Hi I am wanting to customise the banner which appears behind the speakers photo, name and role in the Speakers page in Zoom Events. Currently its a pale blue with a mid blue curved stripe, which really doesn't suit my branding. Is it possible to customise the banner? Thanks

After attending a regular meeting and clicking the "Leave Meeting" red button in the main Zoom window, I noticed that the green webcam indicator on my computer remained on.I discovered that there was still an open pop-up window displaying only my own video in real time. This pop-up could only be switched off through a "Leave Meeting" button (in white), but there was no audio and no other participants visible, since I had already left the meeting from the main window.What could have caused that video pop-up to remain active after leaving the meeting?Was my video still being transmitted to other participants?

I am about ready to scream. During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop.  I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates. The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens.”Turn On Reactions: Zoom.us has turned off Reaction effects….” Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures.  All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter. The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen.  It also pops up on the share sometimes, other times on my non-shared screen. ”’zoom.us’ is Accessing your screen” When I tap that one, it opens a Mac OS system settings screen where Zoom is already selected as being allowed.  Again…can’t get rid of it more than a coupla minutes and everything appears to be enabled. Any ideas how t

Hello, Please help me I am using zoom events and I want to do a seminar. I changed my setting to “ you don’t register your email address and your name” But when I try to join to the test seminar I need to put my email address and my name. I disabled the settings but it do not work. Is there a way to that you do have to put your email address and the name when you’re joining to the zoom event? As I said I already disabled my setting to no email no name. Can somebody please help me out I can’t do the zoom events🥹

When sharing the screen, when launching a .ppt presentation, gray/black bands appear similar to rectangles that float on the screen and cannot be removed. What could be the cause?

This is a Zoom Events problem. Yesterday I tried to upload a file with 79 Sessions in it to the Event Content -> Sessions area. I immediately received the error: ! An error was encountered when processing your request  Now whenever I go to the Sessions area I continue to get this error message along with a spinning cursor. I see no Sessions and there is not even a button to add Sessions manually. It's been over 8 hours. I've tried logging out and logging back into Zoom. I tried clearing browser cache. I tried a different browser. No help. Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve it? I have a ticket open with Zoom but have had no response yet. I'm in dire straits as my event will start in less than a week and I have over 100 paid registrants. 

I want to host a 4 day virtual event. There will only be 1 session at a time. I also want to create a lobby where participants can network. Even in different breakoutrooms with different topics. I want the attendees to only register once for the 4 days. I also want to create VIP tickets, these attendees get an extra session. Can I do this with sessions or do I need events? I believe I only need events when I have multible sessions at the same time over multible days/

When I Record A Zoom Meeting The Timer Is Not Displayed-Please Assist

Hello, I'm seeing an issue bringing the Tracking Source Name or Tracking Source URL into the Zoom trigger, though it is showing my test source on the Zoom side. Any ideas as to how we can get the tracked source logged in Zoom to flow thru to Zapier? It looks like Zapier acknowledges that it is a value, it's just not populating. Thank you!

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m trying to understand how Zoom Webinar attendee reports handle participants who leave a session early, particularly in a case where an attendee exits before the session officially ends but still appears as “present” for the full session duration—plus an extra five minutes past the scheduled end time. Scenario Details:The attendee joined the webinar using their browser (not the Zoom desktop app).They left just as the first breakout session was about to begin.They exited the session by closing their browser window rather than clicking “Leave Webinar.”However, the attendee report recorded them as present for the entire session duration, plus an additional five minutes beyond the scheduled end time.

Is it possible to sync data from one Zoom Events account to multiple Hubspot accounts? Can sync settings be set by each individual event or by events within the same Zoom Events Hub? For example, if I had two Hubspot Accounts and one Zoom Events account with two Hubs - is it possible filter and sync data from Zoom Events Hub #1 to Hubspot account #1 and data from Zoom Events Hub #2 to Hubspot account #2?  Thank you! 

I have a Zoom registration form for an event, which asks for First Name, Last Name and Email Address.I am directing classmates to this form from our class website.I want to not require them to complete the above 3 fields as that information is known to us on the sending website before the redirect.How do I supply this information in the redirect (either in the URL or in a POST format)? And how do I find out the names of these three fields?I am using PHP on my server side and HTML/JavaScript on the client side.

Can someone tell me the actual DNS records to use for domain name verification? I'm trying to verify our domain name, and it seems like there's incomplete and conflicting information. The instructions in the verification popup give me a domain-level TXT record, OK that's done. Then it says it wants a CNAME to "events-branding.zoom.us," but doesn't give me a subdomain for that CNAME record. If I try to use "events-branding" as the subdomain for the CNAME record, then in the verification failure error message it says my A record was not found. But they didn't tell me to create an A record! And over in a help document, it says to create a different TXT record for a subdomain as well as an A record, but doesn't give me an IP address to point the A record to! So, could someone who has successfully v

We would like to schedule a reocurring meeting with two separate meeting times. One in the morning and one in the afternoon and use one link for both. We'd like to eliminate the confusion for our guests and only provide one link. Is this possible? I cannot find the answer and online chatbox doesn't provide the answer.

Is it possible to view a list of people registered for each ticket? We can see how many people registered for each ticket but not a list of names and within the manage registrant section, you can only view each registration separate.

Does the Zoom webinar 500 plan mean 500 attendees for the whole month in total, or it means there can be a maximum of 500 active attendees at the same time?

Hi, I'm trying to complete the branding domain configuration, but it keeps failing.Zoom domain configuration I followed the instructions in the zoom admin console, and my IT created the CNAMEand I can see that the CNAME is correct in dnschecker.org DNSchecker.org But it is still showing as failed.  Any idea why ?

I have a Zoom Event set up and it has a few existing sessions and speakers. I would like to upload the remaining sessions and speakers using an CSV file (basically using the instructions at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069120). I have been completely unable to get this to work. I upload session information through CSV file as per https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065263 but when I get to the step that says "Click Choose Files to select the CSV file you want to import.  I had tried thousand times, either one person will be erased when two people are in the same camera using virtual background. Is the camera only can capture one object in the virtual background? Is any setting or equipment required for multiple people in the same camera when using virtual background? 

Under custom registration questions, is there a way for you to import answer choices when you select a "single choice" or "multiple choice" question? My organization asks people what "chapter" of our organization they are from and we want to have a drop down with all of the options but we have over 200 and that's a lot to type out. Many other platforms have this feature.

I am writing to seek help with issue I am facing with breakout rooms in Zoom Events.Despite creating the event, setting up the breakout rooms, and pre-assigning attendees to their respective rooms prior to the start of the session, the automatic movement of participants into their pre-assigned breakout rooms does not occur once the meeting starts.Specifically, when I select the option to automatically move all assigned participants into their breakout rooms, nothing happens, and the attendees remain in the main session. After receiving an event invitation via email and clicking the link to download the .ics file for Outlook, a separate calendar titled "untitled" is automatically created. Could Zoom modify this behavior? This issue can be resolved globally by simply updating the code on Zoom’s end. By changing the line METHOD:PUBLISH to METHOD:REQUEST in the .ics file, this would fix the problem for many users.
