What we are looking to do is create a new Auto Receptionist (Just to avoid interfering with the current ones) with cycling 1-800 numbers for certain / different AD campaigns, publish the number for the specific campaign then remove the number after 2-3 months or so once it is over. Then repeat the same thing for the next campaign. We can set up the AR / Queue call flow etc but are wondering about the potential costs involved. On our bill a Toll-Free number seems to cost $6.65 CAD plus taxes per month so $15.30 for 2 toll free lines and we pay CAD0.0501 per minute for calls into the toll-free numbers. We have a few questions:Is there a certain time frame we have to keep any created toll-free numbers ie you must keep it for 3 months / 12 months etc.Are there any additional charges / costs associated on our bill with us creating these short-term toll-free numbers besides the aforementioned CAD$6.65 monthly and CAD0.0501 per min

My card details got changed and payment got missed. Even after changing the Card details and making the payment for the invoice; my account still showing as Basic.  What is extremely frustrating is that there are no contact details available.

How do I cancel my account? Zoom keeps trying to bill me.

HI,  I am just in the early stages of rolling out Zoom One for our company and I have a question on managing those users.  For new users we are looking at using SAML and I am happy with that process, but I have a few people who need a license to have longer meetings and I haven't got the platform fully set for those, it had me wondering can I manually create and assign the license for these users now but later when ready add them to the SAML at a later date or will Zoom create or overwrite the existing account. Or will it just error out and cause an issue for the users?  

One Year Member Anniversary badge notification sent to old email address.  Logged on with current/new email address which had already been updated with Zoom as account email address.  Cannot find where old email address is still being used for other purposes, such as community-related, so it can be updated there as well.

Hello, I am a music teacher and I use zoom to access lessons for my online students. I have recently had an error message that says, "Your Personal Meeting ID is disabled." When I click the link and try to adjust, I cannot change the settings. I have tried multiple times to change my account roles so I can try to change this, but I am still locked out. I am the sole Owner of this account and I don't know why this is happening. I use Zoom on the web client since it is easier for me that way. If any of you have advice, that would be really helpful. I have tried all the steps on the Zoom support tutorials but since I can't change my role, I can't follow the instructions.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I very much appreciate any help.   My dad died in December and Zoom wants a copy of the death certificate to cancel his monthly subscription. This seems like a lot to ask considering Zoom is not a bank, retirement account, etc. death certificates cost money, granted not much but it’s a huge inconvenience for my mom to get more official copies. why can’t zoom just look at his obituary and agree to stop the monthly charge? At this point, my mom is more likely to cancel the debit card rather than deal with zoom anymore. Zoom customer service people, what’s up with your terrible process? Is people faking death to get out of a subscription such a huge problem for your company that you require a death certificate?     

My email is no longer valid for my account therefore I can't verify myself logging in therefore I can not get to customer service.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to reach a human being?

How we can get the monthly subscription of zoom

I recently changed my old email address to my old one. My old email address was a work email and I don't have access to gmail and my inbox. What should I do about this? 

I want to change my work email address on Zoom to private mail address, but my private mail is rejected, as I've used it before as a free account. The account I have is paid. I don't intend to make a new mail address for Zoom, so how do I get the private mail address to be accepted as the default?

I activated 500 participants large meeting add-on just for a month. but cannot cancel it now. its says >>   "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions."   I dont have activated any annual plan. It has already overcharged for two months.
