Hello,          I recently experienced an embarrassing situation when joining a Zoom video conference call with an inappropriate virtual background image shown to other zoom session participants. When I tried to change my Video virtual background image to 'None', the inappropriate image still displayed behind my live video. I am running Android Zoom version 5.9.1 (build 3642) on a Galaxy S10 - Sense UI 3.1 and the option to change my Virtual Video background image is under Settings -->  Background and Filters --> Backgrounds. When I chose 'None' for the background image, the image loaded was still the inappropriate image instead of <no image>!Upon further testing, if I chose a new image, this image now becomes the default 'None' image and I can't change the image until I select another image which if I didn't have another appropriate image to choose, would be extremely embarrassing for myself and others

I am having a serious issue regarding the iOS zoom SDK, I am using pushKit to wake up the app via voip notification and then starting CallKit, when the users accepts the call, zoom sdk is initiated and then displays a black screen to the user, but the other side of the call can see the first also when the second party of the call opens the camera the first party also doesn't see the second and this is applied also on the audio so the zoom meeting is not working at all. Can we have a discussion or possible fixes for the sdk ?

Made the mistake and deleted zoom interviews from my computer.Are they captured anywhere? Also - interview not captured - did not saveAgain 

Calendar and schedule does not work on my app, blank screen, doe snot load. I uninstalled and reinstalled app.  It worked on installation, but when I exited and pulled up the app again, does not work.

How do I initiate a call immediately and not scheduled to someone via zoom and not the phone?

Hello I've never had this problem before but my computer seems to have 2 or 3 audio options that I don't fully understand.1. Nvidia2. Realtek I think that one is for the inbuilt speaker in the screen while another one is when I plug in a mic and speaker probably. The third option while in Zoom is system. Anyway, in my Zoom session a couple of minutes ago, a screen kept appearing that the audio output had been changed and the sound kept switching from the speaker in the screen to the headphones every few secondsI tried forcing Zoom to stay with one system  by making a choice in audio options, but this got overridden and the problem started again After a few minutes, only the speakers in the screen worked and the headphones were dead which was hard as I had to take the headphones off and then could not easily use the microphone attached to the headphones

I joined a Zoom meeting today 17.6.2205 with a host who had sent me a link into it. I technically asked her permission via zoom clicks to record it into the could and she gave the permission and (I think) there was the icon that the meeting was being recorded. I`m not sure if I clicked record button though. But after she gave the permission it seemed like it is recording. I saw a text: Meeting is being recorded. And clicked ok. In the end the host ended the meeting before I had clicked stop recording or leave meeting. (Is it necessary that the one who is recording will press stop or leave meeting to get the recording into one`s cloud or computer? ) After the meeting ended like that I could not see recording processing. I checked cloud recordings but did not see any recording there nor a new recording of today in computer recordings. There were only the old ones that have succeeded earlier. I don`t have a paid Zoom account. I used Zoom Workplace.

I had a workaround to double-tap (FINGER TAP, not a mouse click) the buttons, but 6.4.13 has broken even that.Tapping a finger multiples of times will eventually actuate the buttons once. While a finger-tap on the laptop's touchpad (which usually acts as a 'click') does NOT trigger the buttons, if I use my touchpad as a mouse (pressing in the lower-left touchpad corner), a double-click WILL actuate the buttons. Issue was once before solved but 6.4 has broken it again ( https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Menus-don-t-work-with-Linux-client/m-p/234001 )From the discussion there, it seems somehow related to system locale setting, but this has yet to be confirmed

I've read through the previous posts on this and do not see a resolution.  When I create a zoom meeting, it creates 2 of the same meeting and then puts 2 outlook invites into my calendar.  How do I get rid of the duplication?

After canceling zoom pro that I have had for multiple years, I wanted to get the last report that was still on my pro account, only to realize I now have no access to my reports.... Surly I have a right to those reports? As I was a pro customer at the time and that is my data?Zoom is a complete loss.

