ZoomとPardotの連携を行っています。Zoom Marketplceから指定のPardotのアプリをインストールし、相互連携させました。インストール直後は通常にデータ連携できましたが数日経つと「Internal Server Error」と表示され、Pardotとの接続が切れていました。Zoom Marketplce上でもPostURLの表示が無くなっていました。原因は分かりますか。

We have Android Work Profiles set up via InTune and are not able to log in with SSO. We get an error message:No available appsThere are no apps currently configured on this device that your organization allows to open this content. I think this has to be something with our Intune app protection policy, but I can't figure out where. Anyone else figure this out?

Hey all,  Looking for some direction. We have built a Zoom Marketplace app that works as expected on Windows devices but it displayed blank on MacBooks. We're at a little bit of a loss of how to debug this issue and I was wondering if any of you good people had run into it previously?  Thanks, Rory

I was curious about some of the applications.  But before I agree to something, or install something on my computer, or agree to release mhey wery data and choices about something or data about those who join me on a call, I want to know that is.  I don't think walking into a store constitutes an agreement that I will buy something. There are a lot of apps here.  Some of them describe what they will do for me and why I might want to look into them.  I installed a few thinking they might help. After several steps on one, I could choose to have a 3-day pass followed by one rate or sign up.  I still wasn't sure how it was going to work.  I only pre-pay for a few things,  I searched help using phrases that were too complicated: "How do I remove an app?"  "Remove app."  "aaalication remove" and more.  But I must b the first person in Zo0ok history to want to remove an application.  I got help and was sent to another page

Hello,  I need to move my code from JWT to OAuth because JWT is being dropped by ZOOM. Setting up the OAuth is working fine and I am able to communicate between my app and ZOOM. BUT ... with OAuth I need to login on ZOOM before I can do what I need to do in my app.Problem is that my app needs to show the recorded videos, made under the ZOOM account, without my app users logging in on my ZOOM account. This functionality was working fine with JWT and I need to have it to work with OAuth as well.So the question is: is there a way to work with OAuth without the need to login on ZOOM (I think I know the answer, but I need to be sure). Thanks,Bart

I have an old (2022) weekly Zoom meeting stuck in my Outlook calendar that I have been unable to remove from my Outlook calendar for over 1 year now. It has my calendar frozen and unusable. It also has slowed down the use of my MacBook laptop.   I have spoken to Microsoft and Apple who have not had any solutions.   I have to turn the Outlook calendar off to be able to use my other calendars.    Please let me know what you suggest I do to get this removed from my Outlook Calendar.

When I try to cancel a meeting by accessing from my outlook calendar, I get this error code 1110.  The meeting will not delete or cancel from my calendar.Any help?

I want to use zoom application with multiple environments. There is info that I can use “any” for this: https://developers.zoom.us/docs/integrations/oauth/#using-multiple-environments . I added “any” as subdomain in redirect url (https://any.yourapp.com) in OAuth allow list section of zoom application settings. After that I try to execute next request: https://zoom.us:443/oauth/authorize&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https://sub1.yourapp.com &state=12345But I ge error: Invalid redirect: https://sub1.yourapp.com (4,700)I tried do this for test app and for prod zoom app, which was published.What’s wrong?

Hi,we create a Zoom app for development in our main account, and now want to test this app in another account.When we want to consent our app in the 2nd account we get "Application not found".Do we need to publish the app first in the marketplace before we can do testing?Or is there a different way to allow the app in 2nd account?Thx for any help.Torsten

I cannot seem to visualize the Server-to-server Oauth option to build my app... I can see only the other types.

So, I installed this free app the other day and then ran a meeting that it was critical was recorded. The message popped up telling me the meeting was being recorded. After the meeting, I could not see the recording. It transpires that after talking to Read support, the recording is automatically deleted when the meeting finishes. At great embarrassment to myself, I now need to see if we can run the 90 minute meeting again. Spoke to Zoom support who don't care. Just wanted to warn people not to trust this app as it can cause you some major issues if you are not careful.

We are reaching out for assistance with our Server-to-Server OAuth app activation. Our goal is to migrate from JWT to Server-to-Server OAuth in order to fetch and register users using webinar API on our application. We followed the steps outlined in the documentation found at https://developers.zoom.us/docs/internal-apps/create/ to create our app.We were able to successfully build the app and add a scope for webinar access. However, after assigning the admin access scope to the user and then removing it, we received an "Update to your user role permissions" notification (screenshot attached). Additionally, the app status is now showing as deactivated.Could you please provide us with assistance on how to activate our Server-to-Server OAuth app and ensure that we have the appropriate permissions to access the required scopes?  

Hi folks, My university has a very large user base of many thousands of users. We've had at least two different groups who use Marketo (different instances) request to use the Zoom Webinars integration, but we've put them off because:Only one Marketo instance can be connected to the Zoom accountMarketo requires account-level access to all of our thousands of usersThat second one is a big no-no. One idea we've had is isolating these specific webinar user accounts to their own subaccounts and linking the individual Marketo instances there. It seems like users from our main account will still be able to be added as alternative hosts to webinars on the subaccounts. Has anyone attempted this elsewhere? Are there any complications we aren't anticipating? Thanks,Chris
