I´ve recently invited other accounts to be users under my owner account. Now I need to buy one of them a pro licence, but my own account plan doesn´t expire until the end of the month. How can I buy just one extra licence - Zoom asks me to upgrade the current plan and buy 2 licences, including the one I already have active.   I need to assign this new pro licence to a user and for it to be active as soon as possible, but Zoom follows my payment plan and tells me they'll charge me (and activate the licence, I guess) at the end of the month.

Why isn't the Avitar tab in my settings?  I have a free subscription. ***********

Hello Family --      I have been Zoom BOMBED and I changed my passcode for computer joining but the old passcode for the phone users still works?  How do I change the passcode for my users that call in thru the phone?

I am a member of a Pro License from my employer.  My Account profile states I have Pro License, but my Personal Profile states I only have a Basic license.  My account number is my employer's account number that is a Pro license.  This is causing issues with my ability to schedule meetings longer than 45 minutes.  I also do not have tech support even thought I should.  I also have emails from Zoom stating my Basic account was successfully converted to a Pro account.

My account downgraded from pro to basic after due date, Paid the bill after 2 months from the due date, still account is reflecting as BASIC and in the invoice its mentioned as CreditBalance Adjustment, but no outstanding balance. Now also account shows as BASIC instead of PRO. Please suggest.

Hey Everyone, I canceled my google workspace subscription and the integrated, personalized email addresses. I did that, cause I moved to another host. My problem ist, that my Zoom Pro account now is connected to the Google Account and I cannot sign in anymore. Any Suggestions how I change that? It is frustrating that the only way so far is, to log in and change your email address. But I cannot log in. Any suggestion is welcome and appreciated. 

Our company currently pays for 14 different pro accounts under different billing schedules. Will linking them all to an organization consolidate billing?

bom dia estou com um problema mudo o idioma para português porem só fica no inicio do ZOOM na transmissão/reunião fica em inglês, a forma que foi mostrada indo na barra de tarefas no ícone do zoom não funciona para eu, fui nas configurações e mudei para português ok porem como disse isso só faz mudar no inicio nas reuniões fica tudo em inglês , se alguém souber como resolver agradeço OBS: postei uma foto em anexo

How do I update a basic account. When I click on my profile picture no option for "update" shows.

Hello! I have a problem with use of my PRO account I'm paying since December, But I used it only once, Because my usual Basic account is also registerd to the same facebook. Can I acess it just with my email and a new password without facebook? Because Facebook is redirecting me always to the Basic account. But Im paying every month. Such a dissapointment... Hoping for your help!
