I had a zoom pay per attendee license, and have switched to a zoom unlimited 100 attendees license as it suits my needs better. The issue being it tells me I need to create a new hub but i cannot get into the old one now and have several events scheduled in the coming days - I need to be able to duplicate these events into the new one but cannot access them? Has anyone got any suggestions on this?

I am a longtime user of zoom and Miro with Groups. I use them as two separate programs, but I know, it’s possible to open Miro inside zoom. Long time ago, I tried it and it didn’t work for everyone. I am curious how it works now because it’s a great possibility! I am happy if you have experiences to share

I need people to move themselves about the various virtual rooms, but I don't want them to have the power to close rooms! This should be for the host only. Since, any person who wants to act rogue and dislikes virtual environments can close the rooms, blame it on the technology and say that zoom isn't fit for purpose.  You can't identify who has closed the rooms. And of course everyone denies it. Not useful when you have a large number of externals in your virtual environment that you're trying to impress. How can I give feedback to zoom to get this changed???  I can understand that you may want a second admin person to help the host, so they need the power, but to give everyone the same power is not useful. We can't stop making everyone co-host as there are far too many people to move about. They need to do it themselves. We really need another role - one that allows people to move about so they can see the breakout rooms, but no other powers.

What I have been looking for is the number of relationship fields the app needs and on what object. Anyone have the asnwer or can point me in the right direction?  Thanks

I need to create an automated tax invoice to go out to customers who register and pay to join our event. But Zoom Event has a problem with creating GST invoices for NZ events.  It cannot calculate NZ GST. So I went to do the tax invoice creation in Stripe, but Zoom is controlling it and it won't allow the invoice to go from Stripe.  How can we create the tax invoice in Zoom Events?  

Hey all, I teach one-on-one through Zoom, and I use Calendly to allow students to schedule times with me. I frequently run into the message "This meeting is scheduled for" and some date and time in the past. I gather this is because the Calendly event synced to Zoom and made an event, which I then made recurring through Google Cal. This would make the event recurring in Google Cal, but not in Zoom, so Zoom thinks the event is in the past.According to this article (https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=5624) I should simply find the meeting in my Previous Meetings list and make it recurring there, but none of my Calendly events appear in my Previous Meetings. Any advice?

Hi, I am unable to find where to download the calendar ics file for a Zoom Event that I created - I obviously will not be registering for my own event as the organzier.  

I guess I made a mistake when sharing my screen and recording my Zoom meeting as some recordings show my speaker view within the slideshow (top right hand corner) but some show me outside of the screen entirely.  I can view it with both in Zoom only but how can I import that into a teaching platform to show both me speaking and the slideshow at the same time?  What did I do wrong in terms of the screen sharing.  I have recorded hours of content and feel so frustrated at the thought of having to re record all of it.

How do I make an easy registration in zoom events. Right now my events are not showing registration but instead it says go to the loby. I need for the registration page to be super easy: name, phone number , email and that is it. Any ideas of what am I doing wrong?

We have an Events 500 subscription that we pay for monthly. (In addition to Workplace Pro) Our event started two days ago and has two more days to go. At the moment, we have NOT had 500 unique visitors to our sessions, but we are at 502 in the lobby (a whole different issue that I have a problem with). So, two people have gotten "The Event is at Capacity" emails and were not let in.I want to add capacity, maybe 100 seats but despite several calls to sales and support no one can tell me that purchasing pay per attendee will ADD to my existing already started event or not. Has anyone else run into the issue and how did you solve it? 

Hi Folks, This past week, I have been having trouble with getting the "representatives" in the exhibitors to receive access to their virtual booths. It appears that the "Exhibitor" invitation, through communication/emails, only sends to the exhibitor contact. I then tried sending in special roles, and only half of the representatives received emails. If they received the email invite from  it asked them to log-in. Everyone's email was inserted correctly (we checked that together). I could only find this support article, yet it did not help me answer my questions below. My two questions are as follows:1) Do representatives in the exhibitors need to download the Zoom desktop client?2) Does anyone know a workaround in getting representatives, not exhibitor contact, an email with their "join" link? 

Edited to add: I figured it out! Right now my name is listed in the "organized by" field on the homepage of our Zoom event. I'd like to change that to our team name. How can I edit that field?

When I Zoom Community Support going to set up Apple iOS product support section in their support community??

Setting up an event, we want to offer a paid ticket price so that a company can buy tickets for multiple people on one purchase.  The config enables fields that give name, email and role for the first person and then we created bespoke fields for second and third guest to capture name, email, role.  This did not work because only the first person who made the purchase gets the email communication. We need all guests to receive comms with calendar invitation and updates about their ticket and reminders etc.  How do you configure Event for multiple people on one purchase so everyone received comms?  

Good day, I have a paid Zoom Event set up with Stripe and someone from Denmark is interested but Denmark is not listed in the article below:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063856 The article ends with "Note: If an event—free or paid—restricts access to specific countries or regions, then users located in those countries or regions will not be allowed to register for and join the event." Why?  The article provides no useful information as to why this restriction is in place for countries in the EU.  Attendees who are blocked from attending a paid web event should be given some kind of explanation.  Why is France, Spain, and Switzerland allowed but not Denmark?  Is it local government restrictions, taxes, etc?&nbs

 Good morning,we noticed that Zoom Events does not provide for the translation of emails into Italian. If I set a reference template to be reproduced in future events, the email editing page does not include placeholders such as [title] or [date event], I would have to enter the event title by hand and correct it in future events. Furthermore, already composed blocks such as "registration" or "view event" cannot be translated. For us this means that we create registration pages for our events in Italian but we manage communication via email in English. Inconsistent experience for our users. Thank you.

Hi Zoom Community,I am currently facing an issue with creating an additional hub in Zoom Events. Our organization has a Zoom Events "Unlimited" license, and we have around 90 unused licenses. Despite this, we are unable to create more than one hub for one account. From what I understand, the Unlimited license is limited to a single hub. We are a company of 500 employees and need to manage multiple hubs under the main owner for different groups. If you have a recurring zoom call event - can you "name" or "title' each one differently so they come up in the registration page area?

Hello,  I have just downloaded and linked the zoom app for salesforce to my teams salesforce accounts. When I try to schedule a meeting I keep getting the Zoom Meeting Creation Status as Activated PMI schedule meeting is existing.  And it is not creating a meeting id and it is automatically checking the use personal meeting id.  Does anyone have any idea how to correct this issue?  

I created a webnar conference for my company, but the subscribers are not receiving the confirmation via email with the webnar link once they are subscribed.

It appears Zoom Event/Zoom Session visits to the lobby count as "Attended" instead of using "Minutes watched" as a qualifier for attendee count within Zoom reports. This means integrated platforms will have a count different to Zoom's count for attendance data - which may be confusing to stakeholders with access to both Zoom and integrated CRMs/MAPs. 

I once had a paid account to use with a not-for-profit association during the covid-19 lock down so we could have our meetings done by video.  Now we can meet in person so that account is no longer needed and cancelled the paid subscription.  In the past year or so I started to get these notifications on events happening, 'how to..', etc.  I've been hitting the unsubscribe to stop this from happening and I still keep getting these emails!  I'm not a business person or have a business job and I don't go to meetings. Why do I keep getting these emails?  Why doesn't the unsubscribe work?

Why is this happening? My Internet speed is very good. It makes for a very amateur presentation.
