Hello,I have just made a payment transfer using Wise app, but my payment status doesn't seem to change. My account is still showing my bill as unpaid. In the transfer form, I put my zoom account no# as reg info. Is there anything I can do? Thank you

I was the administrator of our Zoom subscription and I found out that our subscription was not continued by management. I was not informed and now I get helpdesk calls from users who want to participate with other companies zoom meetings and they cannot register due to our associated domain registration. I cannot delete or administer the registration any more and I filed a case a few days agoo, but no response from support still.   How do I contact zoom support to finally end that domain registration?

My business account has one one-month webinar subscription which is active until May 12th which we used to hold a webinar last week. We would like to hold a webinar on May 22nd as well, so I am trying to purchase an additional month of webinar to either replace our current plan or lengthen the subscription by 1 month. This seems simple but is completely impossible to do online. When I try to edit our webinar subscription, I am unable to add a month or switch to an annual plan. After selecting the new plan, entering payment details, and clicking Place Order I get the error message "i is undefined" in Firefox, and a similar javascript error message in Edge. Hi, I recently received an email from zoom about subscription being due. Email had a date at least a month old, and my subscription isn't due until July anyway! Couldn't find any contact besides this to query or point out to zoom a possible scam. Anyone know a contact or had similar emails. If a scam they seemed to have my details, which is a worry.

I would like to subscrip it a student would be the charges the same or its difference?

Please try the other procedures listed. E-Mail and password is definitly correct. I tried to restore the password, but then I get the following e-mail back (translated from german to english):A request has been made to change your account password. Since your account administrator has disabled signing in with your work email address, please click the button below and sign in using one of the other methods listed. I don´t understand this. I don´t have any account admin - I´m the only one who uses it? How can I restore the account?

I signed up for Zoom in 2023. I didn't log in or use the account. I forgot about it. In January 2024, I got an email saying I violated terms of service and was suspended. This is impossible..because I hadn't logged in since signing up. I appealed and said this and account was reinstated. I didn't need to use Zoom so still hadn't logged in since signing up. Now since April, I have been getting back to back emails about account violations even though I haven't logged into Zoom since signing up.I am getting tired of the emails and am considering further action because Zoom can't tell me I broke rules if I haven't even logged in. I would like an actual human and not automated Zoom replies. Zoom already had to send me a check for violating the law, so I don't mind getting paid again to stop being harassed.

Under "Admin > Account Management > Account Settings > General > System Updates > "Set the minimum client versions below:" The "Latest" iOS version listed is not the "Latest" 6.0.2 available in the Apple App Store. WHY NOT? ITS BEEN OUT OVER A WEEK! WHY NOT CORRECTLY LIST IT AS THE LATEST?

I had a calendar plan already from last year that was going to expire 9/6/24, as soon as I bought a yearly phone plan today 5/9/24, it says your plan is expiring 9/6/24 just like other plan that I bought last year. Both plans expiration date is mixed up in zoom system. Since this morning I've been trying to reach support via call, chat, email but no luck. Hope some will help me.

My app stopped working and when I tried to log in it said I need the new version, i tried to update it and it did not work. I uninstalled zoom and then redownloaded and it just installs the old version so when I try and log in I get the same error message. It is super annoying as I use zoom on a very regular basis!

Hi Support team.  We are a managed service company in HK. We would like to include Zoom in our service profolio. HK has no VAT. I am worry when we sell the service to US/Europe companies, do we need to charge VAT for zoom license? P

2 Weeks ago a chat agent FORCED me to upgrade my accounts to Zoom Business costing my company over $2000 more than our current plan so I could be allowed to add a 20th user to our Zoom Pro.  She said not to worry about the inaccurate amount displayed in ERROR and now my renewal is over $4300 instead of $1992.  I have called, chatted and asked my REP for help and my ticket goes unresolved.  What avenue do I have to actually get a HUMAN with some power to resolve my issue?

I can go on and on. Ill Start with whoever came up with Portal idea has never used this product. So to enable/disable video now you have to open portal and click approximately 4 or 5 different tabs to disable a  video. WTH was someone thinking. All of this while the person is doing whatever it is that you want to stop. also lack of support is a joke. Zoom.us was black listed and was unable to receive email's to verify that I had an account. which I was told would take up to 72 hours. Nice response time for 175.00 subscription. have been using this product and loved it since 2018 work really well. why does someone always need to make things better. Guessing its people who do not use it. You all have cost me 4 hours of my life. Thank you for that.

I recently had the pro package and downgraded to a cheaper feature which enabled me to extend my meeting time during the meeting.   It allowed me to do this 4 times a month.  I can't find this feature in the listed offers.  Where can I find it?

So our org has about 10 paid zoom accounts used by different counsellors. Does Zoom have a feature where you can access a calendar or report of all zoom rooms & what future sessions are booked in what room, that crosses all accounts?  My research suggests a master/sub account setup could give us that view - can anyone confirm that is the case or is there a recognised workaround already? 

I am the admin on our enterprise account. We manage our mobile apps through Intune. We have a user that worked for a different company that is trying to log in to Zoom using our SSO on the Zoom app that was installed from our Intune company portal. Even though they have entered our domain in the SSO screen and it looks like it starts to authenticate with our company, they are presented with a screen saying it's connecting to the former company's Office 365. We have tried removing all credentials related to the other company that are saved in the device and have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app from our Intune Company Portal.    Any suggestions on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.  

I submitted a support ticket more than a month ago. I have answered all questions and provided examples of the issue users under our account are having. It seems that Zoom is randomly transcribing recordings in the Persian language. Support has told me at least a couple of times in the past month that I can change the transcription after the issue has occurred. I should not have to find the error in all of the recordings that occur at our instance. This  is happening under multiple accounts. How do we get support to find the error and fix the issue? One out of twenty meetings is being transcribed in the Persian language. We are an English speaking college in Kansas. In other words, there is no way that the language spoken is being confused by the software. There is a glitch somewhere, and Zoom support won't fix it. 

when I go User Management to link User to new license, the unlimited license does not appear.   I am being billed for it though and also billed for pay-as-you-go whenever I make calls.  Where is the unlimited license under Users ?Shameful tech support. I called billing and they said they saw this before and suggested I call tech support.  When I called, a recording stated that my plan does not include live support.  Shameful.  I may need to cancel this dreadful phone system due to poor support.
