I teach a class online that I am required to monitor that all participants are participating in class for its duration. When I share PPP gallery view displays 6 faces and I have to scroll up and down during session to monitor students. Is there a way to resize so that I can share document and see up to 12 students simultaneously? Thanks

Zoom recordings do not open. I log in with the e-mail given to me by the school, but it does not open. I used to be able to enter, but now it always throws my name on the form where I have to write my last name. I enter my name and surname, but its always throws the same jersey and does not open the registration.

Hello.I am coordinating a zoom meeting with another class in Brazil. We've purchased the add on for live translations- and I've already changed my settings to see this in zoom. However, the captions do not show on screen for me as host, and when I log in as a user, I cannot see the translations or have options for captions. None of the articles I read helped. Please advise how to set up, or should I cancel this add on feature, since it is not working?

Hello, I want to create a series of videos uploaded to the cloud for my class. I don't want them to distribute the videos, but when I upload the classes to google classroom, they only need the password to access the class... (or do they need to have a zoom account?). Well, what I want to know is if I can find out who enters the zoom classes, if the classes are shared, or if several people share the gmail to access from the classroom... especially this last option. thank you.

Hi Team,I have followed as per the given all steps to Configuring LTI Pro 1.1 for Canvas Calendar and Conversations. But it's giving an error and when I create a meeting it is not showing on the Canvas dashboard calendar.

Hi everyone!Is there any solution to have more than 2 meetings simultaneously, if I have Education plan? I've read that we can host up to 2 meetings but we have average 5 classes at the same time. we'd love to keep Zoom as we grow. Thanks!

I would like for zoom to develop a way to see if participants have minimized zoom to go off and play games or go to other websites.  As a digital educator, keeping distractions to a minimum is impossible when they have access to the internet while in class.  

Greetings, I am a University Student TA and I have a question regarding the surging use of video looping in Zoom to make it seem as though students are paying attention with their cameras on. Is there a way to disallow video looping or altered backgrounds as a host? Thank you in advance!  

Teachers in Vienam are not supported with the policy "lifted the 40-minute meeting limit on free Basic accounts for K-12 schools". We have to pay money to buy accounts with ".edu" ending, such as moet.edu.vn. I wonder if Zoom staff know about that? I mean that your supporting policy is giving unfair money to some persons? Your policy is complicated but is not tight so we, teachers in Vietnam, have to use money from very low salary to pay for that. Your policy is encouraging cheating and illegal actions. There are many websites selling education accounts and we have to pay money if we need to use in teaching.We ask for from our schools but there is no reply. There is no supporting from education department.We would like you can have a chanel to prove ourselves we indeed are teachers with some pics or paper.Thanks for reading  and for all.

Hi there,I teach on zoom each week, and send out 8 links 4-5 days before the meeting each Friday.When I then go to that meeting on Friday and try to open it, it says 'incorrect meeting ID' and won't open.I usually then panic - and re-send links to participants and ask them to ignore the previous link. However, why is this happening?  How can I avoid this as it feels like i am confusing my students... something is going wrong,with kind wishes and thanksann 

Hi all, I currently run an online maths tutoring business. I plan to take on tutors by the end of the year who can work for my organisation. What I need is a platform whereby I can create pre-made whiteboards which are available to all my tutors.Also some sort of forum in which I can communicate with other tutors.It'd be great too if all of their tutorials could be recorded so I can review their performance. Are these features which are all possible through the enterprise plan? Thanks Tom

Hello!I'm trying to open LTI Pro (LTI 1.1) in an iframe. After a successful launch, a page appears in the iframe that automatically redirect the user to LTI pro in an other browser tab. Setting the launch_presentation_document_target parameter doesn't have any effect. What am I missing?
