When I schedule a meeting via my Zoom desktop app, an email is automatically created in my outlook and I send it off. Previously, the email had a nice Zoom logo and layout, but since October the email has only had boring text and a link to the meeting. How do I get the Zoom logo and layout back in the email?I'm not interested in customising the email with my own logo.

Hi I just created a new recurring meeting using the windows zoom app. Normally I send an email to the person who is joining the meeting to confirm the details. The meeting are all synced to my google calendar. I usually copy the invite by clicking the 3 dots on the zoom app homepage next to the meeting and selecting copy invite, then paste this into the email to be sent. However zoom is now adding loads of lines of unnecessary  text to the invite like this -  Please download and import the following iCalendar (.ics) files to your calendar system.Weekly: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/tZ0ud-yupzIrHNOezihhCuDOXaO2B15c9hho/ics?icsToken=DMWHPf7QzJE2r5yFewAALAAAAJU  ...... I’ve been using Zoom for four years, primarily scheduling and hosting my meetings on my PC via Chrome. However, over the past few months, I started experiencing issues where my meetings would freeze. Attendees couldn’t hear or see me, though I could still hear them. I reached out to Zoom support, and they recommended downloading the Zoom app for my PC and using it for meetings. After installing the app, I noticed my calendar is now linked to my Gmail account, which I don’t use. Previously, when I used the web client, it was synced with my Outlook calendar. I’m trying to find a way to connect the Zoom app with my Outlook calendar instead of my Google calendar.

When I used Zmail to send an email  to an outlook.com email address it fails . No error message returned but it is not in my Zmail sent box. It works with Gmail addresses. So is Zmail not able to pass some DMARC verification issue imposed by Outlook? Using Zoom Workplace on my Android device.

At the start of each new day, I can see the events scheduled for the day on the Calendar work week view, but in the Today view/side panel it displays "No events scheduled". If I exit the Zoom application and restart it, then the Today view/side panel correctly displays the events listed for the day in the work week calendar view. Then at the start of the next day, there are no events displayed in that Today view/side panel even if the calendar shows events scheduled for that day, until I exit the application and restart it.

Hello, writing to you in times of great needIn my organization, users use zoom meetings by creating them via browser. They copy the meeting parameters to a recurring meeting in outlook. And they send this meeting to several people. All good so farBut sometimes they decide to add something (text, files) to a meeting instance. Send a meeting update to all participants. And then boom! When a meeting participant opens the modified meeting in the calendar, he sees it with a corrupted encoding. Everything is ok with meeting update in inbox, problem with calendar.Here is an example of corrupted text:РЎ уважением,of course I can convert this text into readable, but this will not eliminate the problem, but only the consequencesthanks!

My online school for Yazidi students functions 7 days/week. Iraq / Kurdistan weekend is Friday Saturday. However, our classes happen at all days of the week. Our meetings certainly do as well. Teachers live in various countries.How can a full 7-day week be shown please?

Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue please? I created a Zoom calendar invitation; it was sent successfully. I then opened the sent invitation, and tried to forward the invitation by adding email addresses. When I clicked "send" on the forwarded invitation, MS Outlook crashes and the invitation is not sent. So far neither Microsoft nor Geek Squad can fix this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this please? This issue just started; in the past I could forward existing Zoom invitations. Thank you & God bless     

I have a landing page which is connected to my CRM and calendar for customers to book appointments with me.The Problem is everytime someone tries to book an appointment, Zoom generates a link with an Invalid ID Number.  What on Earth do i do to correct this?

Zoom keeps sending me push notifications on my screen for calendar for every single reminder and event when I took a lot of time to make sure I have not notifications popping up. Its very distracting when I am working. I'm looking for a way to switch it off and I can't find the setting anywhere.....I tried the settings in zoom then on the browser and there is nowhere to switch them off. every 5 minutes I have a different event and I only need my phone to tell me what's next, not my desk top as well. very irritating, please help!

