We are looking at integrating Zoom with Salesforce, but need help understanding if one Enterprise Zoom Account is linked to Salesforce is there a work around if multiple departments want to use the one Enterprise Zoom account for a Webinar? for example Recruitment department hosts a Zoom Webinar at 5:00 pm and Graduate department wants to host a Zoom Webinar at 5:00 pm both on the same day? or are multiple Zoom Webinar accounts linked to Salesforce? Is this possible? Also does there need to be a specific Zoom Enterprise account for the CRM plus a Zoom Enterprise account for your entire institution or does your CRM use the institution's overarching Zoom Enterprise account? If your institution has a specific Zoom Enterprise Account for the CRM, does that affect setting up Personal 1:1 Zoom meetings through the CRM? Also, for the Organization Wide Email default address, is the same address used for every department and is the Webinar information sent to the participants u

Hi, All Zoom can be used for teaching individual and group of students. For learning - we can integrate Hands On and Virtual Learning experiences to complement skills. For assessment - we can integrate Polls & Chat rooms for both formative and summative assessment. It would be good to have a gradebook attached to Zoom so that students can see the outcome right after the end of zoom classroom. Remote Internships / thesis - Undergraduates can also do remote internships wherein supervisor can provide live guidance of work which student is doing in their onsite institution. For example their could be an onsite and offsite zoom supervisor so that students can do their remote thesis. I have not used Zoom at Higher education as of yet but would love to - the possibilities could be  for fully live sessions and hybrid classes. If anyone wants to share additional thoughts please respond. Regards, Pankaj Mehrotra

I am a basic free user, and Zoom is a godsend for teachers!!! I have used several sets of recurring meetings successfully. Today, though, my student in Mexico cannot connect with the new Meeting ID. Do I need to tweak anything in settings? I've tried, but maybe there's something new I need to know. Thanks if you know something I can try! Rhonda in Texas

Hi all   Currently many of my students have shaky connections and I am unable to get more than one student to share their screen (or turn cameras on) simultaneously. But even if they could, there is no feature in zoom that makes this a requirement for students. Of course forcing screenshare/camera is a violation of privacy, but there could be a feature for teachers (zoom Hosts) to select one of these checkboxes for a meeting: "[x] require all students share screen with host", (that is, only host/teacher can see screenshare feed of student) "[x] require camera on - show teacher only"   (that is, only host/teacher can see camera feed of student) What does "require" mean? I suggest that if a student turns off the required feed (camera or screenshare, depending on which box was checked), they are automatically moved to the waiting room. This is the online equivalent of stepping outside a real classroom if you have to take an urgent call or go to the bathroom. What we ar

Is there a simple instructional video showing young students how to access the annotate tool? I am looking for a video to show my students how to use the Zoom annotate tool. Usually, I can explain it by showing them a photo of the menu and highlighting the annotate tool. However, I have one student that cannot find it. He is on a laptop, but I am not sure what brand. His family only speaks Chinese. I can translate simple instructions for them. 

Hi all,   I work in education and use breakout rooms for students. There are multiple teachers going around the breakout rooms to check on the attendees, and we want to get around to everyone in as timely a manner as possible. There is no viable way to coordinate between us which rooms we have been to when, so we have a "time away tracker" that keeps track of how long it has been since each breakout room was last attended by a teacher. This is currently an external application that does not interact with the Zoom meeting directly, however I am looking for a way to have Zoom directly send the breakout room data to this application (or even better, a server!) via an extension or dummy co-host.    So far as I have seen there is nothing like this anywhere, I understand I will need to code it myself. But if anyone has any information on how to send a fetch request to the Zoom servers to get breakout room attendee number or how an extension could extract this data from the web

I first want to thank Zoom for providing their services to educators during the switch to a more digital platform. The one of the good things the Pandemic has brought to schools is the technology. I have always been more inclined to use technology in my teaching - now I can finally teach with all these tools without breaking the pocket book. I have become very comfortable using Zoom for IEP meeting (parents are also able to use Zoom with little issues). I will have to unfortunately move to a free version (40 mins will not do it for me).  I will need to switch to Google Meets or Microsoft. I hope that you would reconsider giving educators more time (1hr and 30min would be great)... Again thank you for at least helping me out for 2years. I hope your CEOs (or bosses) would reconsider to help those of us who have been helping build our next generations like Google and Microsoft do.

