Calendar Tab Suggestions ...or maybe I can't find them?

On the CALENDAR TAB:

- "VIEW" pull down, I see DAY, WORK WEEK, WEEK, AGENDA. But how does one view by MONTH??

- "EVENTS" pull down, how about adding something like "Zoom meetings" and "My Hosted Zoom Meetings"?  The "Hosted by you" gives me too many events!
