i cancelled my subscription but i was still charged £22.12. I’m certain that this was scheduled to be cancelled on May 26, 2023. I don’t want zoom anymore and i want this amount refunded and my account downgraded to the free version or closed.

I have the same issue as another person from yesterday.  I attempted to start a meeting this morning, and was told I needed my IT person to update my account. I paid an annual subscription in March, so payment shouldn't be the issue. I tried to follow the chat instructions to update. However, I was told to click on my profile picture, and a pop up list would appear, one item of which is updating. That pop up list does not appear.

I currently downgraded from a Pro account to a Basic Plan but I have some recording stored there from a year ago. What is the max amount of cloud storage that I have with the Basic Plan? Will these go away once my payment lapses in a few days? Thx!

i have had a paid premium account for a while but now want to go back to the basic free account, can't make that happen. my paid membership is through the 9th of june and i can't even set up a meeting for this week!

I want to have more than 100 people at a meeting but I am on the 149/ year plan. I don't want to buy 10 licenses for just me. Is there a work around for this?

I have a paid subscription to Zoom and somehow cannot get in to my account today.  It does not recognize my email address.   When I go to Support it asked for 10 digit Zoom meeting number (which I have) But, I do not have the 6 digit profile # and can't sign in to find it out....How do I proceed?

I received an unauthorized billing amount of USD 157.42 from zoom today, 31 May 2023. I never authorized any payment and name on card is different yet the card transaction can go through. I hope someone can get back to me here please           

What would be more economical or suitable for what I am after? I have 2 users ( contractors) will will be needing to teach my students. One user will require zoom for a max of 4 hours a month the other user no more than 24 hours a year.  I am not sure which route I take for the upgrade?

Hi, i am very confusing, had some people sell service upgrade zoom, but the price its not same with standar price zoom, is pirce more than cheap or low, how about that?

It would be helpful, from an administrator's standpoint, to be able to see what type of MFA a user account is setup to use when connecting to Zoom. This would allow the admin/support person to walk the user through the proper MFA procedure after resetting their MFA, if that was necessary. As it currently is, there is an indication that they have MFA setup, but not what type. This would also help if an organization wanted to standardize on what MFA type they wanted their staff to use.

Hello there i had zoom pro subscription around 2 years. Last year i didnt renew my subscription and expired.   I had lots of cloud recordings. I received an email 1 month ago telling that if i dont renew my subscription all my data will be deleted in 10 days.  If i renew my subscription now can i access my recording?  Is there any way ro access my old cloud recordings?  

when i am trying to do sign in from any new device zoom sending otp on my registered gmail id. i dont want. otp to login into my zoom account while doing login from multiple device. how can i disable OTP login?

At my work I have inherited 3 seperate Zoom accounts. I need to close down 2 of them. When the 2 members of staff left, their emails were removed from our system, meaning they no longer exist. Those staff emails had been used to make 2 paid Zoom accounts. I now can't log into those accounts as the 'Verification Code' is going to email accounts that DO NOT EXIST.  I can't get in touch with Zoom customer support as I can't log into the accounts to have access to the support.  Any help appreciated! Can I turn off the Direct Debit and Zoom will eventually shut us down for not paying? I'm in the UK and the accounts are standard 'Zoom 1 Pro' accounts (though they were set up in 2020...)

I have two questions related to non-admin users in the account: 1. Where can I find/edit a non-admin user's personal Zoom link?2. As admin, am I able to login as a non-admin user?

Hola:    Cancelé mi cuenta el mismo día porque se activo por error. Pague mi último recibo de enero pero se volvió a activar la cuenta y por ello lo cancele de inmediato pero no me devolvió el dinero. Qué debo hacer no encuentro ninguna opción para la devolución.    Saludos,
