Hi, yesterday I had a video meeting with some people who were pretending to be someone else. They asked me to share the screen. After 10 minutes of bla bla bla, they were able to add other manager admins in my business Facebook and removed me. I want to ask you how this is possible and if it is possible to do something like this in a video sharing zoom meeting. thanks

Is there a way I can forward an entire conversation to my other zoom account? Or how can I back up the whole thread with a contact on my mac? I am planning to delete the entire thing but before doing that, I want to have a copy somewhere else. Please help. Thanks

Hello. Sometimes I do some research in the background while I'm in an online class and when I copy and paste the text goes into the zoom chat. I want to turn off the chat while in class, but I am not the owner of the session, I cannot turn it off. Can you help me?

My  meeting chat will not autoscroll to the next new message, I have to do it manually.   I get a message box that there is a new message and an arrow down, and I can move it manually.  I have looked for a setting to change this but I do not find one. I hope someone can help!  Thanks

I am unable to see my last chat messages I had with another zoom user during the last call.Where can I find these?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to start a group team chat for a new group coaching programme. Something akin to WhatsApp or Slack. In order to add members to a team chat, you have to add them as individuals first to your Zoom contact list, which I've done. I'm now trying to 'add member' to the team chat but these people are not showing up in the list for me to add them into the team chat. Please could someone advise what I'm doing wrong. Thanks 🙂

A business has sent multiple times in the past year, emails with zoom links , that pretend to update me on missing their previous event. Though they included an email address in the text for me to make enquiry, I repeatedly email to that address to unsub to no avail. Effectively, this person has successfully hide behind zoom no-reply email address that I cannot unsub. Anyone can help me? Or zoom has a means to trace that user to ban it from him or his other staff/staff/users from creating zoom links to spam others? Or zoom has find a way to stop allowing users to hide behind its no-reply email address while sending out links to legit participants? 

Hi I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT TO ZOOM ON MY MACBOOK.THE ERROR MESSAGE AS BELOW check to make sure you're connected to a stable network that is not blocked by a firewall or proxy. How do I fix this issue ?Can someone help . Thanks in advance .  

How do I create a sub account to host another meeting under the main account?

How to stop users from creating private chats with more than person in turn creating a new private group.We want our users just to be able to use the team channels we've created. Otherwise privately message people individually and not as a group.

I just realized that all of my recordings prior to 1/24/23 (including one with my mother on what would be her last Christmas) have disappeared? Any idea how I can find out where they went?

This is my first time on Zoom. What is the best way to send meeting invites to people? I see there is a meeting code and password, do I copy them offline and paste these codes on emails? 

Is there a way to use unlimited requests or increase the number of requests beyond 100 given the limitation "A maximum of (100) webinars can be created and updated for a single user in one day"? This limit of 100 requests is quite restrictive for me.

After selecting a meeting from MeWe, it used to take me right to zoom. Now it takes me to a page that has a click here box to join meeting. When I click it does nothing. What has happened.
