Can you please provide details of account activity for 2 separate periods in 2022.The periods are from 01/09/2022 to 30/09/2022 and from 01/11/2022 to 30/11/2022.We are requiring the details of when the account was accessed and the type of activity for these 2 separate periods. I get a message saying that I have an open invoice. However, when I go to the relevant page and search for this open invoice, all invoices are marked as "paid". If I filter specifically for "open", nothing is displayed. I can't pay an invoice that I don't see.
Hello, I have a basic account which allows me only 40 minutes. We also created an account which is billed 12.99/month, but I dont know the login and password for that billed account so I can;t use it. Also a problem is (I think) that the free account and the billed account use the same email address. So I am paying for a membership every month that I can't use. Can I transfer the billed account somehow to my existing account? Or what shall I do?
Money was short in my Visa account last month and could not pay an opening invoice. Therefore I just topped up my Visa and tried to pay. However, every time I clicked on "Pay Now", it always came back with the notification "Update your payment method". I followed the instruction and updated my payment method. But it did not work! How could I overcome this? Any suggestions?

Hi My zoom account which logs in through my apple ID recently expired. I have renewed it on the app store > 24 hours ago but cannot log in. There is no error message. Once I enter the username and password, it just goes back to the login screen. The hyperlink looks weird though. Hello team, We are having multiple Zoom Pro accounts for our company (Employees). I have a query on this. I want to know the difference between having 4 separate zoom pro accounts vs 4 licensed users in one account. What is the point of buying multiple new user licenses in one account vs buying 4 separate new accounts? If the cost and benefits are the same in both, then why is this option available in Zoom platform? We already know:Only one person can host a meeting in one zoom pro account at a time. Another person can host it when this account is available. Till then he/she cannot host another meeting.If we want to host 2 different programmes at the same time, we must either have 2 different zoom pro accounts or 1 pro account with multiple user licenses. I log into zoom via my google account but I am now wishing to utilise my work computer as it is better than my personal one but my workplace will not allow google (it only allows Microsoft), so I cant log in on my work computer. I have looked in my profile and settings to see if I have a way to set up a sign in option but I cant see one. Pls can someone advise if this is possible and where I might locate it 🙂 Thanks

The status of the second (11,34$) is "open" and "pay".Does it mean that 168,54$ was automatically paid from the card connected to Zoom? What means "Сredit" next to the "168,54$"?
