Zoom Pardot Integration Problem

I am having issues with the Zoom webinar and pardot list integration. It is all set up and working correctly, I can create a webinar and it works perfectly, allowing me to select a list for registered attendees, but we have two recurring webinars that are already scheduled out on our calendar and the Pardot will not connect with those two. When I try I get an error message 'The webinar ID is invalid.' and the pardot lists dropdown shows up as no data.

I've contacted the Zoom support team and they were unable to help, stating "Please be advised that we only have limited tools and information about the integration. "

If you know why this is happening or how it can be fixed I'd appreciate the help. Thank you.

The reason this is occurring is that the Pardot integration does not support recurring webinars at the moment. Please keep an eye out at http://blog.zoom.us and our release notes https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/sections/201214205-Release-Notes. This is where we publish new product and feature announcements 🙂

I'm having this same issue, except my webinar is NOT a reoccurring webinar. It's a standalone session. My Zoom/Pardot integration was working perfectly but all the sudden I'm getting an "invalid webinar ID" error on the zoom page where I configure the lists in Pardot.
