Hello all,I early have an zoom account wit an email.I can't login to this account, because  the code to access is on this mail, that have been  broken. I couldn't access to this email, so that I could not recover it. But this zoom is paid (every year) from my card. I want to change this registered email to the new email without accessing the current one. I already tried to contact Zoom support, and received the guidance to create a support ticket. But I am not a Primer so could not create this ticket. Do you know any other way to solve this problem?Thank you so much.

I own two businesses. I changed the login email to a different business, but now I have to change it back. The system says that "that email address is already being used." How do I get around this? I am going to shut down my current email address.Thanks,CharlestonA

Hello,  can you help me where I can change my address? On my recent billing is still my old address. When I click on my Abo, I can only change my payment method, but not my address. Thank you.

I am using a macbook to log in to the zoom account using safari. I have tried to turn off OTP and two factor authetication to be able to login without the OTP or two factor auth... However, despite turning off the option from the Advanced > Security tab, the app will not let me sign in without an otp or two factor... Please help

Ich möchte mein Abo gern von Basic auf Pro erhöhen. Jedoch funktioniert keine der angegebenen Zahlungsmethoden. Eine Kreditkarte habe ich nicht. Bei Sofortüberweisung wird meine Bank nicht aufgelistet und Pay Pal bringt mir eine Fehlermeldung. Wie bitte, kann ich dann hier bezahlen?

My Zoom account currently supports username/password and Google Auth as factors of authentication. However, logging in with Google Auth doesn't actually log me into the super admin Zoom account, and its causing a massive headache. Here are some issues this causes:- I'm randomly signed out of Zoom throughout the day -- if I sign in with a different auth than what I booked a meeting as, then I don't count as the host of that meeting- Zoom support doesn't recognize - I do not have host permissions in meetings if I sign in with Google Auth but the meetings were booked with UN/PW auth- I now have some meetings booked with both given I had my Calendly hooked up with one auth method and my GCal connected with another Does anyone know how to reconcile the auths so they provide the same experience?

How can I tell if I have two subscriptions? I ordered a new subscription under my entity name but when I sign in it takes me to my other account and I'm not allowed over 40 minutes, which should be with my Pro subscription.

 we acquired another company and I'm  interested in how we can add the new company to our instance.  I have an account (i.e name at company) in both systems but the new company system does not work.  I assume google IAM is running into problems with my same email.  How do we bring together the systems?  we need to keep the branding of the new company in the URL .

Is there an overlap between 500 participants annual and 1000 participants annual? 

I needed to upgrade my plan last february, I purchased a plan, the payment was deducted right away. But I was not able to use it. I tried to call them through international and local numbers. No one was responding, this month, I got a payment deduction from my bank again. How can this be fixed? I am very disappointed about this.

Please help! I can't log in to the licensed pro account my employer added me to on my laptop, but can on my iPhone using FaceID or my updated stored password. When I copy and paste that password into my laptop it just opens my personal free account and doesn't show the other one.

Can anybody help? I have scheduled a meeting via my basic Zoom account, not realizing that it would cut out after 40mins. My company has a premium account that I can use but I do not know how to switch the already shared meeting link to the premium account? 

Need urgent help please. I am a Pro subscriber which allow 100 invite. I need to invite 200 pax for 1 meeting shortly. Please advice how to do so. I tried to upgrade to Business license but have to pay for 10 subscriber which I do not need. Please help , Thank you

I don't know who to contact but I'm having an unusual issue because of something specific that happened. Here's the run down:1 - wanted to change my sign-in email address (email1). Rec'd request from zoom to (email1), clicked approve, and then didn't receive an email at the new email address (email2). I tried another email address (email3) and the same thing happened. (Note: email2 and email3 had the same @domain.com)2 - I realized the @domain.com email had not gone through the DKIM/SFS/DMARC changes. I hired someone to handle that for me.3 - I still want to change my Sign-in email on the zoom platform from (email1) to (email2) but now I can't, as zoom informs me "email '***********' has already been used." But it has not already been used.Any thoughts?

Hey there,Just a follow up question on the above. My organization is moving from Zoom to Teams and has since not renewed their Zoom License so the account is currently on a basic plan. If i disassociate my Zoom account from my organization and purchase the license myself will i still have access to the cloud recordings that were created on my account when my organization had been paying for the Pro?

У меня куплено 33 лицензий, каждый год  в августе идет продление. Сейчас у меня есть потребность докупить еще 10 лицензий. Подскажите как мне это сделать? В поле Тарифные планы и выставление счетов - Управление планами - Управление, не могу найти кнопку докупить лицензии, есть только изменить общее количество. Если я ставлю нужное мне количество , то сумма показывается вся за 43 лицензии. Как докупить 10 лицензии не оплачивая весь пакет 43 лицензии раньше времени.

How on earth do we get some level of support from zoom?Our Account Manager is absolutely useless. Asked for help with our account and he didnt respond for 10 days after a follow up or 2.E.g. Sent the email on 19th March, and he finally responded on the 29th.... and the response was useless and didnt help at all. Sent another email on the 29th, and still havent had any response. Zoom - do you expect your account managers (Paul Chang) to turn customers away? Because that is what he has done for us. Looking at other options ASAP. Maybe this will get some response?
