I need to change the email associated with my account. The current email address is no longer active, and in that case, the only recourse for me is to submit a ticket (I'm on Pro Plan and can't call support). I submitted a ticket a few days ago, and have heard nothing. So, two questions:1. How long does it usually take for Zoom support to act on a ticket?2. How do I check the status of a ticket after it's been submitted?Thanks

Hi,I have received an email claiming to be from "Oracle Privacy - Zoom info"starting as follows: "This Notice of Sale or Sharing of Personal Data is to inform you of the sale or sharing of personal data about you ("Personal Data") from ZoomInfo Technologies LLC ("ZoomInfo") to Oracle Corporation ("Oracle") and supplements the information in the Personal Information Notice that ZoomInfo previously sent to you." It goes on to say I can opt out of this happening by following a link. It is quite a detailed email. I am 99% certain this is a phishing or scam email. It is quite clever and I can imagine it might seem legitimate without a lot of careful scrutiny. Has anyone else received this?
I recently made a payment to upgrade my Zoom plan, but my account has not been upgraded yet. The payment was made on 15/02/2023. I haven’t received any invoice details and no PDF is attached to the purchased mail, the text says "payment successful" and the amount is also deducted from the bank.

Recently Zoom stopped sending me email notifications of recordings and when people are in the waiting room for a scheduled zoom. I have nothing in my junk/spam folders and there is no other option to assist. Would appreciate any help

I am using my account for me to post here. This is regarding a company account, support (at) ZYZ. We have not used this account in a long time and are now trying to recover it. i lost access to my old email linked to the zoom account. everytime i log in to zoom it asks me to get a verification code sent to the email i lost access to.so i can not reach the account, but still i am being billed monthly for a year now, trying to contact support with no solution. any help?

I haven't used my zoom account in a while..when I attempt to sign on I get that the ID is invalid...I tried calling technical support..and entered the personal meeting ID and host key from my profile page and was told there was no account found..what can I do now??
Got message that we have 20 license available. On the other hand it does not allow to assign it say, there is no license available. I do not if it the right place. But we can´t not get help.
