AVI SPL’s contact center team of 200 spread across seven countries, providing 24/7 support for over 26,000 service cases for their 3,000 unique customers was struggling with their analog customer care tool. After review multiple CCaaS providers, they chose Zoom Contact Center and in the process realized $70K+ in cost savings. I have my own zoom account and now the clinic I work at part time is moving their phone system to their zoom account. How do I get access to their phone system and still separately keep my own zoom account?

We have installed Zoom with the MSI installers and set them to automatically update.Zoom recently pushed out an update that did not auto install and it required admin privileges to install the update so IT had to be called and install the update on a multitude of PCs, laptops, and other devices.Why would this update not auto-install and require admin privileges?

As a Zoomie, part of my role is to guide customers through utilizing the Zoom app and the web portal. While some solutions are simple and can be addressed in a few emails, more complex issues require meetings. Coordinating schedules for these meetings can be intricate, and unforeseen circumstances sometimes lead to rescheduling, causing delays in issue resolution. This month, Zoom launched Zoom Clips in beta globally and it was created with the purpose of facilitating asynchronous team communication, aiming to decrease the frequency of meetings and minimize the time lost due to unclear communication. With Zoom Clips, I can simply record my audio, video, and screen to do a walkthrough and be able to quickly share the clip with others. This has helped me, my colleagues, and my customers save time in getting a resolution by communicating clearly while engaging asynchronously. I have a group who are in the middle of property valuation appeals and they are taking up all of our cloud storage. I offered to help, but in order to do that I have to share with myself, open the recording then download. Yesterday my camera would not work through ManyCam. A black screen appeared where my picture should have been displayed. I'm a basic user, using Zoom for teaching students around the world. I create my lessons in ManyCam and need to be able to use this as my camera source. I switch to my LG camera and everything is fine. Anyone else having trouble with third party cameras?? My student could hear me, but no luck with the camera. I'm using an LG Gram laptop and open Zoom through Chrome. Any suggestions or update on changes would be great. Thanks!

Hola, Estoy desarrollando una clínica psicológica online. Quiero integrar las citas online con Zoom a través de su API y que cada vez que se haga una reserva a través de la web se creen automáticamente los enlaces. Actualmente voy a utilizar https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/ pero tengo dudas sobre qué tipo de plan de Zoom necesito. Hey all, I received an email saying that Zoom "over the next few months we will be migrating our email addresses from @608130.us to @608130.com." It is requesting that I make sure @608130.com emails are approved on my teams email lists. It just seems like a strange email because I am the only one on my team who received it and it isn't signed off. I can't seem to find any other information regarding this and am trying to make sure it is legitimate. Any thoughts or information is appreciated! Thanks!