How can I get my emails to populate automatically without having to put them in manually on the desktop version on zoom - it does it beautifully on the iPhone app, but not on the desktop. It'a a p.i.a. to have to always search for and enter these email addresses manually.

Hi all!This is a minor issue that might just be me missing a setting.My issue is that the image that used to be behind the time and date disappeared (see screenshot). I also no longer see the button to change the image. It's a small thing but making my workspace personal brought me a lot of joy.I was not able to find the setting that allows me to re-enable it. I'm currently updated to the latest version of Zoom, and I've tried reinstalling Zoom. The same issue persists. Is this the new default, a setting issue, or a bug on my Zoom?Would appreciate any support!Thank you!! 

Hello ExpertsI am one of the Zoom infrastructure admins and came across a user query regarding Zoom Rooms in our Zoom setup. The user relies on Google Calendar for scheduling. While the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on is already approved, I am looking for a solution where, when scheduling a meeting with a Zoom Room, the associated Meeting ID and password automatically populate in the Google Calendar event.Is there a way to achieve this? Currently, users have to manually add the meeting details to the calendar.Thank you!

I am not able to setup Zoom as an add-on in outlook...receiving Error Code 202.

Our 3 person company uses Outlook as primary email with Zoom plug in. When we schedule a Zoom meeting, the email is showing up as sent, but the recipient within the company (another Outlook user) isn't receiving the email. However, the meeting is showing up on their calendar. There seems to be no problem with invitees outside the company receiving the email no matter what email they use.  I realize this is likely an Outlook issue but thought I would try here for a solution as well. 

I disconnected Zoom sync with my Google Calendar and ALL of my appointments unrelated to Zoom have gone! In fact, my whole Calendar has been wiped clean. How do I retrieve my appointments?

Hello -- I spoke with Microsoft on issue I was having with updating zoom add-in. I was told the microsoft recently made changes to requirements for how 3rd party applications are packaged -- and associated "deployment tokens". I was told the error produced when attempting to apply available updates to already deployed ZOOM M365 add-in reflect the zoom app needs the token updates. at high level, the deployment token needs to be updated from current EWS token to the new NAA token (nested app auth).There doesn't seem to be way to directly contact zoom support. how should I proceed?  Articles on topic:https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/new-nested-app-authentication-for-office-add-ins-legacy

When I send an email with a meeting link (hyperlinked to the word 'here'), the email received, but not the one sent, also has a box ad for Zoom appear under the hyperlink.  This is not at all what I want. How can I send the meeting link without the Zoom and box appearing? Thanks.

(I tried to post this message before but can't find the thread now - I'm posting it again.)I'll try to describe what's going on.I use Google Calendar and have multiple calendars (work, personal, family, etc.). All of them are integrated with Zoom.When I create an event in any of my Google calendars (work, for example), it appears in Zoom normally. As soon as I add a Zoom meeting with the Zoom For Workspace extension, the event appears in Zoom duplicated in all of my synced calendars (personal, family, etc.), even though it only appears in Google on the original calendar where I created it (work).The same thing happens when I schedule a meeting directly with Zoom on any of my synced Google calendars. Zoom duplicates it in all of my other synced calendars, even though it only appears in Google on the original calendar where I scheduled the meeting.Any ideas?Thanks

I am having an issue where if another person sends me a Google Meet link, the meeting details and Join button do not save and sync to Zoom's Google Calendar.  For example, I was sent a meeting that was scheduled as a Google Meet, but I don't have a way to join or a link to click on in the Zoom workplace calendar. I know it will not join via Zoom workplace but it has no link to join at all.  

I am trying to connect my personal Outlook calendar to Zoom to integrate them.  When I click on Office O365, I'm not able to use OAuth 2.0 because it's only used for work or school accounts.  When I try to authorize it, it asks for an EWS URL and I don't know what that is for O365. I've tried using the following: https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx  and I receive the following error:"The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401)Unauthorized." When I use https://outlook.com/office365.com I receive the error "An error has occurred. Make sure the information you entered is correct." Has anyone had any success link
