The latest zoom update

My personal window (square that I appear in) in my group meetings is different from what I had previous to the update I did back in either January or February. I have messaged so many different people about this since then that I have actually forgotten the original inquiry start date. No one has ever been able to give me any steps to help adjust this.  It's strange, but my body (upper body) shoulders/chest upward, seems larger than it appeared before. I have to pull away from my laptop, which sits on my desk, in order for the top of my head to not be cut off. This sounds strange, I'm sure, but this makes it more difficult to type on my keyboard. So I am moving back and forth constantly. I know it is probably distracting to my group. I am not happy with this. I have been leading a group on Zoom for almost 7 years, and I never had these issues before. It happened immediately following the update. Please help me identify what could have caused this, and why the settings want change anything.  Thanks!