Is there a chance that I could organize my 90 minute classes next months free of charge? I help manage our telehealth program and would like to set up a quick survey or poll at the end of each teletherapy session to receive feedback from both the patient AND the THERAPIST.  I am having difficulty finding a way to survey/poll the therapist on there experience with the telehealth session.  Any suggestions?

hi. I have a doubt. Last year I had a premium account for education and I saved some recorded videos. But this year I forgot to pay and the videos deleted. Now I've paid again but I cannot find my videos and it's so important 😞I hope you can help me

I am using my iPad to share content, I select Microsoft One Drive to select my PowerPoint slides. They look great on my screen but the participant only  sees  the PowerPoint logo pop up just as I do but then a black screen where the slide should be. As I click through the  slides, they see the page counter change but with no image.  How can I fix this?

Hello. I represent a non-profit public organization from Ukraine. We are the Association of Psychotherapists and Psychoanalysts of Ukraine. We conduct training seminars for psychologists who provide assistance to injured Ukrainians, and we conduct psychotherapy groups for victims. We do not have the finances to pay for the Business Package, because we now work for free for our citizens during the war. We are very much asking you to provide us with a business package so that we can do such an important thing for the people during the war. There are often more than 100 of our participants and we need simultaneous translation when the seminars are conducted by foreign specialists, who now try to help us. 

A student is trying to enter the room with false name. I want to identify that student. How can I do it? 

Hey guys- desperate for help here. I am a psychologist trying to purchase Zoom for Healthcare that I need by tomorrow 10AM appointment. I have input all of the information, checked a million times that it's correct and I can't move past the "payment screen." The "continue" button is highlighted blue as if I can click on it to move forward but when I do, absolutely nothing happens- and there are NO error messages so I have no clue why I can't move forward. I have tried two days in a row now, since yesterday. I used two different computers, my phone, tried three different credit cards, used different browsers and the same issue continues to happen. Has anyone else had this happen? Virtual bot chat useless, customer service could not help. They created a ticket and sent me to billing, billing sent me to sales and sales hasn't responded yet probably because it's a weekend. We're planning to embed a Zoom link in a "click to join" button to a recurring weekly presentation to potential participants in a nationwide research study. 1. What are best practices to embedding the link to our "join" button?2. I teach maths one to one and have found the best way to annotate is to open a meeting on my laptop, then join the meeting with my ipad.  I can then screenshare a pdf or other document with the questions on from my laptop and use my stylus pen to annotate from my ipad.When I switched to the free plan, because I was no longer teaching groups of children, I found my meeting was cut off after the 40minute limit presumable because the ipad was showing up as a 3rd participant.How can I set it up so Zoom realises it's just me with 2 devices and 1 student?Is this possible?   

Here's my problem: I'm an instructor of a 'Medical English for Nurses' college class. There are roughly 45 students in a class. If the Zoom lesson were to be in a meeting manner where every participant were in there own space with their own camera/mic setup, all would be fine. The problem is, the students are divided between two very large lecture rooms and I am sequestered in a small office equipped with a notebook computer and headset. The lecture rooms are equipped with a large screen for the students to view, but only a notebook computer (computer and built-in mic) for output to me. It means, I can't make any use of breakout rooms and for the most part, I can neither see nor hear students with any clarity. It means I end up being a talking-head and their is no interaction. This is meant to be an interactive class. When I do pair-work or group-work, I am disconnected from the activity. I cannot monitor and mix with the students. When students respond to questions, more often than no
