Does anyone know how to do this? I have tried going through zoom rooms then selecting devices but there is no option to downgrade?

What happens to my Zoom Phone number if I unassociate myself from my company account? Does it stick with me on the new account or does it go back to my company account?

I am trying to buy a zoom meeting license for my company.   After registering I try to upgrade,  but when I get to the Sold-To Contact I try to introduce my VAT (tax ID), but it says "Validation failed".. what should I do?   Playing.. I have requested for a downgrade in my webinar participants in February 2024, I have however received no feedback and now I need to pay for the additional participants again. I've upgraded to 3000 participants for 1 month only and Zoom customer service told me I can downgrade and upgrade participants monthly if I choose the monthly payment option? But now, I can't downgrade and now paying for a service which I am not using and I don't get any feedback from Zoom. Please urgently assist. 

Today is March 19, 2024 and my subscription is due for extension. It ends today.But in the admin window I am told that the the subscription already has been extended, tomorrow. Thus it is not possible for me to extend it and profit from the 30% voucher. Why? 

I am trying to use the “Get Plan Usage” API to get the Zoom Plan utilization in my organization. https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/billing/ma/#operation/GetPlanUsageHowever the “type” returned by the API is not available in the plan list that zoom has published here. We are sister organizations, and we both pay monthly Zoom bills.  When we sign on, we have different user names and passwords -- but we share the same Zoom link.  Consequently, we cannot hold separate meetings at the same time.  Our Zoom accounts were set up by someone(s) no longer associated with us -- so we're not sure why things are the way they are.  How can we change the Zoom link for one of the organizations?  And is there another way to solve our problem?  Thanks for any assistance!

I am the owner of a Zoom One Pro account with 2 licenses.I log into my account on a windows notebook through Chrome and try to turn off Zoom AI Companion but the button is greyed out and says "Locked by Admin" (Settings > AI Companion tab > Meeting Summary with AI Companion - "Locked by Admin").I am the owner, so, I should also be the admin, right?What can I do to override that "locked by admin". Or, how can I get the "Admin" level? Thanks!

Ich kann mich nun schon seit ein paar Wochen nicht mehr in meinen !bezahlten! Account einloggen. Ich habe mich über Apple Login registriert und daher kann ich kein Passwort resetten o.ä.Nach dem Versuch mich einzuloggen wurde ich nur wieder auf die leere Anmeldeseite zurückgeleitet und in der URL stand dann: https://zoom.us/signin?error=access_denied&_x_zm_rtaid=...Ich habe extra einen neuen Account gemacht, weil alle Support Tickets nur gelöst werden können, wenn man sich in seinen Accoutn einloggt? Der monatliche Betrag wird munter weiter abgebucht, ich kann weder kündigen, noch irgendjemanden vom Zoom Support erreichen. Es gibt keine Mail-Adresse an die ich mich wenden kann, die Telefonnummer funktioniert nur mit irgendeiner Identitynummer, die wahrscheinlich in meinem Account zu sehen ist - wenn ich dann da reinkomm

I've been billed for a full year without asking for it.  Have been doing monthly payments for 1-2 years and suddenly my billing has been changed to annul without my consent. How do I get my money back and go back to monthly payments?When I click "cancel plan" it says that my subscription will end in a year since I've paid for it, but that's not something I've agreed to since I never asked for an annual plan.

Zoom is charging my credit card every month. Have triple checked and neither my wife nor my accounts are paid plans. I can’t get a real person on the phone, and the chat bot is worthless. Anyone know how I can talk to a real person to get zoom to stop charging mefor something I’m not even signed up for? 

Hello - I'm currently employed by an incubator, who offers support via shared subscriptions, including Zoom. When we leave the incubation period, we'll need to create our own accounts. I see where I can disassociate my current Zoom account from the incubator and create my own account. My main concern is what will happen to all of the content in my Zoom account? We have numerous cloud recordings that help with our research and client discovery that we don't want to lose. Can we transfer that content when the account gets disassociated, or will that content still be "owned" by the incubator account?
