Hello! My team is needing to find a setup that works for us when using Zoom in our conference room.  We would like to be able to have a zoom meeting on our tv and utilize a camera that is connected to our tv rather than the camera that is in our laptops. Does anyone know how to set this up? Please help!!

So we all know how Zoom's Workspace Reservation works, using the web portal, desktop client, or your phone, you can access spaces available in your Zoom Account. You can book a conference room for yourself or for others, view the details of available rooms, upload photos, etc. Those options are all available right now just in case you didn't know. Now over the past few months, we've been getting a lot of feedback from customers wanting to utilize more spaces and amenities for their employees. With that said, did you know that you have the ability to upload and configure additional "Space Types". A very popular one is Parking Reservation.   What's really cool about this is you can configure filters to be made available for your users. (Date and time, Floor Level, Available slots, handicap parking slots, Electric Vehicle Slots) It's been very interesting to see how creative Zoomies got with the Workspace Reservations by taking things to the next level. I accidentally click the educator button while signing up with my school provided email. I have read same issues on the forum. I really need to proceed in creating my account without filling up the educator setting as I only want a regular account. I'm currently using different email , can someone help me thanks! 

HI there, I am unalble to access any courses on the Zoom Learning Center.  I keep getting a toast message saying server error. I have tried both chrome and edge. I have my own zoom account and now the clinic I work at part time is moving their phone system to their zoom account.  How do I get access to their phone system and still separately keep my own zoom account?

I was with an account review with the client. In our discussion, the client shared their current challenges, specifically the need to track real-time and historical analytics for all call queues. Their goal is to maintain a vigilant eye on workforce dynamics, allowing them to respond swiftly to changing requirements. We have installed Zoom with the MSI installers and set them to automatically update.Zoom recently pushed out an update that did not auto install and it required admin privileges to install the update so IT had to be called and install the update on a multitude of PCs, laptops, and other devices.Why would this update not auto-install and require admin privileges?

As a Zoomie, part of my role is to guide customers through utilizing the Zoom app and the web portal. While some solutions are simple and can be addressed in a few emails, more complex issues require meetings. Coordinating schedules for these meetings can be intricate, and unforeseen circumstances sometimes lead to rescheduling, causing delays in issue resolution. This month, Zoom launched Zoom Clips in beta globally and it was created with the purpose of facilitating asynchronous team communication, aiming to decrease the frequency of meetings and minimize the time lost due to unclear communication. With Zoom Clips, I can simply record my audio, video, and screen to do a walkthrough and be able to quickly share the clip with others. This has helped me, my colleagues, and my customers save time in getting a resolution by communicating clearly while engaging asynchronously. I have a group who are in the middle of property valuation appeals and they are taking up all of our cloud storage. I offered to help, but in order to do that I have to share with myself, open the recording then download. How and where can I change a setting to allow me to download directly from the Recording Management page instead of adding multiple steps (and time consumption) to the process? Thanks,Brian Craven
