Is it possible to integrate LTI 1.3 to my own LMS through LTI Pro app. Where can I setup Client Id in LTI Pro configuration. But i can see spaces there to put client id in moodle,canvas..... How to setup it for my own application.

Hi!  I'm not sure if anyone here can help with this, but our application for the Zoom marketplace has been in review for 4 weeks now. We got a notice that it had been approved, and the last notice that I got from the marketplace review team said this:  The app is currently in our security review queue and will be reviewed as soon as possible. There is no action needed on your end at this time. We will reach out to you if we have any questions or security concerns for the application that need to be addressed. Thank you for your patience. I can't imagine that there are FOUR WEEKS worth of apps in the queue ahead of us, so I'm starting to think that something's wrong. What are some good things about the Zoom app?

As far as I am aware, I can share a Youtube video by sharing my screen from Zoom but that's very bandwidth and processor heavy and consequently  quality is poor.  It case it's not obvious it's because my computer is effectively download and uploading the video at the same time. Is there an App that will allow me to share directly from Youtube? I do this for presentations where I use the Mentimeter App rather than share my screen. In effect I share and control what's in the cloud without having to download it.

Hi All, Could someone let me know if it's possible to use the Zoom Meeting SDK's when also using the Zoom Meeting Connector?What I'm trying to understand is if the API and Webhooks can communicate with the Meeting Connector or they will only work when using Zoom purely in the Cloud? Thanks!  

Hi, I'm trying to link our company Zoom account to Amazon Alexa for Business.When enabling the Zoom skill in the Alexa for Bussines setup portal I need to link our Zoom account.Clicking the "link account"-button takes me to the marketplace page where I need to authorize the app.However, when I click the authorize button, I get a 500 error. When I search for "AlexaZoomRoomBETA" in the marketplace I get 0 results. Any idea what is going on? Our Alexa integration stopped working a few days ago without aparent reason, hence I am re-installing it to troubleshoot Thanks!

Is there anyway to be able to pull Zoom meeting data earlier than 6 month which is provided by the API? The Zoom report section only allows us to pull a list of registration. I need to pull Meeting id, topic, start and end. 

Hi all: I have 4 Apps installed from marketplace (see attachment), but nowhere in my settings, meetings or live sessions can I see an Apps TAB. Have read every document available., Googled, Zoom Guy doesn't know... and I am pretty familiar with ZOOM for 18 months now. Using Mac, Big Sur and most recent ZOOM update. Can anybody please set me in the right direction? Many thanks. - John

I am new to zoom. I will be holding zoom mediations, where I create contracts and agreements between parties to be submitted to a Court and result in a Court Order. I have looked into many of the electronic signing apps, and I am currently testing out Pandadoc. I am able to screen share Pandadoc documents, and meeting goers are able to doodle and sign with the little on-screen stylus; but, the signature does not remain. So, I try sending an invite for the other users to interact within the doc, with actual electronic signature aspects, but they don't get the invite. My screen has a popup that states an invite has been sent, and I see it in my chat box, but the other users do not. And, their chat box does not display same. HELP! P.S. If you do this sort of meeting where documents need official signatures, please advise me on what you use and/or think is best. For now, on a super tight budget. Please and thank you. J

I'm wondering if users are utilizing an app that would force meeting attendees to sign an attendance form? I have a use case to track attendees who may join in groups from separate zoom rooms. Is there a simpler way rather than headcounts and taking manual notes?  Thank you in advance. 

I'm struggling to get games working so that I can play with family/friends - I installed LGN poker, and it shows up right in the Zoom program along with the meeting of friends who are trying to play together. However, for my friend, every time she tries to open the game in the Zoom meeting, it redirects to a browser and just says in the Zoom meeting itself "LGN Poker is open in your browser. Please position your browser window next to Zoom to play" This is becoming very frustrating, as some people who want to connect via Zoom and play are not very technologically savvy. They don't want to have to juggle multiple windows. Also, one of us doesn't have to do this, and it seems to work fine directly in the Zoom program while others are required to use a browser.

Hi. We've been using the Salesforce/Zoom app successfully for a number of months but are now in the process of moving across to Lightning. Any users that are using Classic can use the Zoom integration with no issues but as soon as they switch to Lightning, calls no longer log correctly and the dialpad goes missing from their page layout. If the salesperson switches back to classic, the integration works again. Our Salesforce admins can't identify any issues with page layouts etc. We thought that updating the app to v19 may help but were wondering if the update would just be a simple update or would require a full reinstallation? Or are we missing something? Thanks! 

I am using my own paid zoom account but when trying to add apps (Kahoot and others) I need to click the pre approval button and thus approval from my "admin". Who is that admin? The added app does not show under My apps.  I can open Kahoot in Zoom after having selected it from the list of apps. However, when starting the Kahoot it is not automatically shared with the Zoom participants as the instructions promise.I wonder whether this problem starts that the app is not under My Apps.When opening the Zoom App Marketplace, the page is caught up in a loop and does not get out or does anythings. Any ideas? I configured my Auth app at Martekplace. When i try to install i recieve an error: Resource not found. When i try to configurate on Integromat i recieve this error: Error[4700] Invalid access token, does not contain scopes: [user:write:admin, user:read:admin, user:read, user:write, user_info:read, user_profile]. I don't no what i'm not doing well.

I am getting this error when I try to schedule on behalf of someone else. However, when I click on "Click Here" it takes me to the App page. I have already clicked on "Enable" and have updated. "Schedule For" is not available because Shared Access Permissions is not enabled. Click here to visit Zoom Marketplace and enable "Allow this app to use my shared access permissions"for the Google Workspace app from the Shared Access Permissions column.

Hi I have created an Oauth app at account level. Is there a way I can install or Uninstall this app from the sub accounts managed under the root account? If not manual install, Can I at least uninstall already subscribed users from that app.

I have two accounts and when I tried to connect zoom to calendly it said i needed authorization from the administration and I am the administration on another email address.  How do I authorize it so it can be used with calendly? 

Hey Everyone.I ma using zoom webbooks for listing of event . currently on my app setting  unable the meeting join and left event.and also enable the rejoin option for participant  in my zoom application.i am facing the issue when host removed user from meeting after some time received event of join user (user that removed from host ). cannot understand why this happened .No request from participant to joined meeting after host removed  the participant.Please help me on this case why webhooks behave like this. Thanks
