LiveStream App

When attempting to go live using the livestream app we are now receiving a '502 Bad Gateway’ message. 
Different people are receiving are using the same app and receiving the same message so it is not the network,
Can anyone help?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Our engineering team has been working hard on the backend to locate the root cause and has now restored functionality.

thank you for your message, which unfortunately I have only just seen.
Yes the ‘502 Bad Gateway’ message no longer appears, however, we now receive the below message:

Error: Failed to connect to Zoom services
Please refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. If the error persists, contact Zoom support.'

We have used 3 different computers as well as deleted and reinstalled the app and reloaded the channels various times, without any difference. Please advise on how this can be resolved?

I do not know if it related to the issue with going live
