I'm not sure where I should post this. I downloaded the Zoom app but something must have happened during download and it won't work correctly. Now, when I try to launch the app, a little window shows up with the icon for system settings and a box that says "Done." I can't delete the app in order to reinstall it. I can't drag it to trash and I can't open it to uninstall. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, I'm new to creating app integrations, the company I work for develops a software product with an app integration with zoom and we've noticed it's stopped working, so I was asked to find a solution. Our platform requires an API Key, API Secret, and an IM Chat History token, so I suspect the issue is that we were using a JWT app and since it depreciated, it's disappeared from our account, breaking the integration. Are there any other app types I should be aware of, or is this the only possibility? Assuming I'm correct, it looks like we are supposed to use an OAuth or OAuth Server-to-Server app instead, but it does not appear that either of those have the same types of credentials. Is there a way to make these work without modifying our company's software, or will it require additional development on our side?

How can I turn off the ability for external users to use third-party apps from the Zoom Marketplace? An organization-internal user is claiming that an external user has been using a third-party app in meetings hosted by one of our internal users. For internal users, any and all apps must be approved by an admin, but I cannot find a setting that limits the permission of outside members. If this is not possible, it would be a security-friendly feature for organizations to control the apps that interact with our meetings.

We are trying to use the `reportMeetingParticipants` API operation [Link] that requires the "report:read:admin" Scope, but I am not finding this scope to add.I tried to upload the screenshots here, but I don't have permission to upload images... Can I have some clear instructions to how to add this scope?I don't have a "Report" scope type in the left bar when selecting the scopes, and I could find any "report:" scope inside any other scope type. Thanks in advance for the helpBreno

I removed Fathom and now my Zoom is not launching. Adding or removing should not have interfered with zoom. I see other people are having the same problem.

I need to join a zoom meeting, but I am prompted to update my zoom. My zoom version is currently at 5.15, I need to update to 6.00. The update process necessitates the uninstallation of the previous version. I am faced with this error message: "The path "C:\Users\mhonn\AppData\Local\Temp\4C1F4B~2\target.msi" cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package "target.msi" in a folder from which you can install the product Zoom (64-bit)." I do not know how to progress from this. Send help.  

I would like to share the zoom timer, pin one or two participants, and record only the participants I have pinned. I have tested this out and so far the Zoom Timer also appears in the recording. Is there a way to share the timer but not have it appear in the recording? Thanks!

We've successfully installed and used the DocuSign Integration. We noticed that sometimes we do not receive the "remote control" button. We tested with Android and Apple phones and it seems that Apple phones cannot be given remote control. Is there a solution to this?

I am an admin at my job, and we are wanting to utilize some of the Zoom apps, for example Sharepoint and Google Docs or Paycor Recruiting. I have allowed these apps and added them to my account. They will not show up in the aaps tool as available. The only one I can get to work is Docusign.  The apps have been set to available, and the email will send out saying it is available, but even when you click "Add now" and put in your login info for the specific app, when I start a meeting it does not show me the app or even show it in the search. How can I get these apps to show up so we can use them?

We exclusively rely on a Webhook-only application to capture Webinar Registrations data.It was working smoothly. However, we've observed a sudden halt in data transmission  to our Marketing Cloud data extension. No modifications were made on our end within the Marketing Cloud platform.Deployment : 2023-10-10 . No data coming since : 2023-11-05  In an attempt to troubleshoot, we re-validated the endpoint, only to encounter an 'Please validate your endpoint URL' error message.Zoom support team indicated a potential issue with the hash value, but it puzzles us why this discrepancy arose now when the system operated flawlessly last year. Interestingly, we noticed two records were captured in the Marketing Cloud data extension recently, but upon personal testing, the system remains unresponsive. Are there any recent updates pertaining to hash response mechanisms, particularly HMAC-SHA, that could shed light on this

We had an active Zoom server-to-server oauth app that was working and at around August this last year it suddenly decided to stop working. I've come to the point that I can't figure it out on my own and I need to get some help from one of your engineers to help me troubleshoot.What is happening is that, on my Oauth application, I am making a token request and *successfully* getting back an `access_token`. I then immediately go to use that token and get an invalid token response.The most confusing part about this, again, is that this server-to-server app was successfully accepting API; however late last year it decided to not accept my freshly generated tokens.

I recently added Cronofy app to my zoom account. But I made a mistake and I need to revoke it (or just cancel the permissions?)I looked for the Cronofy app in the app market as explained, but can't find it there. How can I do that?

I have an event with 26 registered via Eventbrite, however there are only 17 registered on Zoom.  No idea why this has happened or how to resolve.  May be something to do with orders with multi tickets but I don't know.

We are paid users for both Google & Zoom. We have turned off Google Meet in our Google Workspace Calendar settings. Now when setting up a meeting, the Google Meet button is gone, but we have to physically click the  'Make it a Zoom Meeting' button to add the Zoom info to our Google calendar invites. This is an unnecessary step our users have to remember when setting up meetings.  Is there a way to automatically add Zoom Meetings to Google calendar events without having to click the 'Make it a Zoom Meeting' button? I've searched forums to no avail so hoping someone has some guidance they can share to enable us to be as efficient as possible when we're scheduling meetings.

Hello support, As found many many IP (over 1.7k) reserved for Zoom App under IP ranges txt file page, would u tell what kind of service will be destined to those IP addrs?  Alternatively, can it use destinations, *.zoomapp.cloud to cover it? The objective is to do the data wavier for end user for Zoom application, to encourage more people to use Zoom service in my regions.  Cheers,Joe

Hi,I'm having some trouble. I am trying to create a zoom marketplace app, to be used in the zoom client during meetings. Steps I took:I went to my marketplace.zoom.us, clicked on 'develop' > 'create app'. After completing the steps, it said 'local test ready'. I added it with the button 'Add app now'. I opened the zoom client on my desktop, and made sure I was logged in with the same account. When I clicked on 'Add app now' earlier, it showed a notification n the desktop client. Yet, when I click on 'Apps' and check 'My apps', it is empty. Where is my app?