I'm using the latest (6.4.12) version on macOS, and today I noticed a new heart "React" button. How do I get rid of this? I've already disabled "reactions" both in the account level and in the user level, but this annoying button keeps appearing.

Hi, The Zoom client does not display the correct time zone for my meetings. In https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/general/timeAndLanguage in my Outlook profile, the time zone is set to UTC-8, Pacific, which is correct. I am in Los Angeles.In my Outlook client (Version 2111, Build 14701.20262), under Options, Calendar, Time Zones, the time zone is Pacific, UTC-8. The meetings are displayed at the correct time. On my computer with Windows 10, Version 10.0.19043.1466, the time is set to set automatically, the time zone is set to manual, it's set to UTC-8, Pacific, adjust to daylight savings automatically, and Windows Time service is running.In my Zoom profile, the time zone is set to UTC-8 as well.Zoom picks up the calendar items from my Outlook calendar, and send Windows notifications at the

Does anyone else struggle with Zoom Meetings with No Fixed Time changing to fixed times whenever a meeting link is used in an Outlook appointment? We don't want to give up the Outlook integration completely, because our organization benefits from that integration a lot as well. However, I'm struggling to understand why it wouldn't be possible to have a Zoom Meeting with No Fixed Time stay that way. I'll try to describe our particular use case for clarification of the issue:We use separate recurring meetings with No Fixed Time for each course at our university. This allows faculty and students to just jump in and out of one link for each of their courses. This worked great previously, but got more complicated last year around this time when we discovered the first time that No Fixed Time meeting was manually added to the body of an Outlook appointment it would change the name of the Zoom Meeting to match the name of that Outlook meeting, and it would set it

Hello, I am working on a doctoral paper and I am including interviews for my research.I will need the transcription of the interviews to analyze after the interviews. I was going to use otter.io to transcribe during the interviews but I thought I'd see if Zoom offered full transcripts. I saw that I can record to the clould and I turned that on in my account but I wanted to practice with myself recording before I took it live with my interviewees. 1) Can I schedule a Zoom call and practice on my own before my interviews? I want to see what the transcription looks like.2) Where do the recordings go and where do I retrieve them from the cloud?I have the Zoom One Pro version and live support is not available for me.Thank you!

Zoom Business Account - Meeting with Registration page - Meeting is scheduled for today 11:00 (Berlin time) - Registration worked till yesterday without problems (6 people already registered) - today registration page opens - clock turns - then sign invalid Meeting ID for a few seconds - then you only see the registration page with the text (about the Meeting and all the data) but no fields to enter name and email address as would be necessary to registerI checked all details for the Meeting - everything ok - only the registration link doesn't work. We didn't change anything in the time between yesterday and today!!! I checked the account: there was a bill for 14th of June 2025 (yesterday). In the account settings it says bill is payed - everything ok.Can it be that there is some connection with the process of paying this bill and the Invalid Meeting ID today???What can I do to prevent such behaviour of Zoom in the future? Hi Team, I hosted a meeting on the 3rd of June, 2025 but up to now I am unable to get the conversion files, and neither did the meeting convert to get the recordings.I am using a Windows device, windows 11 pro, Zoom version 6.4.12.I have already tried searching for the conversion files in the Documents and Downloads location but found none. I checked specifically under the Zoom folder.Please assist. Thank you.

Uninstalled Zoom app and Zoom Outlook plugin.  Outlook is still trying to connect to a Zoom server at 128.1.157.229.   How do I stop Outlook from attempting this connection?

About half of my reoccurring meetings just suddenly GONE from my meetings list. They are not expired. They are just not showing up on my list of meetings. I'm an avid user of Zoom. I use it all the time and know how to schedule and operate the platform. This has never happened, and I'm kind of freaked out. I just lost over half of my scheduled meetings. I've updated my Zoom and this did not help. Please help, this is not good!

On the virtual background, in settings, i do not have an "add" icon, how do I load my own pictures?
