Unable to edit Waiting Room

I have a customized waiting room, and it has been like that for over a year. Now I want to edit the customization, with a new image and text. 

 

I'm able to do it on the account settings, and I can even click saved. But when checking if the changes are applied, these are not. I've been trying for a while now and I can't figure out what's happening. 

 

I created the account and it's under my email address, therefore, I have complete access. Any help will be deeply appreciated. 🙂

I worked with Zoom support on this one for a while. I opened up an incognito window and deleted the custom video in the waiting room, then saved it. Then went back in and re-uploaded it and eventually it worked. It was super frustrating because it said it updated, but once the meeting started, it was the old video.

I had the same issue where the Waiting Room screen didn’t show the updates.


Here’s what worked for me:

Under the Waiting Room Options subheading, there’s a small lock icon. Click it to turn it blue—this allows the Waiting Room updates to be visible to users.
