Hi Everyone, I am interested in joining a Zoom User Group and asked our Zoom account manager if they were aware of any existing user groups where other Zoom System Admins get together to talk through their experiences, challenges, successes, new integrations, etc. I did a search here on the community but didn't find anything on this topic. If anyone is interested in a Zoom User Group I would be happy to help spin something up and facilitate the first couple of sessions. My current employer is in the Financial Technology space, we have ~1500 users of Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phones, we have 80+ Zoom Rooms deployed in multiple corporate offices and have users spread throughout the US. How is it possible that an audio signal, registering on the vu graphs on the computer (Mac - Sequoia 15.3) audio input cannot be recognized by Zoom? This is the signal coming from a Focusrite interface. There is signal at the computer input and signal going in to Logic Pro... but not Zoom (6.3.6) The device does show up as an option for input in Zoom, and permissions are set correctly.I posed the question a long time ago, after having spent hours with AI tech support and a human or two. Doesn't someone from Zoom have an idea what might be the problem? Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi there, I'm trying to retrieve a list of my recorded Zoom meetings using the APIs. I have 2 accounts: a personal one and a work one. It works for the personal account, but not the work one (for which I have Pro edition). I submit a POST request to https://zoom.us/oauth/token and pass in:HTTP Headers:- Authorization = "Basic asdfasdfadf"- Content-Type = "application/x-www-form-urlencoded"HTTP Entity:- grant_type = "account_credentials"- account_id = "zxcvzxcvzxcv" This returns the access_token which I can use in my next request which is:GET https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/me/meetingsHTTP Headers:- Authorization = "Bearer + access_token" The above all works for my Personal Zoom account. However it fails with the following error, when I use it against my work account:""Failed to execute the request, or the endpoint responded an error""Got response 400 - Bad Request from the endpoint" Any ideas?
Hi I need zoom for school but I'm having a lot of problems with it and I'm not good at technological stuff. My first problem is when I sign in on the app on my windows 11 running laptop it says I need to update but the profile icon is not there. My second problem is that when I phone the number for help, I put in my id and host numbers that are on my profile but the automated voice says that they are not recognized and won't help me. My third problem is I can get video but no sound, I can't hear anyone and nobody can hear me. Please help me I don't want to fail because my only grades come from tests and discussions in one course.

Is anyone else noticing that it is now much harder to present the Power Point on one screen and see the MS Presenter View of Power Point??? The new update seems to allow you to select My meeting or My screen and that is a mess. It is just mirroring the PPT slide. I want to see the Presenter View which is quite different---it has the current slide being shared, the next slide and a small window for notes. This is something I've noticed on different versions of Zoom. For the record---if engineering teams are not asking about the user experience these small tweaks in the platform can be a nightmare. Please allow us to present the slides on one screen and ---give the user the option of what to see on the other screen. The latest update is NOT working well.

I know how to create source tracking codes for my Zoom events, but cannot get code usage to show up when I run reports. I have configured the reports to capture it (I think), but the Source of Registration column in the report only lists "N/A."Help??!!

I'm in healthcare/behavioral health. We need our participants (clients) to sign off on a form acknowledging they presented for their service via telehealth. I looked at the integration of docusign but that just pulls us out to send a docusign through a web-browse. I don't know if there are any solutions that exist for this. I would love to be able to get signatures in real time while in a session.

my virtual backgrounds look correct in the virtual background grid, but when I select any of them, there is a red mark that looks like a brush mark on the images. How would that get there and how do I remove it?
