) off in the same state. Also, haven't logged into Zoom from this iPhone for a very long time (years?). Zoom (free account) is used from Intel MacBook Pro about once a week like last week. Looked at the logged in the updated Zoom macOS app and saw nothing unusual. Looking at its logged in Zoom's Profile's showing connections show the correct iPhone and computer names and ? E-mail links looked valid like its zoom.us, zoom.com, etc. Confused. Did someone manage to log in from the same exact iPhone model, name, and iOS version from that far away city? Just in case, changed password if someone was used it. We are preparing a conference event for Easter with the participation of Spanish and Portuguese speaking people. We want to translate in real time the speaker to the opposite language, i.e. a Spanish speaker to Portuguese and a Portuguese speaker to Spanish using Zoom captions with translation. We made several tests but we got results with very poor quality. It seems like Zoom does not understand well Portuguese (from Portugal people at least) and then the translation is frequently clueless. I've tested also using YouTube videos with caption enabled and comparing with Zoom captions in the speaker language, without translation. It seems that Zoom understand Spanish pretty well, but it does not understand Portuguese with an acceptable precision.I'm using Zoom client 6.4.3 on Linux Mint.Is there something that we can do to improve captions quality besides providing good sound?Do I need to use a third party tool for this job? When I attend a zoom meeting set up by another party, it has me logged in as wrong email/ profile. I have one for my workplace and one for my business. The business email (one I want to be on the profile for zoom meetings) is set to auto log in, the workplace email is not. Yet, I am logged in as workplace email on the zoom meeting. How is it pulling this email in, for me to change it?

Hi, I would really appreciate any suggestions please.  I use Zoom for online lessons and have noticed that, over the last couple of weeks, issues tend to arise after we've been on a call for anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes. Typically, my student's video and audio suddenly cuts out (even though the Zoom symbols indicate that their camera and mic are still on), so all I see is a black screen and I can’t hear them. However, they can usually still hear and see me.This issue seems to be occurring only with students based in mainland China. I haven’t noticed any problems with students in Hong Kong or other parts of the world.Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for how to fix this?Thank you,Georgina

I have a customized waiting room, and it has been like that for over a year. Now I want to edit the customization, with a new image and text.  I'm able to do it on the account settings, and I can even click saved. But when checking if the changes are applied, these are not. I've been trying for a while now and I can't figure out what's happening.  I created the account and it's under my email address, therefore, I have complete access. Any help will be deeply appreciated. 🙂

Hello i was just wonder why i can see the drop down arrow when not logged in  and when clicked it gives a 404 error and when i am signed in the drop down arrow is not there and i cant see any public meetings going on, how 

I would like to ask if it's possible to recover my Zoom cloud recording videos that I didn’t download after system deleted? Is there any way I can retrieve them? Thank you!

Effective with the update on 11/11/24, for iPad IOS, the original sound option is no longer available in the More menu when in a meeting. However, one can exit the Meeting, go to settings/audio and turn on original sound. Then, it will display in the More menu in a meeting.

It's too small to see

Has anyone experienced getting stuck in a breakout room as the host and not being able to return to the main room until the time is up? It's happened to me quite a few times lately - all of the controls seem disabled - and I haven't been able to move around to the different breakout rooms. 

I have a link to a recording with an audio transcript recorded on the .gov platform with shared screen speaker view. I want to create an audio transcript that I can print and read through and highlight while I am watching the meeting. In the past, I have been able to cut and paste the text from the transcript into a google doc or a Word doc or a text doc.  With this recording, I can copy a sentence or so at a time. The meeting is over 2 hours - and that is just not a good solution.   I have tried to cut and paste the transcript from 4 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) into Google docs, Word, and TextEdit.  Is there a solution? My process is: 1.  cut and paste the audio transcript into a document 2. skim the transcript, 3. cut the sections I don’t need, 4. print the transcript, 5. read it through again, highlighting the sections I am interested i

Hey folks, I have a free account, version 6.2.7 (free account), and I recently tried to record and save an important meeting that was hosted in someone else's meeting room. I was not signed into my Onedrive account on my computer, and I didn't realize that the default location for saving that recording would have been in that onedrive account. Both of us cannot find the recording, it seems like it realized it couldn't upload it, and then it just decided to not record it. I see where the folder says it was modified, but there's no file in there, even after signing in. Any thoughts?

Hello, I cannot see any upcoming meetings in the Calendar as I open it with Zoom Workplace app, on a MAC. I have only the default calendar based on my zoom email. This has been happening for months now and still is. Recently I have changed the name and my zoom email.  While before I did not have any errors, I could add meetings... but were not displayed. Now I have errors when adding a meeting. First I had the error 100000404. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Now I have the 404 error when adding a meeting, from the Plus blue sign in the calendar itself -» Zoom workplace app.I tried adding a meeting directly on the website, from the calendar. It does not give an error but it does not say anything, the window does not close. The meeting does not get added in the Calendar view, but I can find it in the Meetings tab. 

I hope that someone can be of assistance. I have updated to the latest version of the Zoom app, yet my profile picture isn't displayed in meeting when I have my camera off.

Yesterday I tried to make a virtual Zumba class with my new Chromebook. Few weeks ago I installed the Zoom App, connected everythig...As I tried to only share the music without Screen yesterday it was not working, because I don't see the option for advanced options where the "normal" button only Audio can be found. Can someone help me to find the right way to share the audio without screen? Thank you

Zoom recently changed how the automatic thumbnails show up when you trim a video recording. The instructions say to click the pen icon next to the video thumbnail and a metadata panel should open on the right side of the screen with an option to edit thumbnails.But when I click the pen icon no metadata panel shows up on the right side of the screen and no option for thumbnails. I tried this on Safari, Firefox and Chrome and it does not work on any browser. How can I edit the thumbmail for my video recording after I trim the recording??
