Zoom is no longer synching up with my Outlook account.  I used to be able to add the meeting to my calendar by clicking the button.   Now I have to download the file and when I open it I get an error message.   Is anyone else having this issue?   

Every time I try to add a meeting in Outlook, It acts like it's trying to add a Zoom meeting and then returns "500 Internal Server Error." I've tried removing the plug-in for Zoom and adding it back and no luck. Please help! 

hi may i seek assistance, i have a zoom pro and newly build computer however there is an issue of Windows Security pop up saying "Connecting to zoom.us" then ask me to enter username and password it pops up randomly thru the day and needs to enter my credentials 3 time in order for it to go away is there a solution for this to stop it from popping out?already did reinstall zoom to latest  versionclear credential manager

Hi there, I host a recurring monthly meeting. I typically batch the schedule out several weeks at a time and send out the message to all of the attendees. One attendee has had difficulty with getting the meeting added to their calendar so that the correct link shows up every time. If I'm understanding them correctly, what is happening is that the event is in their calendar but with the same link every time. I'm unsure of the exact steps that the person is using to add the event to their calendar and how much of it may be user error and how much may be a tech issue. They use Apple and the invite goes out using Google Calendar, which I'm now learning could be a big part of the problem. Does anyone know of a solution? TIA

I can schedule meetings and add invitees. after hitting send, the meeting shows up on upcoming meetings listed in Zoom. Email notifications do not get set out, I checked settings and don't see anything associated with this in settings. All of this is on windows laptopfyi... this used to work until I started using a macbook this week and downloaded zoom.  now neither computer sends out notificationsany suggestions are welcome!

Anyone knows how to remove the email app in zoom and its desktop notifications ?

We are installing our first Logitech Tap / Rally Bar Zoom room. We have integrated Office 365 calendar following the instructions. We have everything working and can schedule the room in 365 Outlook. However, while the meeting shows up on the Tap it only shows the time and meeting info not the day's full calendar (showing open / booked time for that day. We tried scheduling more than 1 meeting on the same day but the result is the same. I can see each meeting but no times in-between or before / after. Any ideas? We CAN see the meetings on the "Room Calendar" in the shared room calendar on our desktops. Just not on the Tap. Running latest version of Zoom 5.16.5.Side note: We are running Mac Books with Windows Parallels for Office 365 

Hello, After creating the meeting in Zoom, is there a way to generate a link which participants can use to add the details of the meeting to their Google Calendar? I know that Zoom provides a link after you create the meeting in order for you to add it to your calendar but when I gave the same link to others, it doesn't work and the get the "Looks like you can't access this page right now. (200)" message. Please let me know

Good evening, I am writing today because my father had an issue with getting his patients to receive his Zoom invitations via email. When I tried entering the meeting code and his user code, it said it was invalid. Please advise for a solution. we have tried sending the link to one of my emails but it won’t be received by my original emails. 

Hello. I have been using zoom for years and use the desktop app to schedule meetings and invite participants via email addresses. All of a sudden, the invite email address seems to get dropped out of the invite when it is sent as a calendar invite. Any ideas why? Thank you!

Hello Everyone, I have installed Zoom Outlook Plugin and I can find it here C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\Zoom Outlook PluginI have a question. I want to know if it's possible to call the Zoom Outlook Plugin library(COM component) to schedule a zoom meeting in C# console application?  if it's possible how can I do that, any document can share with me? Many thanks.Jerry

When you want to embed a link in an email, you first need to click the ... on the min-format bar and then you get the full format bar at the bottom of the email. Then, when you go to add a link, the cursor is at the start of the text that you are linking, and not starting in the link field as one might expect. So, rather than clicking the link button and immediately Ctrl/Cmd-V pasting, you need to move the cursor first. The fact that you can't use Ctrl/Cmd-K to insert the link in the first place means that what should be a two click operation (Ctrl/Cmd-K, Ctrl/Cmd-V) is a four click operation.Why is Ctrl/Cmd-K used to launch the Search function? That keyboard shortcut is widely used for insert link, and it seems a very odd choice to change its function in this app.

