Hi I use zoom chat regularly but I have a problem where I cant see gifs in Zoom chat and I also cannot see image files unless I right click and select open file..Can someone give the fix pls

How do I suggest the developers to add the Zoom chat (outside of meetings) function to the Zoom for Chrome PWA?

How do I change the text orientation. For some time, the text in chat has been vertical vs horizontal.

How do I stop the constant calls I get to come to a meeting?  Is there anyway to silence them?   I have tried blocking the specific person who makes them but they still come through.  I turn on DND but they still come through.... I am becoming severally annoyed with them to the point that I am about to cancel zoom all together and move to another service.  further more - is there a way to remove the "meet with video option from the zoom chat channels?  i do not want that option to be there at all.  To be clear - I am speaking of the chat channels and NOT the in meeting chat. 

All of a sudden, if someone shares a document or link in the chat, I cannot download it.  I am the host and admin.  Everyone else can do it, but not me.  I have not touched the settings - any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks 

I cant access the zoom app on a new macbook I just purchased due to error code 5003. I have a spectrum standard internet and router and do not have this problem on any other computer within the same network.  I have contacted my companies technology agent and they have never seen this issue before. We have tried reinstalling, updating, shutting down, and nothing has worked.  Other things to note:Firewall – OFF on macbookWorks on other devices on same networkMacBook is up to date on all OS updatesAccount is accessible via web browser account login on www.zoom.uscan someone help me as I need access to zoom for work.

Hello Supporter,After I update Zoom, I can't see the picture from my friend, it's show like blank, if I want to view I right-click and Open file I can see it, but when my friend sent group photos I can't preview  even right-click also no have Open file... what's wrong?

I have a suggestion for Zoom to have the user's name and that the user is typing now.  Like *Name* is typing....  I am a student and I think this feature will be way more effective for students to interact with instructors, and the instructors will know that the student is typing in the answer, so I should wait.  Because the professors sometime feel like no one is collaborating, and they end up moving on, when in reality the student is typing in his/her answer in the chat, and because of the already moving on, the student ends up no effectively collaborating in the session.  Adding this feature will definitely solve this type of issue.  Thanks a lot, I hope that we can see this feature applied in the near future!

I have purchased the Standard Pro Annual  subscription but when I try to schedule a new meeting , the  system tells me that my meetings cannot go beyond 40 minutes.  Any suggestion?

Hi there! I thought it's a really good idea to be able to choose which meetings can be opened automatically without having to go click on the room link or find the meeting in the calendar, or click on the room link and wait for open the room. But, instead of this, have the possibility to configure a meeting to start automatically, opening the zoom screen by itself.This would go a long way in saving time, clicks, and brain drain. Any questions let me know.

Despite updating to the most recent version this week -- Version: 5.9.1 (2581) -- my colleague and I noticed that we have two different sets of artwork for emojis in the chat. A prime example is :ballot_box_with_check:. My colleague has the old black square with a green check mark, whereas the emoji on my system has been updated to a solid blue box with a white check mark (screenshots attached). Any ideas why my emoji artwork has been updated and my colleague's hasn't?
