I had a pro account with yearly payment and extra storage. Now I got back to basic and want to upgrade to pro with monthly payment and it doesn't let me do it. It's just keeping me on this page and I there is nothing I can do. 

Our it Department is the Owner and admin of our zoom account and currently have a license assigned to us.  We don't actually have use for one and I was wondering if it's needed for us to administer the account itself or can we unassign the license and give it to a user that actuall needs it? Spider1701

Hi, I was notified last June 23 that the Billing team failed to collect payment from my provider, then I tried to pay using another payment method and it went through (with a confirmation email sent to me afterwards). However, I received an email twice now that says I still have pending balance to pay. One of the email says I am 14 days past due. How can I resolve this?

Per this URL (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/10365151862285), if you build a macOS plist, download the IT installer for the Zoom client package, place the plist in the same directory as the installer package, and run the installer, it will automatically drop the PLIST file into /Library/Preferences and apply the preferences.  When I attempt this, I do not end up with the PLIST file in /Library/Preferences. Hi, I'm interested in adding the large meeting add-ons to my Basic Plan account. Is it possible to do so without upgrading to the Pro or Business plan?The help article seems to be outdated, and when I attempted to upgrade my plan, I was only given the option to choose between Pro or Business before adding the add-ons. However, I've seen comments from others mentioning that they were able to add the add-ons to their basic plan.Can someone assist me with this?

Hi,I was recently made an admin of an account who I do contract work for, which meant that our accounts became merged. It was then decided that I didn't need to be an admin and I was subsequently taken off their account however it looks like our accounts are still linked:I am paying for my Pro account and payments are being taken out monthlyI only have 40 minute meetingsI keep getting emails saying my storage is nearly fullThe recordings on my storage belong to the contractor, not myself.Any help would be appreciated!

Our account has just been renewed but we wonder why our subscription plan has been downgraded from PRO to Basic. Could you check and fix it for us at your earliest convenience, please?

Hi everyone,   I've noticed that users can be assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" plan which is extension-to-extension ONLY; we didn't pay for it so I'm assuming this is some kind of a free-bee   Our normal users get Zoom One Business Plus and our public area phones get Zoom Phone so my question is this:   Where did "Zoom Phone Basic" come from; since it doesn't show up in the billing section is there a limit to the users assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" and lastly could there be an ATA that I can assign "Zoom Phone Basic" to and use it just as intended for old POTS intercoms and extension-to-extension ONLY calling?   If yes what ATAs do you recommend, single POTS; or multiple; don't really care   Thanks Boyan  

Hi. Our company is transitioning away from Zoom in the near future. I intend to keep using Zoom for my personal stuff. We use SSO to sign into Zoom and Zoom Community. It seems when we leave Zoom, I will lose access to the posts, questions, and answers associated with my work email address, since I won't be able to log into the community anymore. How can I maintain ownership of them once we no longer have the subscription? Thanks!

This morning I upgraded to to Zoom One Pro so that my meetings wouldn't time out after 45 mins. However, the first meeting I've had since the upgrade still did. I have checked my account and received an invoice stating that I have indeed upgraded. Is there something else I  need to be doing?

Hello I am trying to accomplish one of two things.  I have an existing Zoom profile already created; however my employer is now using Zoom causing a duplicate profile. Ideally I would like to remove the profile I created - does anyone know if that is possible? Thank youBeth 

Hi, 2 questions: I have added a new user to my account with a license. She shows as a licensed user but the Admin setup guide  still shows In progress despite her accepting the invitation. Is this normal and does it take a while to process? She has accepted the invitation to join and is showing on my list of users. She cannot access a recurring meeting that I had set up and now want her to run. Any thoughts? Thanks

I recently changed the email address from which I log in, on the website and in the application through my Mac it works fine, but I cannot log in on my iPhone application with the same email and the same password, it is listed as invalid, is there a solution?
