Hi!I was looking to sign in to Zoom, but clicked the educator account at the bottom out of curiosity. I am now unable to sign in without being prompted to enter educator settings. Is there any way to disable this so I can just have a regular Zoom account again? I am currently using a different email to post this.I saw another post about this in January, and they had a number set up for support to contact them. Thank you!

If you often leave the same message for multiple contacts, Zoom Phone’s Voicemail Drop is a real time-saver. This feature lets you drop a pre-recorded voicemail directly into someone’s inbox without staying on the line. It’s perfect for reminders, follow-ups, or outreach campaigns where consistency matters. Voicemail Drop works with Zoom Phone accounts that have the necessary Zoom Phone Power Pack add-on, and messages can be uploaded or recorded directly in Zoom. Each clip can be up to 45 seconds, and you can store multiple messages for quick access. Once sent, the call ends automatically, allowing you to move on efficiently. The benefits are clear: it saves time, keeps messaging consistent, and reduces the need to wait for voicemails. I'm part of a nonprofit that allows various people enter the zoom account using the same password and user name. There is no specific administrator or different passwords for different people to enter. Recently someone entered the zoom account and started a meeting. They were in the meeting but it was not acting like they were the host of the meeting. They could not see when new people were in the waiting room, waiting to join the meeting. Is it possible that when I went into the account an hour before the meeting to create a different meeting on a different date, when I didn't sign out of the account after I was finished, could that have created a problem for the person starting the meeting? I wasn't at the meeting with them so I am not certain what they experienced but they did say that they couldn't see all of the people in the waiting room, and so, could not let them in to start the meeting. 

While trying to install Zoom Workplace I encountered MANY comments from disappointed users.  I spent some 15-20 hours over several days as I tried to follow Zoom's recommended installation procedures.I did not achieve any success until I stepped away from the problem for a while and tried to figure out what was unique about my situation.  I have 3 computers running Zoom (actually 5) but only 3 were involved in this issue - 1 HP Notebook running Win 10 and 2 HP Notebooks running Win11.  The installation on #3 (Win 11) was the big problem.   All 3 had been working fine until I had a problem with #3 and I was forced to uninstall / re-install Zoom Workplace from scratch. The attached PDF tells the long story of the various failed attempts in trying to get 64-bit Zoom Workplace installed and how I abstracted to figure out that it was not my problem, nor was the computer's configuration damaged - it was Zoom's installation instructions and procedures that really

Hello, everyone.  My company is using Intune for device management and Okta for authentication from Zoom. Is there a way to limit user authentications on mobile devices to require the Zoom for Intune app registered to a device in our tenant? We can't use Conditional Access because we're using Okta for SSO.

Hey there! Just wanted to give you a heads-up about this cool safety feature on Zoom called Emergency Notifications. Thought you might find it useful to know about!    With our Emergency Call Notification app for Zoom, you can designate any Team Chat channel as a safety team hub that connects with both Zoom Rooms and Digital Signage. When emergencies occur, notifications are automatically sent to this channel, allowing safety personnel to quickly distribute alerts and directions to specific Rooms and Signage displays throughout your organization.   Here are the requirements for using Emergency Call Notification. Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account Account owner or admin privileges* Zoom Phone license Zoom Rooms license Active Zoom Room or Digital Signage devices with location data configured Note: If the admin user that added the app to the account loses admin access, is deleted, disassociated, or deactivated, emergency call notification

I misunderstood when creating my account and accidentally created an educator account but stopped before signing the docusign and now I cannot log in to change the account settings and I also cannot log in to get customer support.
