Dear Community, How do a share a recorded meeting file with authenticated participants without deleting it?I recorded the session to the cloud, and stopped recording and ended call.   I have found the recording - now what?   

Is there anyway to take the 'Share' button off my private event page.   The whole point of it being Private is that I don't want it shared.  I realize that I can't completely prevent people from sharing the link, but having a 'Share' button with 5 different ways to share the link IS NOT HELPING.  I realize that I can create specific settings to only allow certain people into the meeting, but I need people to be able to register for the event (access the link) as soon as they join my private website community.   (They join, they can see the community, they can see the link).  I thought I had finally found a solution to host a zoom meeting that prevented  unwanted people from joining.  Clearly I have not.

Why can't I have an OnZoom meeting with paid tickets going on one tablet and on a separate tablet have a regular Zoom meeting going?  My initial meeting id is different than the one that generates for OnZoom paid customer tickets.  Or is there a way to do this that I don't know about?  I teach a dance fitness class on Zoom and on OnZoom and some of my clients either don't want to pay over the internet or don't have a way to.  Would be nice if I could make having to use Zoom easier for them and better for myself.  Even being able to do a split screen on one tablet with just Zoom and OnZoom people would be awesome and even better.  Thanks for any help.

How does a presenter  (zoom host) participate in his own polling question?  I have created the polling but can not participate in the polling.  

Hey community,   I have an OnZoom event happening on Saturday and I received a notification for the first ticket sale a few weeks ago but have not recieved any notifications for sales after that. I didn’t think anyone had bought tickets until some people told me they had registered and I never saw email notifications come through.   Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi,I purchased the license for 500 for the Zoom Event. I logged into Zoom Events and there is no button in the dropdown that has the option to create the event. This is really not user friendly, and I am not sure if I am missing something. I do not even see a manage button.  I only see favorites and tickets on the dashboard. At this point I am ready to cancel since there is no simple way to get the question answered. I just purchased it today, so I am not sure if there is a waiting period ? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much! 

I would prefer sponsors have to put their own info in - pictures, logos, videos, documents, etc.  Otherwise - this will eat up a lot of our own time - especially since there are size limitations, etc.  Is there a way a sponsor can edit their own "booth" info?

Hi all, We had an event yesterday that I recorded to my computer. When I converted the file, for some reason 2 of the 2.5 hours recorded the audio portion and NOT THE SCREEN? While it's nice to hear everyone's voice, the whole reason of recording is to reference back to it! It was our annual Employee Appreciation event and I'm praying there's a way to get this fixed. Can someone help??  

I set up a test event and I can't find where I set it so that one person can get multiple tickets at one time.  This would be for a paid event on the conference selection for Zoom events.

Background music during a live online hypnosis session at Zoom. How do I get the best quality? I tried splitting the screen and talking at the same time, recording everything, and the music was barely understandable. Is there an app or special setting?

I may be suggesting into the void here, and it's probably too late for this to be worthwhile, but I'm going to post it for the Zoom developers anyway.    Mid-pandemic, my wife and attended a charity comedy show. The presenters & performers all had video on, but the rest of us were turned off.  That made it rough for the comedians, as they couldn't tell whether their jokes were landing.    So what about making a visual representation instead. Everyone's mic'd, and representing volume is pretty easy to do.  So make a simple grid, and light up each square relative to how much noise the viewer is making. I've got a simple image representation attached. So even if they can't *hear* the audience, they at least get feedback. YMMV.

Hi, all-- I am sharing a video with sound but I don't want the other Zoom accounts to be able to hear my microphone. Is there a way to mute myself but still share sound in a video? Thanks!

Hi Zoom Community! I have a group that wants to share a recording of a zoom event they did with people outside their Zoom account. I always upload our recordings to a website/YouTube and then share a link, but they don't have access to another website. Is there a way to share the recording with people who 1)are outside their Zoom account and 2) may not have a zoom account? thanks!Allison 

It would be great to have this as an option to activate. It doesn't make sense that attendees who register do not have the ability to add to calendar once registration is complete. Thank you

Hi there, recently I can't open Zoom-links in Telegram or emails anymore. I don't think this is a Zoom-problem. Rather it has to do with Windows 10. But since I could not find a solution after days of searching, I hope one of you can help me on the way to a solution?I assume it has to do with how Windows handles links. And this funciton must be disturbed.... Any idea is welcome.Marlon

Hi,   I see support for joining onZoom sessions in the Release Notes for Zoom Rooms earlier this year, but how is this actually achieved.   Assuming I already have a ticket for an onZoom event, how do I join with a Zoom Room when the times comes? Thanks,   Rupert
