Hi. I've been enjoying using Zoom Docs. As I think ahead to a more pervasive use, I'm missing the possibility to: 1. Organize the docs into folders (i.e., by client of project). 2. I want a way to collect a set of documents into groups that I can quickly access (like Dropbox Paper). If any of these features are available, I have yet to find them. Thanks!
I have created several templates that I want to share with my entire company (account). There doesn't seem to be a way to do this right now, since I am not able to add templates to a Shared Folder. How can I set a template to be available account-wide?
I understand how to add a new doc to zoom, but when I search my saved docs on my laptop, it is not showing new docs. How do I access new docs to upload?thanks~!

I would like to be able to have my zoom chat open in a separate window when I am working in Zoom docs. Is this possible without having to open the zoom doc in a browser window? I would also like to be able to have two zoom docs open at once, without one having to be in a browser window, like how OneNote allows you to have multiple windows open so you can have different notebook pages open at once.

Hello. If anyone can help me, i had a issue with a table in Zoom Docs. I created a table with some columns, but one of these were not seen by my job partner. At the next day, this column just had disappeared. If I try to create the same column again, the alert is displayed: "Enter a unique column name". I did something wrong?
My company is starting to use data tables within Zoom Docs to project manage and assign out tasks. We have been using the "General Project Tracker" template. That template comes with 4 groups. You can edit the names of the groups. But for the life of me, I can not figure out how to create more groups. There is a project that has 5 key sections that I would love to put within one data table inside of a Zoom doc ... but I can't figure out how to create another grouping. Is it possible to create another group within a Data Table??
How would I create a report for a specific user showing details of calls and call duration.
I'm trying to create a document from a meeting however the "advanced templates" are greyed out and I'm getting the following error:"Advanced templates can’t be chosen because the meeting transcript isn’t available" I do however have access to the transcript and meeting summary. I do have Docs content generation and revision with AI Companion enabled on my account. What am I doing wrong?

I just started to play with Zoom docs. I have a few Word files (.docx) that I tried to import. All I get is an error message -- "Import failed. Try again." There's no explanation. What can I do about it? I would include an image and a file if It was allowed in this platform.

I am a product manager on a mission to mine gold from user feedback✨. We held a Zoom meeting called 'Internal Zoom Docs Office Hour,' where our PM team engaged with Zoomies, answered their questions about the product, and most importantly, discussed their thoughts on it. I use the AI Companion in Zoom Docs (found in the slash menu or by hovering to the left of each line) to generate new content from meetings. Here’s how I do it: Select 'Create from meeting.' Choose the meeting I need. Input the following prompts: 'List the following 5 points in a table with headers in a row: From an office hour, list all feedback, the people who left the feedback, and whether it includes any customer feedback. List all attendees from the Zoom Docs team. Put all questions raised by the audience into an FAQ. What questions did the Zoom Docs PMs ask? Give me quick metrics: number of audience members, number of Docs PMs, number of pieces of feedback.' The results are presented in a simple table.

We have a monthly board meeting. Each month I would like to upload the handouts for the meeting and have them ready to share at the meeting. I can't seem to figure out the best way to do this. Our board packet that gets emailed to them is a large pdf file. I don't wish for them to make any changes to the documents, just view them both online and in-person during the meeting. Can I share a MS OneDrive with zoom somehow? Thank you!
I want to like Zoom Docs so badly, but this one thing is an issue In the body of the Zoom Doc you see start typing or try “/” to insert You cannot copy and paste here 😤 I found a workaround by editing my zoom doc in my zoom workplace app; in the meantime I cannot copy and paste into the zoom doc in zoom web. Would love help here 😍
Hello, Does Zoom Docs have a “Track changes” feature? Sharing a document with others is very useful, but if you give editing permission it is critical to know who changed the document.This is especially true when unwanted changes are made. Thanks
