My lecturer sent a link to me, register for a zoom lecture. lecturer side has attendance sheet of me but this registration was canceled on my hand because my previous attendance already not there .  now I'm in a very serious situation . could I get back my attendance.attactched cancel email.

Hi,I am using my mobile to watch a movie with my friends and am a host.How do I send chat to them? in the screen of my mobile only show "Annotaton" and  "Stop share" and there is no option for "Chat". Can someone help me? Regards,

Hello,I have the pro version of Zoom. I should be able to record in HD. However, the quality of my recordings remains mediocre and does not correspond to HD quality.In the "In Meeting (Advanced)" section of the "account settings", the "Group HD video" box is activated.What can I do to fix that?Thanks a lot for you help.Véronic Parent

My computer was hacked. One of the consequences was that I lost zoom. I am an ongoing client. I reinstalled Zoom but I cannot access all the features that I used to have .E.g. schedule a meting etc. What do I need to do? 

HI folks, I have uploaded the virtual apps but am not able to get them to be my virtual background when in a zoom room. Do they only open when you are in a session? I have been attempting to sort this out on my own but having no luck. Laymens terms greatly appreciated.Thank you.

How can I activate the "side mode" in zoom or something similar for my presentations? I would really apreciate If someone can help me. 

I have been teaching a class hosted by the local library. They use a different email to contact me or let me on zoom to teach. Now, I have a private client, I registered on Zoom with an alternate email and now I'm having difficulty getting in    

What is the easiest way to get a zoom video transcribed that was not saved to the cloud. I used a zoom application that unfortunately did not have this service. 

When i join a meeting my camera found already open and i have no idea about it. Is there any solution to stop camera already?

Hello,I am Youngna from Movement Seoul and we’re providing art education programs online.We are holding real-time video classes through ZOOM in order to connect students in Seoul to the instructors living in Paris currently. Unfortunately we got a problem with setting the time for the class. The problem is that the meeting we scheduled has a wrong time setting. Just so you know, the time in Seoul is eight hours faster than in Paris.We scheduled the meetings to have them start on the same day by calculating the time difference between Seoul and Paris.Let’s say, the time we want to start the meeting is November 16th, 17:00 KST (set the time with API created in Seoul)then the instructor in Paris would start it on November 16th, 09:00 GMT. FYI the instructors’ API created in Paris, France.   However, the prearranged meeting has been set 8 hours later. ex) Seoul: November 16th, 17:00 KSTParis: November 17th, 09:00 GMT We desire to have the class

Hello,I have recently started encountering a problem that my zoom freezes when I start sharing my screen. I can continue with my presentation but the other people cannot see it. The only option is I have to close zoom app from task manager and then log in again.

I recorded a meeting and I cannot find it now? 

If I set up a meeting (with 3 or more people) to join without host (with a licensed pro account), and the first person in the meeting is on a free/basic plan, will the 40 minute time restriction be applied, or does it keep the hosts' time?

I bought zoom pro a couple of days ago. Since then, I have been unable to use it. My original free/basic version is still in place. I have tried anything I can think of to get the upgrade to happen, but nothing seems to work. Please help!

I work on two different computers and have the same Zoom Account on each. I sometimes set a meeting on my PC and then transfer it to my LapTop that I use for Zoom meetings.  I do this by sending an email invitation that downloads to that computer and starting it from that email, or making a pdf of the invitation and using the pdf to open the session on my laptop. Is it typical for this to cause problems of invitees not being able to enter the meeting?  I do this for expedience because I mainly work on my PC, which is stationery. My laptop is portable and creates a more attractive office view. This also may fail when I receive an invitation and transfer it to my laptop.Is this unusual - or must I always invite and receive on the laptop?