Currently, the calendar app does not access the Google Calendar working hours so that I am unable to use the tool to book time with people, as I cannot see their available working hours. As a result, the calendar is a useful reference for existing meetings, but useless for creating new ones.

Hello everyone!  I am trying to support a user with an issue they are having with the calendar feature in their Zoom desktop application. The user is signed in with their work account, Zoom Outlook plug-in is installed, but I cannot connect the Outlook calendar to their Zoom desktop app. I clicked the "Add Calendar" option to link it, but a Window pops up saying the admin needs to grant access for this feature. On the back end, I don't see a setting to change for this. Anyone know what setting this might be?

Previously, scheduling meeting by iphone provided an Add button, then synced meeting to phone calendar. This facility has disappeared. None of the support suggestions have remedied this problem meaning I need to manually add all my meetings to my calendar. How can I restore this function?

I have MS Office including Outlook. I have a recurring meeting every day at 8:30 since months ago. 3 weeks ago this meeting was cancelled. In Outlook the meeting does not appear but in Zoom is still in the calendar and every day, at 8:25, I receive the notification that in 5 minutes I have the meeting. My zoom version is 5.16.6, the last one for MS Windows. Hoy can I synch my Zoom calendar with Outlook correctly ?

i have created re-occurring zoom meetings for every tuesday in 2024. When I add to outlook calendar, it only adds the first occurrance.  I did this last year and had no problems.  Any suggestions?

Hi,I work for a client whose given me delegated access to his Google Calendar (I don't have to log in using his own Google credentials). So my setup right now is I still log in to my own Google Calendar and use my own Zoom account (I believe I have the basic version).My client has asked me to set up a Zoom meeting for him which will of course be added to his Google Calendar.However, my problem right now is that my only options when I manage my Google Calendar, is to set up a Zoom meeting using my own account, which has very limited features: a waiting room that will require for the host to manually allow participants to join in (I won't be in the Zoom meeting), and most importantly, a meeting that has a time limit (the client's meeting could go past 2 hours).Is there a way that allows me to set up a Google Calendar event using my client's Google Calendar that's delegated to my o

We have a meeting set for one of our Zoom rooms that no longer takes place there. The owner of the event is not available to cancel it on her calendar. As a Zoom admin, what can I do to remove that recurring event from the room?

Curious if anyone else has seen this.  I enabled MAPI calendar integration.  (We have on premise Exchange servers)  After I do that, when I reboot, Zoom launches and then it fires up Outlook.  1/2 the time Outlook comes up and says it hates life and needs to open in Safe Mode.  When I turn off MAPI calendar integration I don't see that issue.  So I'm pretty sure it's related.  We're on the latest and greatest Zoom VDI Client and Outlook plugin versions.  Just me?

We have Enterprise zoom, Outlook365, using latest Outlook client.Only plug in in Outlook is zoom.  About 6 months ago, I noticed there was a zoom update - and this is when the calendar stopped syncing.The issue is me and my business partners receive outdated popups for calendar events that were rescheduled or cancelled.  I see people joining meetings that don't exist or were moved, and I am joining meetings where nobody is present.  A huge time waste.I followed the suggestions and saw that calendar sync was already on. I turned it off, then back on and then the syncing worked, for about 5 days, then it stopped again. I went back in to the calendar sync option and it was on - but it was greyed out, so I couldn't turn it off and back on again. I created a ticket with our internal zoom support and they said that this setting was hardcoded by Zoom, not our administrators.Nee

I have a user on our Enterprise account using Outlook for calendar/mail and Edge as his main browser.  We've set up the Outlook plugin to connect Zoom and it works fine until he shuts down his machine. When he turns back on, the connection to his Zoom account is lost and he needs to log in again through the Outlook plugin.  Does anyone know if this could be an issue with Edge?  Is there a trick for keeping the setting?
